本文报道龙爪稷分离菌G10-1马水稻分离菌后代菌性2145-R-57-1交配产生的同一子囊中分离出的子囊孢子致病性及交配型分离情况.交配型分离比1:1;但致病性分离情况比较复杂.很多子囊孢子菌株失去亲本菌株对供试水稻和龙爪稷的致病性,少数菌株获得亲本菌株所没有的致病性.对稻瘟病菌致病性的遗传尚需作大量分析工作. 相似文献

The present study evaluated
the effects of single-dose marbofloxacin in protecting horses against fever associated
with transportation using 48 healthy Thoroughbreds. All horses were premedicated with
interferon-α (0.5 U/kg, sublingually, every 24 hr) for 2 days before transportation and on
the day of transportation. Horses were randomly assigned to receive marbofloxacin (2
mg/kg, IV, once; MRFX group), enrofloxacin (5 mg/kg, IV, once; ERFX group) or saline (0.9%
NaCl) solution (10 ml, IV, once; control group) ≤1 hr before being
transportation. Each group contained 16 horses (8 males, 8 females). Horses were
transported 1,210 km using commercial vans over the course of approximately 26 hr.
Clinical examinations and hematologic analyses were performed on all horses both before
and after transportation. Post-transportation neutrophil to lymphocyte ratios were
significantly lower in horses in the MRFX group compared with the control horses. The
serum amyloid A levels were significantly lower in horses in the MRFX group and ERFX group
compared with the control horses. Regarding the post-transportation rectal temperatures,
fever was detected in 0 horses and 1 horse in the MRFX and ERFX groups, respectively,
whereas fevers exceeding 39.1°C were detected in 2 horses in the control group.
Additionally, the number of essential post-transportation treatments provided by
veterinarians was reduced 3-fold in the MRFX and ERFX groups compared with the saline
group. MRFX provided ERFX-like protection against fever associated with long-distance
transportation, yielding significantly better protection than saline. Administration of
MRFX just before transportation deserves a further study for efficacy in preventing horse

Heat processing is responsible for the change in the flavor of a coffee drink. In this study, the application of gas chromatography-olfactometry of headspace samples (GCO-H) using the vapor fraction before and after heat processing of the coffee samples resulted in the detection of 12 odor-active peaks for which the flavor dilution (FD) factors changed. Eight potent odorants were identified from these peaks by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Among these components, methanethiol (putrid), acetic acid (sour), 3-methylbutanoic acid (sour), 2-furfuryl methyl disulfide (meaty), and 4-hydroxy-2,5-dimethyl-3(2H)-furanone (caramel-like) increased after heating of the coffee sample, whereas 2-furfurylthiol (roasty), methional (potato-like), and 3-mercapto-3-methylbutyl formate (roasty) decreased compared with the coffee sample before heat treatment. In addition, extensive studies have been carried out on the pH effects on the change in the concentration of 2-furfurylthiol during heat processing and in the pH range of 5-7; it was found that the concentration of this compound in the model solutions had significantly changed. 相似文献

A simple detection method for a powerful radical scavenging compound in a mixture containing a large variety of compounds, such as the raw extract of edible plants, was developed using 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) as the radical reagent. The method was established on the basis of the features of the typical chain-breaking antioxidation reaction mechanism, which suggests that the radical scavenging antioxidant should be converted to other stable nonradical compounds during the reaction. This method requires only a simple HPLC instrument, and the disappearance or decrease in the peak intensity, which is induced by the addition of DPPH. This change is monitored by the HPLC to detect the powerful radical scavenger from the complex mixture. The method was applied to the detection and identification of the most powerful antiradical compound in the extracts of three antioxidatively active plant extracts (Psidium guajava, Citrus depressa, and Hypericum chinense). The radical scavenging efficiency of a newly identified compound from H. chinense was also compared with that of Trolox and catechin using the method. 相似文献

The present study was designed to assess progesterone profiles at the secreted (caudal
vena cava) and circulating levels (jugular vein) and luteinizing hormone (LH) secretion
pattern in lactating and non-lactating cows with reference to feeding. Four lactating and
four non-lactating cycling Holstein cows were examined. Blood samples were collected
simultaneously from the caudal vena cava (via a catheter inserted from the coccygeal vein)
and the jugular vein every 15 min for 12 h (0500–1700 h) during the functional luteal
phase. Cows were fed 50% of the daily diet 6 h after the start of blood sampling. During
the 12-h sampling period, mean progesterone concentrations in the caudal vena cava did not
differ between lactating and non-lactating cows (49.0 ± 2.9 and 53.3 ± 3.7 ng/ml; mean ±
SE), whereas mean progesterone concentrations in the jugular vein in lactating cows were
higher than those in non-lactating cows (6.4 ± 0.1 and 5.6 ± 0.1 ng/ml, P < 0.001).
Lactating cows had a higher frequency of LH pulses than non-lactating cows (7.0 ± 0.7 and
4.3 ± 0.9 pulses/12 h, P<0.05). The influence of feeding was not observed on LH
profiles but was observed on progesterone profiles in both veins. Progesterone
concentrations in the caudal vena cava increased after feeding in both groups.
Progesterone concentrations in the jugular vein decreased after feeding in lactating cows
but not in non-lactating cows. These results indicate the difference in feeding-related
changes in progesterone dynamics between lactating and non-lactating cows. 相似文献

Two hundred thirty one Staphylococcus aureus isolates from bovine mastitic milk were discriminated into 60 patterns and 16 lineages by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). The tested isolates were also investigated using coagulase and capsule serotyping and PCR for possession of genes that encode staphylococcal enterotoxins (sea to sei), enterotoxin-like toxins (selj to selr), and toxic shock syndrome toxin (tst). One hundred seventy three of the isolates (74.9%) possessed one or more toxin genes, while no egg-yolk factor was detected in most of them. The most common combinations of toxin genes possessed by the tested isolates were sec, seg, sei, sell, and tst, or seg and sei, or sec, seg, sei, sell, seln, and tst. Two hundred and ten of the isolates (91.0%) serotyped coagulase VI, and 207 of the isolates (89.6%) expressed serotype 5 or 8 capsules. These results suggested that isolates belonging to two major lineages have spread all over Hokkaido as bovine mastitic isolates. Additionally, no remarkable difference was recognized in the identification ratio of the isolates that belonged to the two major lineages between mastitis of subclinical origin and mastitis of clinical origin. 相似文献
