Chronic hepatitis is a heterogeneous group of inflammatory-necrotizing diseases of the liver. There is controversy in both human and veterinary medicine about the classification of chronic hepatitis and this is likely to remain until a classification based on aetiology rather than on morphology is introduced. Controversy exists as to whether chronic hepatitis in dogs is comparable to the human disorder. The aetiology of chronic hepatitis in dogs is poorly understood, whereas in humans an increasing number of viral causes have been found. Liver biopsy is essential for the diagnosis of chronic hepatitis both in dogs and in humans. Histopathological evaluation of the liver is required to make the diagnosis, which is based on the presence of liver cell necrosis and inflammatory reaction. The proposed criteria for the classification of hepatitis in dogs are then as follows: aetiology is the primary denominator (infectious, drug induced, autoimmune, or, if unknown, idiopathic). The other criteria are histopathological, with severity reflecting the severity of the necro-inflammatory activity (minimal, mild, moderate or severe) and chronicity reflecting the extent of fibrosis (none, mild, moderate, severe or cirrhosis). 相似文献

Context
In heterogeneous landscapes, habitat complementation is a key process underlying the distribution of mobile species able to exploit non-substitutable resources over large home ranges. For instance, insectivorous bats need to forage in a diversity of habitat patches offering varied compositions and structures within forest landscape mosaics to fulfill their life cycle requirements.Objectives
We aimed at analyzing the effects of forest structure and composition measured at the stand and landscape scales on bat species richness, abundance and community composition in pine plantation forests of south-western France.Methods
We sampled bat communities at different periods of the summer season using automatic ultrasound recorders along a tree composition gradient from pine monocultures to pure oak stands. We analyzed bat species activity (as a proxy for bat abundance) and species richness with linear mixed models. Distance-based constrained ordinations were used to partition the spatio-temporal variation in bat communities.Results
Deciduous tree cover increased bat activity and modified community composition at both stand and landscape scales. Changes in bat communities were mostly driven by landscape-scale variables while bat activity responded more to stand-scale predictors.Conclusions
The maintenance of deciduous trees at both stand and landscape scales is likely critical for bat communities living in fast-growing conifer plantations, by increasing the availability and diversity of prey and roosting sites. Our study suggests that bats respond to forest composition at both stand and landscape scales in mosaic plantation landscapes, mainly through a resource complementation process.163.

Monodisperse poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA)/poly(vinyl acetate) (PVAc) nanoparticles with a skin-core structure were prepared through heterogeneous surface saponification of PVAc nanoparticles. For the preparation of PVAc nanoparticles with a uniform particle size distribution, vinyl acetate (VAc) was dispersion polymerized in a mixed solvent of ethanol and water using PVA with a low degree of saponification as a stabilizer. Increase of the amount of ethanol in media, the resulting PVAc nanoparticle size increases due to increasing solubility of VAc and oligomer PVAc. To preserve the sphericity and size uniformity of PVAc nanoparticles, we restricted saponification to the surface of the nanoparticles by using a small amount of aqueous sodium hydroxide solution. To determine the proper concentration of alkali solution for heterogeneous saponification, monodisperse PVAc nanoparticles were saponified with different concentrations of alkali solution at 25 °C for 0.5–3.0 h. The PVA/PVAc nanoparticles obtained by the heterogeneous saponification with 4 % (relative to the amount of the VAc) alkali solution for 2.0 h were uniformly shaped and monodispersed with diameter ranging from 428 to 615 nm. The importance of the ecological functions of farm forests in France calls for a better understanding of the social systems
influencing forest management. The traditional ‘house-centred system’ involved a sharing of activities in farm forestry between
fathers and their sons. Retired farmers were traditionally managers of the forests while their sons dealt with farming activities.
The evolution of this relationship since World War 2 has been investigated with an ethnologic approach in two villages in
south-western France where the traditional ‘house-centred system’ constrains the social rules. This system has led to a lifetime
status for fathers as head of the farm and of the household. Before WW2, sons played a secondary role in relation to their
fathers who took strategic decisions. After WW2, sons became more involved in the forest work and decisions which led to a
more frequent use of agricultural methods in forests. This created differences of opinion between fathers and sons, with the
fathers considering their sons’ management too intensive. The social consequence was that the fathers felt that their role
as forest managers and as head of the farm was reduced. In future, farm forest management might become more dependent on agricultural

