太阳能集热器的热流气体对砾石的蓄放热特性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
太阳能的蓄放热特性的研究对清洁能源太阳能的开发和利用具有重要意义。该文利用冬季太阳能集热器的热流气体,对砾石的蓄放热特性进行了研究。以居民居住的标准房间(4 m×2.7 m)为依据进行了模拟;利用太阳能集热器的热能与直径为50~100 mm的砾石铺设成150 mm厚度的地下蓄热系统进行蓄热和放热试验,研究昼夜之间室内砾石的蓄热和放热特性;通过测试太阳能集热器的内部温度、砾石层内部及室内地表面的温度,研究了太阳能集热器的蓄热效率和转换效率,同时分析了蓄热层及室内地表面的热传递特性;为进一步开拓针对冬季寒冷地区太阳能蓄热型居民建筑物内部热环境方面的基础研究提供了科学的依据。  相似文献

Most flood damage in Korea is caused by heavy rainfall events and typhoons during the summer rainy season. A modified Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) TR-20 model, TR-20-RICE, was developed to investigate the storm runoff characteristics of a 385-ha mixed-landuse watershed in Korea. The TR-20-RICE not only used the rainfall excess and hydrologic flood routing components of the original TR-20 model, but also included a paddy runoff process, which captured irrigated paddy runoff characteristics such as inundation, retention storage, and surface runoff. The performances of TR-20 and TR-20-RICE were compared using storm hydrographs and observational data. The results indicated that both models simulated storm runoff accurately over the simulation period. The TR-20-RICE runoff volume, peak discharge, and time-to-peak predictions were slightly closer to observations than those of the TR-20. The TR-20-RICE model may an effective alternative to the TR-20 model for generating storm hydrographs, particularly in the mixed-landuse watershed in Korea.  相似文献

Anthocyanin concentration and composition and the effect of steaming and baking on these were evaluated in tubers of Korean red- and purple-fleshed potato cultivars and breeding clones using liquid chromatography with diode array detection and electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (LC-DAD-ESI-MS). Twenty-six anthocyanins were isolated, of which 24 were identified. Remarkably, five cis isomers were identified, of which four, viz., cis-petanin, cis-peonanin, petunidin 3-cis-caffeoylrutinoside-5-glucoside, and petunidin 3-cis-feruloylrutinoside-5-glucoside, are reported for the first time. Moreover, pelargonidin 3-p-coumaroylrutinoside-5-glucoside (pelanin), peonidin 3-p-coumaroylrutinoside-5-glucoside (peonanin) and petunidin 3-p-coumaroylrutinoside-5-glucoside (petanin) were identified as the principal anthocyanins. We found that the total anthocyanin content of coloured potatoes was decreased by steaming and baking compared with the raw state. In addition, we performed partial least square discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) to discriminate between the analyzed anthocyanins. Cis isomers seemed to play a vital role as a biomarker in the PLS-DA model based on the type of processing and colour of the tubers.  相似文献

