野生动物非法交易犯罪案件信息特征分析

对野生动物非法交易案件进行信息特征分析,可以把握案件的发生规律,提供决策者参考,以便有针对性预防和打击犯罪,更好地保护野生动物资源。本研究应用大数据分析的方法,对野生动物非法交易犯罪案件的文本数据进行结构化处理,建立了word2vec模型。从犯罪因素的角度统计分析了本类案件的信息特征,包括侵害人的特征、作案行为特征、侵害的动物或动物制品、侵害的时间和案件发生的地点等。在梳理基本特征的基础上应用关联算法构建了关联规则。根据特征分析和关联规则,提出了开展季节性防控、对特定群体和场所进行有针对性预防、对上游下游犯罪进行联动打击、与网管等多部门合作,运用现代科技成果进行打击和防范的对策建议。     

果蔬籽油生物活性研究进展

果蔬籽油是由果蔬籽经压榨或萃取工艺制得的植物油脂。果蔬籽油含有丰富的维生素、多不饱和脂肪酸、有机酸等活性成分,这些成分赋予了果蔬籽油抗氧化、抗癌、调节血脂和调节免疫系统等生物活性。本文综述了果蔬籽油生物活性的研究进展,旨在为果蔬籽油的综合开发和利用提供理论依据和指导。     

Atmospheric humidity and genotype are key determinants of the diurnal stomatal conductance pattern

Great understanding of the genotypic difference in diurnal stomatal conductance (g_s) pattern and the key determinants of the pattern is important for saving water by adopting cultivars appropriately. Fifteen wheat genotypes were studied under different soil conditions and various meteorological conditions with pot cultivation in rain shelter for two years. Genotype and air humidity were found to be key determinants of diurnal g_s pattern. All genotypes under low relative humidity (LRH) and most genotypes under high relative humidity (HRH) displayed a gradual decline pattern from morning through the afternoon. Under moderate relative humidity (MRH), all genotypes present a single-peak curve pattern, but they differed in peak time, which may lead to unreliable g_s comparison between genotypes and get ostensible contrasting materials. The stomatal conductance was significantly different among genotypes under LRH and the increased g_s magnitude is also significantly different when it was compared between LRH and HRH. The present results provide new thinking for selecting and adopting appropriate cultivars with specific stomata traits for the area with various meteorological conditions.     

Ultrastructural impairment of islet microvascular endothelial cells in STZ-induced type 1 diabetic mice

AIM: To investigate the ultrastructural changes of islet microvascular endothelial cells in STZ-induced type 1 diabetic mice. METHODS: BALB/c mice were randomly divided into diabetic group and control group. The expression of insulin and platelet-endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 (CD31) in islet microvessels was detected by immunohistochemical staining. The ultrastructural changes of islet β cells and islet microvessels were observed under transmission electron microscope. RESULTS: Compared with control group, the number of islet β cells, ratio of β cells/α cells, average number of secretory granules in β cells and insulin expression area per islet in diabetic group were significantly decreased (P<0.01). Besides, diabetic group had fewer microvessels with lower expression of CD31 (P<0.01). Mitochondria in islet microvascular endothelial cells and pericytes in diabetic group were swelling. The basement membrane of islet microvessels became thicker in diabetic group (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Islet microvascular endothelial cells were impaired in type 1 diabetic mice.     

无锡市锡山区失地农民再就业的影响因素

失地农民的再就业问题关系到农民失地后的生活保障和生活出路，长期以来一直是各级政府和理论界所关注的重点问题。在走访调查无锡市锡山区东港镇X社区的失地农民再就业情况的基础上，从政府、劳动力因素和社会因素3个方面探讨分析了无锡市锡山区失地农民再就业的影响因素。      

棉花花铃期持续高温对不同部位成铃和品质的影响

为了探讨花铃期高温对棉花成铃的影响,设置了6个品种试验,调查生长发育、农艺性状与纤维品质。结果表明花铃期高温天气出现频率高,持续时间长,棉花下部棉铃,尤其是中部优质棉铃的成铃率下降,对纤维品质影响大,高温期开花5-6果枝成铃的纤维长度变短,中下部1-6果枝铃的纤维断裂比强度明显低于上部7-9果枝。7月中下旬应增施磷钾肥,提高滴灌频率,缩短滴灌时间,改善田间小气候,减轻天气对棉花产量和品质的影响。     

基于熵算法的股票指数高频数据复杂度测算与评价

在日内高频环境下检验基于兼容法的柯尔莫哥洛夫熵、样本熵和模糊熵等复杂度测算方法对我国沪深300股票指数的测算效率，并运用筛选后的有效算法分阶段研究和比较了序列复杂度的变化过程与变化幅度.结果表明，模糊熵算法是一种更适用于我国沪深300股票指数的有效复杂度测算方法，其对相似容忍度的敏感性更低，测度值连续性更好.随时间推移，我国沪深300股票指数复杂度整体呈上升趋势,而相较于发达市场甚至周边新兴市场其复杂度偏低.
