对家兔单剂量静注和灌服儿茶素 (Catechin) 2 5mg/kg体重各 5只。用高效液相色谱法测定其血药浓度。房室模型分析表明静注给药后的药时数据符合无吸收二室开放模型 ,主要动力学参数为 :t1 / 2α=( 0 .1 5± 0 .0 1 )h ,t1 / 2 β=( 0 .5 8± 0 .0 2 )h ,Vc=( 1 .41± 0 .0 8)L ,Vβ=( 2 .97±0 .1 1 )L ,ClB=( 3.5 3± 0 .1 0 )L/h ,AUC =( 1 6.95± 1 .5 2 )mg/(L·h)。灌服儿茶素的药时数据符合一级吸收一室开放模型 ,主要药物动力学参数为 :t1 / 2Ka=( 0 .39± 0 .0 6)h ,t1 / 2Ke=( 0 .79±0 .1 1 )h ,tmax=( 0 .78± 0 .1 1 )h ,Cmax=( 3.35± 0 .1 6)mg/L ,AUC =( 7.45± 0 .94)mg/(L·h) ,F =( 4 4.1 8± 3.5 9) %。儿茶素在健康家兔体内的药动学特征是 :吸收迅速 ,达峰时间短 ,消除快 ,半衰期短 ,表观分布容积较大 ,口服摄入吸收不完全  相似文献

高寒牧区当年生人工混播草地建植试验   总被引:4,自引:3,他引:4  
通过试验证明,在碌曲县高寒草甸草地区建立一年生人工草地,采取禾本科与豆科牧草混播,可明显提高草地产革量和牧草品质。由于草层结构合理,促进了产草量的提高,混播草地产草量较单播平均提高26%,差异极显著(P<0.01);混播处理茎叶比明显低于单播,其中燕麦抽穗期降低0.56,完熟期降低2.55,说明随着牧草生长期的延长,混播草地叶量明显增加,主要是由于箭筈豌豆的介入而使茎叶比显著降低,牧草品质变优。  相似文献

Five groups of laying hens were treated with different gizzerosine doses (0, 2.5; 5.0; 7.5; 10.0 mg/kg/body weight of gizzerosine) daily over a 21-day period to determine the serum concentrations of 1.25-dihydroxycholecalciferol (1,25(OH)2D), total calcium, inorganic phosphorus and magnesium. Blood samples were taken on days 7, 14, and 21 of the experiment. The concentration of 1,25(OH)2D remained unchanged after day 7 in the gizzerosine-treated birds compared to the control group. After 14 days, it was significantly lower in the birds receiving. gizzerosine, compared with the control group. On day 21, 1,25(OH2)D concentrations were also significantly decreased in all 4 gizzerosine-treated groups compared with the control hens. The serum total calcium, inorganic phosphorus and total magnesium concentrations varied significantly, but irregularly, during the period of the study.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To compare two surgical techniques for renal transplantation in cats with respect to graft warm ischemia time, total surgical time, operative and postoperative complications, and return to normal renal function based on measurement of plasma creatinine concentrations. STUDY DESIGN: Research study using normal cats. ANIMALS OR SAMPLE POPULATION: Fourteen adult, feline leukemia virus and feline immunodeficiency virus (FELV/FIV) negative, neutered male and spayed female cats. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Fourteen cats underwent heterotopic renal isograft transplantation with nephrectomy of the contralateral kidney. Renal arterial end-to-end anastomosis to the external iliac artery was performed in eight cats and renal arterial end-to-side anastomosis to the aorta was performed in six cats. Cats were monitored for 14 days after surgery. Renal function was evaluated by daily measurement of plasma creatinine concentrations. The cats' health was assessed by the daily recording of body weight, rectal temperature, postoperative complications, urine production, appetite, packed red blood cell volume, and total serum protein. Ultrasonographic assessment of the isograft was performed every third day. Animals were euthanatized or adopted 14 days after surgery and histopathologic analysis of biopsies or whole isograft tissues was performed. RESULTS: Nine of fourteen cats survived the 14-day study period. Although not statistically significant, mean total surgical time and graft warm ischemia time was shorter for the arterial end-to-side anastomosis. Mean daily plasma creatinine concentrations were not significantly different between the two groups. Five of eight cats (62%) undergoing the arterial end-to-end technique developed neuropraxia and lameness of the ipsilateral pelvic limb. Five cats died or were euthanatized because of other complications. CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: The arterial end-to-side technique appears to be the better method for renal transplantation in cats. Shorter graft warm ischemia and total surgical times, absence of pelvic limb complications, and an adequate return to normal renal function were associated with this technique.  相似文献

