结合贵州省松桃县相关气象资料,较为详细地分析了松桃县有才生育的气候情况以及相应各阶段的气候条件.通过观察和研究,发现油菜生长的气候适宜度明显影响着油菜的丰歉指数.而文章中建立起的关于气候合适度的评价模型对松桃县的气候条件给油菜形成的适合程度有一个直观的反映,而且反映的情况都是比较客观与准确的,可以很好地区分油菜的生长趋势和能产     

GSK3-TIP60-ULK1 signaling pathway links growth factor deprivation to autophagy

In metazoans, cells depend on extracellular growth factors for energy homeostasis. We found that glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK3), when deinhibited by default in cells deprived of growth factors, activates acetyltransferase TIP60 through phosphorylating TIP60-Ser(86), which directly acetylates and stimulates the protein kinase ULK1, which is required for autophagy. Cells engineered to express TIP60(S86A) that cannot be phosphorylated by GSK3 could not undergo serum deprivation-induced autophagy. An acetylation-defective mutant of ULK1 failed to rescue autophagy in ULK1(-/-) mouse embryonic fibroblasts. Cells used signaling from GSK3 to TIP60 and ULK1 to regulate autophagy when deprived of serum but not glucose. These findings uncover an activating pathway that integrates protein phosphorylation and acetylation to connect growth factor deprivation to autophagy.

无公害水产品生产中的病害防治技术

近年来,随着消费者对水产品质量安全的要求越来越高,以及市场准入制度的建立,发展无公害水产养殖,生产出具有无污染、高品质能被国内外市场认可的水产品,除水质、土壤、大气等环境条件必须符合要求的基础上,对生产投入品(饲料、肥料、渔药)都具有较高的要求,其中病害防治用药是最关键的技术措施。根据笔者的实践,在无公害水产品养殖生产过程中,防治病害应注意以下几个问题。     

乐昌含笑扦插繁殖技术研究

乐昌含笑是我国南方重要的乡土阔叶树种,2002~2004年的扦插试验表明:乐昌含笑扦插宜在春夏两季开展;选用半木质化穗条,用火烧土混黄心土作基质,以5 cm×12 cm塑料袋作扦插容器,并用适当浓度的ABT溶液处理穗条,可获得较理想的成活率。     

NaCl Promotes the Efficient Formation of Haematococcus pluvialis Nonmotile Cells under Phosphorus Deficiency

Natural astaxanthin helps reduce the negative effects caused by oxidative stress and other related factors, thereby minimizing oxidative damage. Therefore, it has considerable potential and broad application prospects in human health and animal nutrition. Haematococcus pluvialis is considered to be the most promising cell factory for the production of natural astaxanthin. Previous studies have confirmed that nonmotile cells of H. pluvialis are more tolerant to high intensity of light than motile cells. Cultivating nonmotile cells as the dominant cell type in the red stage can significantly increase the overall astaxanthin productivity. However, we know very little about how to induce nonmotile cell formation. In this work, we first investigated the effect of phosphorus deficiency on the formation of nonmotile cells of H. pluvialis, and then investigated the effect of NaCl on the formation of nonmotile cells under the conditions of phosphorus deficiency. The results showed that, after three days of treatment with 0.1% NaCl under phosphorus deficiency, more than 80% of motile cells had been transformed into nonmotile cells. The work provides the most efficient method for the cultivation of H. pluvialis nonmotile cells so far, and it significantly improves the production of H. pluvialis astaxanthin.     

棉花高抗枯萎病抗源种质57-681的抗性特异性研究及应用

采取人工接菌水泥槽病床的方法,研究抗源57-681的抗性特异性。结果表明,抗源57-681经过多年诱导抗性筛选,抗性一直保持稳定、持久。且抑菌谱宽,适应区域广,遗传效应高,具有广泛转育利用价值。全国利用57-681作抗枯萎病抗源,选育出一批抗病品种推广应用,有效地控制棉枯萎病的危害。     

施氮时期对稻穗不同部位籽粒谷壳生长与发育的影响

以扬稻 6号 (籼稻 )、日本晴 (粳稻 )为试材 ,设计不同施氮时期 ,改变颖壳生长发育所需的物质和能量 ,研究其对稻穗不同部位籽粒谷壳大小 (谷壳长度、宽度和面积 )、重量和充实程度 (单位面积谷壳重 )的影响。结果表明 :①施用分蘖肥 ,可促进稻穗一、二次枝梗不同部位籽粒特别是下部枝梗籽粒谷壳的大小和重量 ,品种间表现一致 ,对谷壳充实程度的影响因品种而异 ;施用促花肥、保花肥或过多施用穗粒肥 ,稻穗一、二次枝梗各部位籽粒谷壳的大小、重量和充实程度均减小 ,减小幅度多以上、中部枝梗籽粒较大 ,品种间表现一致 ;施用基肥对稻穗不同部位籽粒谷壳性状的影响因品种而异。②促进谷壳的生长与发育 ,有利于籽粒同化产物的积累 ,糙米的长度、宽度、厚度、体积和重量均显著增加 (r为0 .35 0 7 ～ 0 .96 76 ) ,进而使粒重大幅度提高 (r为 0 .70 93 ～ 0 .96 86 )。
