标准差在单粒播种机试验中的应用

单粒播种机试验方法中的标准差与众不同,有很多专业特点,研究它利于提高试验水平,进而利于产品质量的提高。为此,探讨了标准差在单粒播种机试验中的应用。     

The rates of maize growth and lignin biosynthesis change after root-applied chalcone

The effects of root-applied chalcone at 0.15 mmol L⁻¹ on the growth and lignin biosynthesis in maize were investigated. The contents of 4-coumarate: CoA ligase (4CL, EC 6.2.1.12) substrates in maize shoots were increased more rapidly in the samples with chalcone application than in the control and the increase occurred at ≤ 3 h after the application (HAA). The lignin content was reduced by chalcone at ≤ 6 HAA. The shoot growth was suppressed by chalcone at ≤ 9 HAA. Consequently, the results suggest that chalcone suppressed maize growth by inhibiting monolignol biosynthesis.     

烫漂及冻结对青头菌营养价值的影响

研究了在不同的烫漂温度和烫漂时间下青头菌过氧化物酶(Peroxidase，POD)活性的变化．烫漂及冻藏对青头菌过氧化物酶活性、氨基酸、矿质元素、维生素及氨基酸态氨等成分的影响结果表明：采用95～96℃烫漂温度效果最好，在4min内过氧化物酶活性降低了95．5％；烫漂及冻藏都使青头菌营养成分受到不同程度的损失建议采用一70℃以下温度不经烫漂而冻结，冻品在-26℃冰箱中贮藏12个月，其营养价值保持很好。     

中草药添加剂提高密蜂春繁效果的研究

在早春繁殖期,以中草药作为饲料添加剂,观察蜜蜂群势变化和蜂群健康情况.结果表明,试验组A和对照组CK的蜂群繁殖效果差异极显著,试验组蜂群健康、活动正常,蜂群繁殖率提高了12.1%.     

番鸭在南京地区的适应性观察

番鸭在南京地区进行冬、夏两批饲养,均有较强的适应性。试验结果表明:冬、夏两 批饲养的番鸭只平均重量差异不显著(P>0．05)。夏季与冬季的料重比分别为1:2．62和1: 3．07,冬季饲养的鸭子饲料利用率低,料重比大于夏季。冬季在塑料大棚中饲养番鸭精饲料减 少1／3,添加青粗饲料能达到同样的增重效果。温度与增重无相关关系,相对湿度与番鸭的增 重呈负相关(P<0．01)。鸭舍内平均温度在11．05℃-30．93℃之间,相对湿度在76．28％以 下,番鸭能正常生长发育。环境温度在9．8℃以下,番鸭的生长发育受阻,饲料利用率降低。相 对湿度在77％以上,其增重受到影响。特别在低温高湿的环境中,严重地影响番鸭的生长。在 相同的饲养期内,周平均温度9．8℃,平均相对湿度91％,番鸭周平均增重22 g,周平均温度 27．42℃,平均相对湿度71．29％,番鸭周平均增重355 g,相差333 g(P<0．01)。     

母猪卧向行为学的观察

本文通过2个试验对母猪在分娩圈和分娩栏中的卧向行为进行了观察,试验一中, 选择10头大白(Yorkshire)经产母猪作为观察对象,试验二中分别选择10头大白(Yorkshire) 经产母猪和10头长白(Landrace)经产母猪作为观察对象。观察采用瞬时记录方法,每周观察 三次,隔日观察,每天上午、下午各观察一次,每次3 h,每次观察间隔5 min。观察中发现,母猪 卧向以向外为主。分娩栏(四周是栏杆)中的母猪以选择卧向外(向北)为主,其次是卧向内(向 南),卧向左和卧向右最少且差异不显著,上栏前和下栏后差异不显著。分娩圈(四周是墙壁)中 母猪以选择卧向外为主,卧向内最少,卧向左和卧向右差异不显著。长白母猪比大白母猪选择 卧向外的多,妊娠阶段比哺乳阶段选择卧向外的多。     

坡耕地暴雨结皮对作物生长发育影响的实验研究

采用盆栽和小区试验的方法,经3年试验发现,坡耕地土壤结皮对作物的出苗、生长、产量和生物量等均有不同程度的影响。小麦出苗率、苗高、最大苗高、产量和生物量分别降低了22.06％、4.60％、6.86％、1.16-9.84％和0.74-6.98％;结皮虽对玉米出苗影响不大,但延长了出苗期,使产量和生物量降低了5.66—9.17％和7.17—11.25％,而且随结皮厚度、强度和地表坡度的增加,其影响更为明显。因此,通过增加地面覆盖和雨后人工耕锄以消除结皮,增加产量和保持水土。     

樟子松在西北干旱沙区的光合日变化特征

在甘肃省民勤治沙站 ,用 Li- 62 0 0便携式光合仪分别测定人工栽植的 4龄、9龄和 2 0龄樟子松的净光合速率日进程 ,其结果表明 :在干旱沙区 ,9龄以上樟子松的光合速率在午前随光强和气温而上升 ,午后下降。其 4龄、9龄和 2 0龄樟子松的最大净光合速率分别为 8.7μmol· m- 2 · s- 1、62 .3μmol· m- 2 · s- 1、1 9.7μmol· m- 2 · s- 1。     

Progress in autoantibodies to platelet and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

The onset of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is related to excessive destruction of platelet resulting from antiplatelet autoantibody. The immunity with ITP is imbalance, so the hypofunction of suppressor T cell (Ts) can't restrain B lymphocytes producing antibody, as a result, autoant ibody is produced, the clearance of platelet in blood circulation is accelerated. The different antibodies have different functions on ITP. The measuring of platelet antibody has its significance in diagnosis, therapeutic evaluat ion and expectation of prognosis.     

Rat urotensin-II-induced main pulmonary artery contractions are mediated by MAPK

AIM: To investigate rat Urotensin-II(rat U-II)-induced vasoconstriction of rat main pulmonary arteries and the role of mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK). METHODS: The main pulmonary artery was dissected from the male Sprague-Dawley rats and artery ring width was 3-4 mm. Concentration-response curves were generated to rat U-II(0.03 nmol/L-30 nmol/L).Inhibitor of MAPK, PD 98059(0.1 μmol/L-10 μmol/L) were added into the medium after rat U-II(30 nmol/L)induced vasoconstriction had reached plateau to construct the relaxant concentration-response curves and their EC₅₀ and E_max. RESULTS：Rat U-II was a potent vasoconstrictor of isolated rat main pulmonary arteries [EC₅₀=7.95±0.40, E_max=(14.28±6.34)% of the response to 60 mmol/L KCl]; PD 98059 caused concentration-dependent relaxations of rat U-II precontracted arteries [EC₅₀=5.91±0.45, E_max=(81.39±13.65)%]. CONCLUSION: Rat U-II was a potent vasoconstrictor of rat main pulmonary arteries and this response was mediated through MAPK.
