Matter-element Evaluation Model on the Personal Credit of University Students Loan and It''s Application

This paper analyzes the current situation of university students' credit evaluation and set up an evaluation index system of university students' credit to compensate a loan.Based on this index system,this paper sets up a matter-element evaluation model on the individual credit of university students loan by means of extensible engineering method.The grade of individual credit and the index for evaluating the level of individual credit are made as matter-element,meanwhile,the classical field,the segment field,the weight coefficient are obtained.Dependence function is established based on the grade of individual credit and then the grade is judged by calculating the synthetic dependence degree.Finally,this paper presents the evaluation method by giving an example.This method is simple in calculation,reasonable in evaluation with high applicability.     

Analysis on the Constructor Associations Localization

Along with the establishment of the constructor association,how to locate the constructor association is extremely important at present,which is not only related to the efficiency of the constructor trade management,but also related to the future development of the constructor trade.This paper launches the discussion on the constructor association's localization from three aspects,namely the legal localization,the profession localization and the relation localization with the government and its members,and puts forward some proposals and individual opinions.     

Research Development of the Conductive Polymer Materials -PAN

According to the present research situation of conductive polymer materials- polyaniline (PAN) ,we reviewed the structure and properties of PAN, the effecting factors and the best conditions of electrochemical synthesis and chemical synthesis of PAN , the doping mechanism of PAN, inorganic and organic acid doping,secondary doping, the method of increase soublity and processability of PAN and the broad application of PAN. The development derection and prospect of PAN are pointed out.     

Parameter Design for the Power Train and Simulation of the Dynamic Performance of Elctrical Vehicle

The method and principle of the parameter design for the power train of EV is explored and discussed,then the parametersof EV. based on SC7101 are reasonably selected.The method of calculating the SOC of Lead_acid battery is provided and the relation among the electromotive force,the interior resistance, the polarized resistance and the SOC are analyzed. The capacity is compensated according to the relation between the capacity and the temperature, which is the basis on which the energy management system is designed and improved. The dynamic model which reflects the dynamic characteristics of the power train is established,then the dynamic performance of the EV based on SC7101 is simulated, and the factors that affect the continuous mileage of EV are analyzed,the measures to increase the continuous mileage are provided.The result shows that the analysis of the electric characteristics of battery and the dynamic model are correct,and the dynamic performance perfectly meets the need of the design target.     

Preparation of Electrochromic and Transparent Film of Polyaniline

The preparation method of transparent film of electrochromism polyaniline on the glass supporter is studied by a dipping polymerization. The electric and optic properities of the resulting film are measured as a function of oxidant,dopant,reaction time and temperature.The optimum technology term is obtained in the normal atmospheric temperature.The experimental result is testified by fuzzy set theory.     

The Public Participation in the Urban Planning

The policy of public participation in urban planning was first practiced in Europe in the 1960s. After 40 years of development, the policy has become the essential step of city planning in Western countries where as is just at the elementary step in China. For the purpose of knowing the situation about the policy performing in local cities and discussing the feasibility of public participation in urban planning, several kinds of investigation have been done. From the investigation, it is found that although the public participation has already been the important step of urban planning in some city during just several years,there are still many problems. Voltage Fluctuation and Flicker Mitigation Using STATCOM

Voltage fluctuation and flicker is one of the main causation that imperils reliability of power supply. Steelmaking EAF with large load of distribution network produces large impact and interference on the public electric network in operation. So it is very important to control reactive power for voltage fluctuation and flicker mitigation. STATCOM possessing high response speed is an effective measure to mitigate voltage fluctuation and flicker of distribution network. Here, comparing to static var compensation, many advantages of STATCOM are analyzed. Detecting System of the Dielectric Loss in Capacitive Equipment Based on Virtual Instruments

A digital detecting system of the dielectric loss in the capacitive equipment is introduced based on virtual instruments.This system can real-time collect,analyze,process and storage electrical signals with National Instruments' program LabVIEW and ADLINK,s DAQ board.Through the simulation test in lab and the real test in electric substation,it is shown that this system has high accuracy on testing the dielectric loss in the capacitive equipment,the real test data is stable and the relative error of real dielectric loss is less than 5%.It is to say that this system can meet the requirement of the real on-line monitoring.     

发动机用平板型空滤器流动阻力特性分析和改进

为减小平板型空滤器流动阻力以增大进气量,对平板型空滤器流动阻力特性开展了实验研究,获得了空滤器流动阻力随流量变化的规律和阻力构成成分。阻力随流量的增大而加速增大,滤芯阻力约占整个空滤器阻力的一半,入口流量为120 m 3/h时,总阻力为915.3 Pa,滤芯阻力为426.4 Pa。在实验获得滤芯阻力参数的基础上,提出采用多孔介质跃升模型对平板型空滤器内部流场开展三维数值仿真分析,结果表明,仿真结果与实验结果比较吻合,最大误差为5.67%。滤芯阻力同样约占整个阻力的一半,另一半阻力主要为出口处阻力,其余壁面阻力约占15%。最后,在实验和仿真分析的基础上,提出了改进模型并进行了仿真分析。结果表明,改进模型阻力有较大程度的下降,入口流量为120 m 3/h时,总阻力为588.2 Pa,较原始模型下降了32.2%;增大空滤器流通横截面积是减小阻力以增大进气量的有效手段,改进空滤器壁面的平滑性是补充措施。
