The new vibration comfort coefficient is applied to evaluate the ride comfort of automobile, and the software is developed. It is verified that the study has theoretical and practical value significantly.     

Tentative Research About the Macroscopic Regulating to Blast

The paper analyzes the difference of the pathogenic varieties and the relationship of the variety composition,allording to the historic material to the varieties of the main hybid fece varieties in Southeast Sichuan during 1992 to 1998.It's the first time to advance to use the camparison on rate of pathogenic isolates between norm and refrieving to define the susceptible extent of the varity.It's an scientific base to adjust the structures of the vartieties,to reach the objective of the macroscopic regulating to rice blast.     

Correlation and Arithmetic of Operational Risk Measurement Basing on Loss Distribution Approach

Based on the principles of operational risk measurement provided by Basel II,the paper discusses the problem of operational risk correlations among different business lines / risk types.The correlation coefficients between the aggregate losses among different business lines / risk types are calculated.Copula arithmetic is put forward to compute correlation coefficients matrix of aggregate losses.Besides,the result is used to calculate the capital requirement of operational risk.     

Research On Flying Animation System Driven by Data

Larger quantities of data about flight performance and flight condition are recorded by flight data recorder (FDR) during the aircraft's flying. It is an importance task to make 3D flying animation from the data on the process of flight data. The design ideas and realizing methods about the software of flying animation system driven by the data from relation database are presented.     

The Application of Pre-splitting Blasting to Excavation on High Slope in Soft Rock Section

Based on analyzing about blasting mode of slope in the construction of road, the paper shows that pre splitting blasting is mostly suitable in the section of severely weathering soft rock with developed joints and fractures, introduced the laying out about the hole of pre splitting blasting that can apply in the high slope of the expressway in the section, and designed the parameter. The practice shows that it gained favourable effect by this method.     

Resolvent and Application of Policy Control for QoS

With the rapid increase of the Internet user and widely application of Web,the current network technology is facing great challenge. More and more multimedia operations occupy plenty of bandwidth,and result in the network congestion. Therefore,people begin to use QoS to utilize the bandwidth effectively,and ensure the transport of the emergent operation data. The paper introduces the protocols and basic components of QoS,then expatiates the conception and the basic principles of policy control QoS, moreover,emphasizes the structure model of policy control QoS and how it runs. At last,it introduces the transport process of data packets under the control of policies in a policy control QoS system,and how to make the policies in the real world.     

The Public Participation in the Urban Planning

The policy of public participation in urban planning was first practiced in Europe in the 1960s. After 40 years of development, the policy has become the essential step of city planning in Western countries where as is just at the elementary step in China. For the purpose of knowing the situation about the policy performing in local cities and discussing the feasibility of public participation in urban planning, several kinds of investigation have been done. From the investigation, it is found that although the public participation has already been the important step of urban planning in some city during just several years,there are still many problems. 长旱58号冬小麦的特征特性与高产栽培

长旱58号是陕西省长武县农技中心梁增基教授选育成的旱地小麦新品种,2004年通过国家审定(审定编号:国审麦2004015),适宜北方冬麦区种植。1品种来源长旱58号是用长武112做母本、PH82-2做父本进行有性杂交,后经水旱地交叉选育而成。     

用ImageWare实现缺损点云的曲面重构

针对有缺损的点云数据,提出了在逆行工程软件ImageWare平台下进行曲面重构的途径;介绍了运用逆向工程技术进行CAD模型设计的操作流程;用平行面截取点云数据,拟合出曲线线条;通过对曲线条的桥接,利用完整的曲线条重构出曲面。     

折流式水解反应器处理印染前道废水进水pH的影响

印染前处理阶段的前道水在印染废水中占有相当的比重,且难降解.运用折流式反应器(HRT=12 h)对其进行了水解预处理研究,考察了在不同的进水pH时,反应器内各格室的COD值及其去除率随进水pH值的变化规律以及反应器出水BODs/CODcr的变化.试验结果表明,进水pH值适宜范围为7.6～8.8,COD去除率在29%～40%之间,出水BODs/CODcr由进水的0.35左右提高到0.45左右,为印染废水的达标排放处理的水解pH条件提供参考.