To secure accuracy in the Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) simulation for various hydrology and water quality studies, calibration and validation should be performed. When calibrating and validating the SWAT model with measured data, the Nash–Sutcliffe efficiency (NSE) is widely used, and is also used as a goal function of auto-calibration in the current SWAT model (SWAT ver. 2009). However, the NSE value has been known to be influenced by high values within a given dataset, at the cost of the accuracy in estimated lower flow values. Furthermore, the NSE is unable to consider direct runoff and baseflow separately. In this study, the existing SWAT auto-calibration was modified with direct runoff separation and flow clustering calibration, and current and modified SWAT auto-calibration were applied to the Soyanggang-dam watershed in South Korea. As a result, the NSE values for total streamflow, high flow, and low flow groups in direct runoff, and baseflow estimated through modified SWAT auto-calibration were 0.84, 0.34, 0.09, and 0.90, respectively. The NSE values of current SWAT auto-calibration were 0.83, 0.47, ?0.14, and 0.90, respectively. As shown in this study, the modified SWAT auto-calibration shows better calibration results than current SWAT auto-calibration. With these capabilities, the SWAT-estimated flow matched the measured flow data well for the entire flow regime. The modified SWAT auto-calibration module developed in this study will provide a very efficient tool for the accurate simulation of hydrology, sediment transport, and water quality with no additional input datasets.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Fruit flies (Diptera: Tephritidae) represent a major biosecurity threat to the horticulture sector of New Zealand, which is entirely free of these invasive pests. A nationwide surveillance programme is conducted to ensure any incursion is detected as early as possible. A review of the lure dispensers used is reported here. RESULTS: Lure dispenser emission trials found that the currently used lure plugs release lure more slowly under New Zealand subtropical to temperate climates than wafer dispensers. Subsequent trapping experiments at high altitude in Hawaii (as a mimic of New Zealand meteorological and expected fruit fly ecological conditions) compared Lynfield traps baited with the existing lure plug dispensers and newer wafer dispensers. Catches of wild Oriental fruit flies, Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel), were 9.5-fold higher with methyl eugenol wafers than with the plugs. Recaptures of sterile melon flies, Bactrocera cucurbitae (Coquillet), were 2.6-fold higher with cuelure wafers than with the plugs. Recaptures of sterile Mediterranean fruit flies, Ceratitis capitata Weid., were not significantly higher with trimedlure wafers than with the plugs.CONCLUSIONS: Release rate and trapping experiments found new lure dispensers differed in release rate characteristics from existing dispensers under temperate and subtropical conditions, and indicated some potential for improvement in surveillance efficacy.  相似文献

Dimethylaminopropyl methacrylamide (DMAPMA) was grafted onto PET/wool blend fabrics by continuous UV irradiation. Union dyeing of the photografted fabrics was investigated using three reactive dyes of α-bromoacrylamide reactive groups. The influence of grafting yield, DMAPMA concentration, NaCl amount, pH value, and dyeing temperature on the dyeability was evaluated. The dyeability of both PET and wool components was improved significantly by the DMAPMA photografting and successive reactive dyeing. Although the dyeability of the PET component in the blend substantially was improved with higher grafting, equal dyeability between PET and wool was difficult to achieve due to more facile grafting and higher reactivity of the wool component compared with the modified PET component. However, the color fastness of the PET/wool blend fabric was excellent for all three colors. This study may offer a way to achieve union dyeing of PET/wool blend fabrics.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Pine wilt disease (PWD) is very complex and has been reported to be caused by pine wood nematode, Bursaphelenchus xylophilus (Steiner & Buhrer) Nickle, and its accompanying bacteria. However, there is no report on the control of PWD by antibacterial agent. The present study was performed to investigate disease control efficacy of antibacterial agents against PWD. RESULTS: Among six antibacterial antibiotics tested, oxolinic acid (OA) showed the strongest antibacterial activity against five bacteria isolated from three strains of pine wood nematode. In in vivo assay, it effectively suppressed the development of PWD in three‐year‐old seedlings of Pinus densiflora Sieb. & Zucc.; it showed 71% control when injected at 3 mg per seedling. A mixture of OA and the nematicidal agent abamectin (Ab) showed higher disease control efficacy against PWD than either OA or Ab alone. In addition, OA alone and a mixture of OA and Ab also controlled PWD in approximately 20‐year‐old pine trees under field conditions. CONCLUSION: This is the first report on the suppression of PWD by OA. The result strongly indicates that PWD could be controlled by antibacterial antibiotic alone and a combination of antibacterial and nematicidal agents. A detailed chemical investigation of the extractives of the blackened heartwood of Diospyros kaki was carried out to understand their chemical characteristics and to obtain chemotaxonomic information. Three novel naphthalene derivatives were isolated, i.e., 4-hydroxy-5,6-dimethoxy-2-naphthaldehyde (1), 5,6,8-trimethoxy-3-methyl-1-naphthol (2), and 4,8-dihydroxy-5-methoxy-2-naphthaldehyde (3), in addition to two previously reported 2-naphthaldehydes: 4-hydroxy-5,8-dimethoxy-2-naphthaldehyde (4) and 4-hydroxy-5-methoxy-2-naphthaldehyde (5) Their structures were identified by 1D and 2D nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, as well as by high-resolution mass spectrometry.  相似文献
