加强监督执法工作 控制动物产品残留

随着人们生活水平的不断提高 ,动物源性食品安全越来越引起人们的重视。要真正保证人们吃上放心的动物源性食品 ,保证人们吃上“放心肉” ,在动物产品进入“菜蓝子”之前只检出传染病和寄生虫病 ,是远远不够的。目前动物产品农药、药物、重金属等残留超标问题已严重影响人民群众身体健康 ,多起有毒有害物质残留中毒事件使人们谈肉色变 ,有的残留还在人体中富积 ,对人体造成慢性毒害 ,引起过敏、致畸、致癌 ,影响儿童生长发育。要控制动物产品残留 ,必须严格控制饲料、兽药的生产、经营及使用 ,严格控制动物饲养、屠宰、加工等多个环节。《饲…

红豆草茬地放牧结合补饲青干草对草地羔羊育肥效果的研究

1986～1987年期间在甘肃农大牧草站进行了以红豆草茬地放牧结合补饲青干草对草地羔羊育肥效果的试验。比较了在放牧基础上3种补饲处理(即单燕麦草、单红豆草和燕麦+红豆草混合干草)对两种类型羔羊(即甘肃高山细毛羊和边甘杂种一代羔羊)增重和肉用性能的影响。试验结果表明,7月龄边甘杂种羔羊或9月龄甘高羔羊的期末活重均已超过35公斤,胴体重超过17公斤,屠宰率为47％～49％。     

绵羊慢病毒自然感染绵羊的硬化性淋巴细胞性乳腺炎

７头来自新疆南部某绵羊慢病毒（ＯｖＬＶ）感染的羊场的绵羊用于本研究。用琼脂凝胶免疫扩散检查绵羊血清中对绵羊进行性肺炎（ＯＰＰ）病毒（ＯＰＰＶ）的抗体，结果表明有６例呈阳性，１例阴性，抗体效价在３年中呈下降趋势。４例血清学阳性边菜羊和１例阴性和田羊有不同程度的硬化性（纤维性）淋巴细胞性乳腺炎，小叶内有不等的淋巴细胞浸润，导管周围无淋巴滤泡形成，小叶间大量纤维组织增生。７例的肺、脑、关节、血管均无ＯｖＬＶ性特异性病变。从血清学阳性羊的外周血白细胞中未分离到ＯｖＬＶ。     

Approaches for Preventing the Male Sterllity Fluctuation of Photo-thermo-sensitive Genic Male Sterile Lines in Rice

The male sterility fluctuation of photo-thermo-sensitive genic ma1e sterile〔P(T) GMS〕lines induced by low air temperature is a key problem troubling the application of two-line system hybrid rice. The paper suggests to solve this problem by the breeding approeches, i.e, developing low sterile critical temperature P(T)GMS lines, herbicie resistant restorer lines, herbicide sensitive P(T)GMS lines and tetracycline-conditioned P(T)GMS lines to ensure the hybrid purity; and by the hybrid seed production techniques, i.e, taking the correct procedure of foundation seed production, the suitable district and season for hybrid seed production and the deep irrigation method against cold weather in high summer.

浅谈HACCP在机制针形名茶中的应用

对HACCP作简要介绍，根据HACCP体系的要求，分析了机制针形名茶过程中各个环节可能出现的危害因素，用HACCP的原理确立了关键控制点，并且建立了相应的控制措施。     

Association of polymorphism of Fc receptor γ chain gene at position-29 in promoter with the susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus in southern Chinese

AIM:To detect the association between the polymorphism of Fc receptor γ chain gene at position-29 in promoter and systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).METHODS:The genotypes at position -29 in promoter of Fc receptor γ chain gene were determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method in 180 patients with SLE and 140 ethnically matched controls in southern China.RESULTS:The frequencies of TT genotype(33.3%) and T allele (54.4%) at position -29 in patients with SLE were significantly higher than those in controls (17.2% and 42.9%, respectively), whereas, the frequencies of GG genotype (24.4%) and G allele (45.6%) in patients with SLE were remarkably lower than those in controls (31.4% and 57.1%, respectively) (P＜0.05). The TT genotype and T allele at position -29 were not associated with lupus nephritis in SLE patients (P＞0.05).CONCLUSION:Our results indicate that the T allele at position -29 in promoter of Fc receptor gene probably contributes to the susceptibility to SLE, but does not play a role in the occurrence of lupus nephritis.
