Then the computational model is established, and scattering fields are calculated with the finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method, and the results are visualized. Based on pitting strength, some approaches to enhance power density of gearboxes for wind turbines are discussed. The calculation load is greatly reduced by power division. Allowable stress numbers are effectively increased by improving property of quality materials, precision heat treatment or shot peening. Load capacities can be also obviously enhanced by improving the tooth shape of morphology optimization of tooth root, tooth correction or superfinishing of tooth surface. The center distance is effectively decreased by minishing minimum allowable safety factor or enlarging face width. A structural optimization algorithm is performed for single-layer Kiewit reticulated dome by means of ANASYS. In the process of optimum design, the overall weight is taken as objective function; the stress constraints and stability constraints etc are considered. Meanwhile, the geometrical non-linearity is taken into account. Then the overall stability analysis for the optimized single-layer reticulated dome is operated. It is a burgeoning application field for the biotechnology that to apply the technique of plant tissue culture breed seedling. The authors study the responses of Echinacea purpurea to different proportion plant growth hormone or auxin through adopting the culture tissue technique on the MS. The integrated seedling of Echinacea purpurea can be cultivated by callus, subculture, differentiation and rhizogenesis. The surviving rate of Echinacea purpurea seedling transplant are improved by appropriate sound stimulation appropriate. Study harvest offers the gist for the large-scale breeding seedling and the officinal resource exploitation of Echinacea purpurea in our country, and avoid some traditional handicap in breeding seedling of Echinacea purpurea, such as the difficult of seed collection, low burgeoning rate, and the disadvantage for large-scale propagation.  相似文献

The conception and calculation formula on torsion-warping stability function is brought forward and the torsion-warping tangent stiffness matrix of bi-axisymmetric open thin wall and lightweight beam-column element is derived for the first time, based on torsion-warping stability interpolation function.
