继代培养基再利用研究

利用组织培养法繁育三倍体山杨继代丛生无根苗过程中,为降低育苗成本,利用回收转换后废弃的继代培养基,进行再利用试验研究,分别加入了原继代培养基１０％,２０％,３０％,４０％,５０％的母液,不加琼脂和糖,用原继代培养基做对照。     

The Comparative Anatomical Study of the Parietal Region of the Skull of the Korean Native Goat (Capra Hircus)

In the skull of the Korean native goat, the parietal region was classified into four types by the degree of the fusion of the bones, the os interparietale, the os parietale and the squama occipitalis of the os occipitale, and the structural variations of these fusions. The fusion appeared first in the sutura inter-parietoparietalis and that of the sutura sagittalis of both ossa parietalia was followed. There was no fusion between the os parietale and the squama occipitalis of the os occipitale. These results suggest that the os interparietale developed independently but fused to the os parietale after birth, and the os parietale were developed as paired bones in prenatal life and then fused together according to age.     

Gross Anatomy of the Pancreatic Lobes and Ducts in Six Breeds of Domestic Ducks and Six Species of Wild Ducks in China

A previously unreported pancreatic duct was found by Liu (1989) in Pekin ducks. This duct has now been consistently found in six breeds of domestic ducks and six species of wild ducks in China. For purposes of Nomina Anatomica Avium it is hereby called the ‘first pancreatic duct’(Ducius pancreaticus primus) since it enters the duodenum at or near the flexure where the descending duodenum becomes the ascending duodenum. All other pancreatic ducts enter the duodenum later, closer to where it joins the jejunum. This first pancreatic duct drains the caudal extremity of the dorsal lobe of the pancreas and can be easily exteriorized for experimental purposes. Within the parenchyma of the dorsal lobe of the pancreas this duct communicates with the dorsal pancreatic duct. In the present study of the gross anatomy of the pancreatic lobes of domestic and wild Chinese ducks we describe and illustrate variations in position and number of all biliary and pancreatic ducts.     

山羊毛霉菌病临床与病理学观察

以１０７个／ｍｌ微小根毛霉（Ｒｈｉｚｏｍｕｃｏｒｐｕｓｉｌｕｓ）孢囊孢子悬液颈静脉接种２月龄山羊,每只５ｍｌ,每日１次,连续３日,经８８ｄ观察３／４只山羊死亡。病羊临床表现精神沉郁,消瘦,体温升高,腹泻,后肢瘫痪,白细胞总数及嗜中性白细胞成倍增加,全血ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ活性降低,Ｓ－ＧＯＴ、Ｓ－ＧＰＴ和ＡＫＰ活性升高,血清胆固醇值上升,但以上各项血液生化指标变化与对照羊相比差异不显著（ｐ＞０．０５）。病理变化为全身扩散性毛霉菌病,其典型病变在肺脏,整个肺脏遍布灰白色圆形小结节。镜险肺结节中心为毛霉菌丝或碎片,周围淋巴细胞、单核细胞包绕。腿肌大部分肌束呈凝固性坏死,周围微血管内形成血栓     

苇状羊茅盐胁迫下生理效应的研究

应用砂培试验对苇状羊茅盐胁迫下的生理效应进行了研究,通过对苇状羊茅盐胁迫下的相对鲜重,相对干重,根冠比,脯氨酸含量,叶绿素含量及根系活力进行测定,表明,低浓度的盐处理下,苇状羊茅生长未表现出受不利因素影响,但此时羊茅已对外界高渗溶液做出生理反应,叶片中脯氨酸含量成倍增加;随着盐胭控浓度的增大,羊茅相对鲜重,相对干重,根系活力均降低２,生长和生理上都表现出盐害效应同时叶片中脯氨酸和叶绿素含量增加,反     

农用车辆安装红外夜视系统的配置问题研究

红外夜视系统在高档轿车上的应用已经较多,对提高轿车夜间行驶视野的效果明显,但在农用车辆上的应用还处于空白。由于在农村和城乡结合地点道路照明条件相对较差,探索在农用车辆上安装红外夜视系统,扩大其在黑暗条件下的视觉范围,提高其主动安全性有着重要的现实意义。通过比对现有各种夜视系统的技术参数,研究在农用车辆上安装合适夜视系统的配置问题意义重大。