Context
Agroecosystems are dynamic, with yearly changing proportions of crops. Explicit consideration of this temporal heterogeneity is required to decipher population and community patterns but remains poorly studied.Objectives
We evaluated the impact on the activity-density of two dominant carabid species (Poecilus cupreus and Anchomenus dorsalis) of (1) local crop, current year landscape composition, and their interaction, and (2) inter-annual changes in landscape composition due to crop rotations.Methods
Carabids were sampled using pitfall-traps in 188 fields of winter cereals and oilseed rape in three agricultural areas of western France contrasting in their spatial heterogeneity. We summarized landscape composition in the current and previous years in a multi-scale perspective, using buffers of increasing size around sampling locations.Results
Both species were more abundant in oilseed rape, and in landscapes with a higher proportion of oilseed rape in the previous year. P. cupreus abundance was negatively influenced by oilseed rape proportion in the current year landscape in winter cereals and positively by winter cereal proportion in oilseed rape. A. dorsalis was globally impacted at finer scales than P. cupreus.Conclusions
Resource concentration and dilution-concentration processes jointly appear to cause transient dynamics of population abundance and distribution among habitat patches. Inter-patch movements across years appear to be key drivers of carabids’ survival and distribution, in response to crop rotation. Therefore, the explicit consideration of the spatiotemporal dynamics of landscape composition can allow future studies to better evidence ecological processes behind observed species patterns and help developing new management strategies.166.

利用那曲东部2014年8月至2015年7月土壤水分观测资料与同期MODIS数据建立了研究区土壤水分遥感监测模型。表观热惯量法(ATI)反演土壤水分结果不理想,基于MODIS 8天合成数据以及晴空数据拟合结果的决定系数分别为0.4503和0.3753,晴空条件下ATI方法监测效果较差。基于单窗方法建立的四种模型中,三次多项式模型拟合效果较好,决定系数为0.5475,分析认为排除冬季数据后建模效果更好。结论:基于单窗方法的三次多项式模型能较好的反演研究区土壤水分,不足之处为对天气要求较高,若无晴空遥感数据,将影响土壤水分监测工作的开展。 相似文献

Environmental situations near former industrial sites like Mortagne du Nord (Northern France) in which the soil, dust and homegrown vegetables have been contaminated by heavy metals can represent a sanitary risk to the surrounding population. In order to evaluate the contamination level in different exposition media in this site, 26 urban topsoils, 17 dust and 38 vegetable samples were taken near the former zinc smelter site. All the observed levels on urban soil samples (except one) are over regional agricultural reference values for Cd and Pb. 45 % of the vegetable samples are over the European foodstuff limits and one dust sample taken in the school playground outdoor tarmac area exceeds the French limit in dust set up at 1,000 μg m?2 for Pb. The Cd and Pb levels fluctuate depending on the use of the ground (kitchen garden, lawn, courtyard) and its location. The lack of simple correlations between the distance from the former smelter site and the Pb concentrations on sampled soils let us think that human activities contributed in the local urban contamination. 为了选择适合反刍动物瘤胃纤维降解菌的实时定量PCR相对定量方法,选用三头安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的荷斯坦奶牛,针对奶牛瘤胃主要纤维降解菌,使用三种实时荧光定量PCR相对定量方法进行比较研究。结果表明:在相同条件下,对于同一个菌株基因的相对定量结果来说,SCF法和Pfaffl,M.W.法检测奶牛瘤胃主要纤维降解菌有很好的相关性(R=0.96~0.99,P〈0.05);三种方法比较结果显示,SCF法省略了制作标准曲线等一系列试验操作过程,具有准确率高、快速和定量效果较好等特点。 相似文献

Serious outbreaks of grapevine crown gall disease were observed in major Serbian viticultural regions during the last five years. Tumorigenic Agrobacterium vitis was identified as a causal agent by using conventional bacteriological and molecular tests. The 36 studied strains of A. vitis showed homogeneous biochemical and physiological characteristics, but were heterogeneous in their pathogenic properties, especially on tomato and sunflower. Furthermore, genetic differences related to chromosomal and plasmid DNA were observed. The Ti plasmid of 35 strains was classified as the octopine/cucumopine (O/C) type, whereas one was classified as the vitopine (V) type. The O/C strains were further divided into O/C-1 and O/C-2 groups based on PCR analysis. Moreover, the sequence analysis of the 16S-23S rRNA ITS region provided robust and precise delineation of studied strains. Although a high level of genetic diversity in A. vitis strains from Serbia was revealed by using this approach, their genotypic relatedness with the strains from other countries suggested their common origin. Also, association between the chromosomal and plasmid DNA was determined for some phylogenetic groups and clusters. 相似文献