Analysis of porcine cytomegalovirus DNA polymerase by consensus primer PCR   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
We used a consensus primer PCR method to amplify a region of herpesviral DNA-directed DNA polymerase gene using degenerate primers for initial characterization of the porcine cytomegalovirus (PCMV) genome. The sequence of the PCR product from PCMV DNA template and its alignment with other herpesvirus DNA polymerase counterparts showed that both conserved amino acid residues and conservative amino acid substitutions are in parallel. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that PCMV should be included in the clade comprising human herpesvirus 6 and 7, rather than human and mouse cytomegaloviruses, in Betaherpesvirus subfamily.  相似文献

We describe ultrastructural characteristics of PRL cells with small secretory granules, immunostained with ovine antiserum, in adult Murciano-Granadina milking goats during anoestrus, the last third of gestation and lactation. This cell subtype is considered to comprise a stable population that decreases numerically during gestation and lactation, and that may change during these stages to show large granules.  相似文献

Rats undergoing laparotomy received either carprofen (5 mg/kg) or ketoprofen (5 mg/kg) administered orally in flavoured gelatin, or by subcutaneous injection. A control group that received no analgesic showed a significant (3 per cent) fall in bodyweight (P = 0.009) after laparotomy. This decrease was greater than that seen in the groups receiving carprofen (P = 0.006) or ketoprofen (P = 0.012) administered subcutaneously, which continued to gain weight following surgery. All animals showed a significant fall in food consumption but this decrease was greater in the jelly alone group (47 per cent) than in the group receiving carprofen (17 per cent) (P = 0.015) administered subcutaneously. A significant fall in water consumption occurred in the control group (40 per cent) and in animals that received oral carprofen (13 per cent) or Ketoprofen (22 per cent). No significant decrease was seen in groups receiving either carprofen or ketoprofen administered subcutaneously (P > 0.1). This study shows that a relatively simple surgical procedure results in a major reduction in food and water consumption in rats. This reduction can be minimised by the administration of ketoprofen or carprofen (5 mg/kg subcutaneously), but higher dose rates are required if these drugs are to be administered by the oral route.  相似文献

During the first week post-hatch, chickens demonstrate an increased susceptibility to infection by bacteria such as Salmonella. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the effects of immune lymphokines on phagocytosis and killing activities of heterophils in chicks during the first 1-7 days of life. Lymphokines isolated from chicken splenic T-cells harvested from Salmonella enteriditis (SE)-hyperimmunized hens (SE-ILK), have in past experiments, demonstrated augmentation of heterophil activity in day-of-hatch chicks resulting in protection from SE organ invasion. The present experiments reveal significant increases (p<0.05) in heterophil phagocytosis and killing when comparing chicks treated with SE-ILK to control groups in vitro. In SE-ILK-treated groups, a two-fold or greater increase is noted in heterophil phagocytosis within I h of incubation as compared to controls. Heterophils isolated from 1-day-old and 4-day-old chicks treated with SE-ILK killed significantly greater numbers (p<0.05) of SE than heterophils isolated from control groups. By Day 7 post-hatch, significance is not noted in the killing activity of heterophils from treated groups when compared to control groups. However, heterophils from SE-ILK groups continue to kill greater numbers of SE than control groups. These data support SE-ILK augmentation results in an enhanced heterophil function in chicks during the greatest period of susceptibility to Salmonella invasion.  相似文献

A fluid therapy plan for a patient is developed prior to surgery and is designed to meet each patient's needs. The volume and type of fluid are dependent on the patient's physical status; the acid-base, fluid, and electrolyte status; the surgical procedure; and the expected losses occurring during the procedure. No one fluid regimen is ideal for all patients. All fluid regimens must be continually re-evaluated. A brief minor surgical procedure in a healthy surgical candidate requires little or no fluid administration. In cases of more extensive surgical procedures involving invasion of the abdomen or chest as well as in cases with trauma and major blood loss, much more volume and a specific balanced replacement fluid are required. Depending on the severity of the surgical case, administration rates of 5 to 15 mL/kg/h or greater of crystalloid may be required to maintain perfusion. These rates are merely guidelines, and resuscitation should continue until the desired end point is reached. Balanced replacement fluids may be used to replace blood loss at a ratio of 3:1 and are added to maintenance and replacement requirements. Blood loss of 20% to 25% of the calculated blood volume or hematocrit values less than 20% are indications for colloids or blood replacement at a ratio of 1:1. The optimal fluid therapy regimen for a patient may involve a combination of crystalloids as well as natural and synthetic colloids, using each type of fluid to obtain and maintain perfusion and oxygenation to the tissues.  相似文献
