松材线虫对黑松几个生理生化指标的影响

8～9年生黑松经4种处理(接种松材线虫、100μg苯甲酸水溶液处理、无菌水处理并环剥主干中部树皮以及单独无菌水处理)后,研究了其流脂量、蒸腾作用及叶部过氧化物酶同工酶的变化.结果显示,接种后12天,所有接虫株松脂分泌停止;接种后27天,接虫株蒸腾作用下降最明显,其平均蒸腾强度为0.0145ml·g     

全肠外营养脂肪乳剂脂肪酸形态对仔猪不同组织中脂肪酸组成的影响

目前,人类婴儿低初生重的总肠外营养（TPN）研究表明脂肪乳剂对于新生儿的营养是合适的,但不是最佳的选择。人类和猪的脂肪酸代谢非常相似,目前的研究主要集中在脂肪乳剂如何在TPN的临床作用。不同组成脂肪酸对新生仔猪进行7d处理,对于靠母乳替代物的仔猪而言,对组织脂肪酸的组成存在影响。在脂肪乳中,不同比例脂肪酸或母乳替代物对应的血浆,骨骼肌、皮下脂肪、肝脏、心脏,胰腺,胃及小肠的总血脂或脑磷脂呈正态的线性关系,而后者相关性最低。除大脑外,组织中的油酸或α-亚麻酸的比例与对应的脂肪乳或者母乳替代物相关,而亚麻酸的比例与研完的组织密切相关。除脑磷脂外,omegaven组中仔猪组织的二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸含量更高。结论除大脑外,血浆脂肪酸组成以及仔猪不同组织受全肠外营养乳剂中不饱和脂肪酸形态的影响极大。然而,脑磷脂脂肪酸的组成受日粮组成的影响要小,表明在生长的关键阶段有效的代谢是确保脂肪酸组成的关键。     

Ghrelin在绵羊卵母细胞体外成熟过程中对BCL-2、BAX的mRNA表达的影响

为了探讨Ghrelin在绵羊卵母细胞体外成熟过程中与BCL-2、BAX的相关性及Ghrelin在绵羊卵母细胞成熟过程中可能的作用机理,试验在绵羊卵母细胞成熟液中添加500 ng/mL Ghrelin,采用实时荧光定量PCR分别在0,8,16,24小时时检测卵母细胞BCL-2、BAX的表达量。结果表明:试验组添加Ghrelin后8,16小时时卵母细胞BCL-2 mRNA相对表达量显著升高(P<0.05),但成熟后16,24小时时较8小时时有下降趋势;下降到24小时时,其表达量与0小时时没有显著变化(P>0.05);8,16小时时试验组与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05),0,24小时时差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组添加Ghrelin后8,16,24小时卵母细胞BAX mRNA相对表达量较0小时时下降,且差异显著(P<0.05),但成熟后16,24小时时与8小时时比较有上升趋势;在8,16小时时试验组较对照组BAX mRNA相对表达量均有所下降,且差异有显著性(P<0.05),而在0,24小时时差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明Ghrelin在绵羊卵母细胞成熟过程中与BCL-2和BAX的表达存在相关性,推测Ghrelin在卵母细胞成熟过程中存在积极调控作用。

工厂化水产养殖水质预测预警系统的设计

在对养殖水质需求分析的基础上,设计了一种水质在线实时预测预警系统。该系统具有以下功能:水质实时信息和预测信息的查询、水质预警、水质预警设置和用户管理。在多媒体可视化界面的引导下,信息操作人员可以根据养殖场的实际情况,进行各种预警指标的设定和预警方式的设置。该系统较好地解决了工厂化养殖过程中水质监测预警问题,方便了用户对养殖用水水质的监控和管理。     

Unstructured food webs: a model for aquaculture

Predictions derived from the unstructured food web model developed by Isaacs (1972, 1973) and later modified by Lange and Hurley (1975) can be derived straightforwardly from a simple box model involving plant biomass, heterotroph biomass, and detritus. Differential equations rather than matrices are used to describe the transfer of materials between these boxes. By recasting these equations, several restrictions present in the original model as well as in the Lange and Hurley reformulation can be relaxed. The model was therefore generalized to allow for (1) a distinction between organic inputs due to plant photosynthesis and to applied feeds, (2) a difference in the turnover rates of the plants, heterotrophs, and detritus, and (3) the effect of harvesting a cash crop. This more general model is used to predict the potential biomass of heterotrophs in a freshwater prawn pond, and to predict the outcome of simple managerial manipulations on the system.     

Leucoencephalomyelopathy in Australian Rottweiler dogs

Clinical and pathological studies of a neurological disorder of 3 adult Rottweiler dogs are described. Dogs developed proprioceptive losses involving the limbs, leading to progressively worsening ataxia and hypermetria. Blood and CSF fluid analyses were normal and radiographs and myelograms showed no compressive lesions of the spinal cord. At necropsy, severe demyelination of the dorsal and lateral funiculi of the cervical spinal cord was visible grossly. Microscopically there was more extensive, symmetrical involvement of the spinal cord and brain than was apparent grossly, with demyelination of white matter tracts and sparing of axons in affected areas. These changes were considered diagnostic for leucoencephalomyelopathy. This condition has not been previously reported in Australia, and is probably transmitted genetically, presumably as an autosomal recessive trait.
