利用浏阳市2018年烟花爆竹试燃放时段污染天气作为研究背景,选取浏阳市环境空气自动监测省控站点2018年全年期间周1至周5实时监测数据及气象参数进行了分析。结果表明:烟花爆竹试燃放时段对环境空气中PM 10和PM 2.5影响显著,集中试燃放对PM 10和PM 2.5的小时值增长倍数贡献明显,烟花爆竹试燃放时段对PM 10和PM 2.5的小时值最大贡献量分别为17~31μg/m^3和11~19μg/m^3;最大增高倍数分别为0.4~0.7倍和0.4~0.9倍。PM 10和PM 2.5小时浓度均为秋季增幅最大。 相似文献

A phase transition from a classical thermal mixed state to a quantum-mechanical pure state of exciton polaritons is observed in a GaAs multiple quantum-well microcavity from the decrease of the second-order coherence function. Supporting evidence is obtained from the observation of a nonlinear threshold behavior in the pump-intensity dependence of the emission, a polariton-like dispersion relation above threshold, and a decrease of the relaxation time into the lower polariton state. BACKGROUND: In order to understand the bioactivity of Myoporum bontioides A. Gray against plant pathogens and determine its active ingredients, the inhibitory activities of methanol extracts from M. bontioides against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum (E. F. Smith) Snyder & Hansen, Pestalotia mangiferae P. Henn., Thielaviopsis paradoxa (De Seynes) v. Hohnel, Colletotrichum musae (Berk. & M. A. Curtis) v. Arx, Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissler, Mycosphaerella sentina (Fr.) Schroter and Sphaceloma fawcettii Jenk. were evaluated using a growth rate method, and the active ingredient was isolated by activity-directed isolation and identified by determination and analysis of IR, (1)H NMR, (13)C NMR and mass spectra and correlative physical constants. RESULTS: The results showed that the extracts from stems and leaves of M. bontioides exhibited inhibitory activity against the seven fungi, with > 58% inhibition at 10 g L(-1) after 72 h. The active compound was isolated and identified as (-)-epingaione, and showed inhibitory activity against the above seven fungi. The inhibitory activity against P. mangiferae was the highest, with an EC(50) value of 77 mg L(-1). The EC(50) values against the other six fungi were 147-245 mg L(-1). (-)-Epingaione also inhibited spore germination of F. oxysporum f. sp. niveum, T. paradoxa and S. fawcettii.CONCLUSION: (-)-Epingaione demonstrated broad-spectrum inhibitory activity against plant pathogenic fungi and is promising for exploitation as a fungicide. 相似文献

为探明广东果蔗宿根矮化病发生情况,为果蔗健康种苗生产及推广应用提供科学依据,本研究采用常规PCR与巢式PCR技术分别对广东韶关和广州南沙果蔗产区的主栽品种‘黑皮果蔗’(‘Badila’)及华南农业大学甘蔗育种基地新引进的果蔗品种‘内江蜜蔗’、‘甜城21号’、‘甜城22号’和‘甜城99号’等进行宿根矮化病菌的检测。结果表明,巢式PCR检测的阳性检出率达88.6%,明显高于常规PCR检测(40.4%);广东韶关果蔗产区‘黑皮果蔗’宿根矮化病阳性率为86.8%;广州南沙果蔗产区‘黑皮果蔗’宿根矮化病阳性率为92.7%;华南农业大学甘蔗育种基地新引进的果蔗品种除‘甜城22号’外,其他3个品种‘内江蜜蔗’、‘甜城21号’和‘甜城99号’均感染宿根矮化病菌。甘蔗宿根矮化病已在广东主要果蔗产区普遍发生,健康种苗研究与应用十分必要。 相似文献

Calonectria ilicicola Boedijin & Reitsma (anamorph: Cylindrocladium parasiticum Crous, Wingfield & Alfennas) is an important pathogen worldwide, which causes Cylindrocladium black rot (CBR) in peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) and red crown rot (RCR) in soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.]. We isolated the CBR and RCR pathogens from heavily diseased peanut and soybean fields in southern China and assessed their pathogenicity. Two inoculation methods were applied separately to evaluate the pathogenicity of different C. ilicicola strains on peanut cultivar Yueyou 13. Our results indicate that the Chinese C. ilicicola strains exhibited a range of virulence on peanut, with strains of soybean origin exhibiting a weak virulence relative to strains isolated from peanut. Multilocus sequence type analysis indicates that the C. ilicicola strains partitioned into two distinct clades, which were heavily structured based on geographical origin. Phylogenetic results demonstrated that the origins of C. ilicicola in southern China were multiple. This study also revealed that the backgrounds of CBR pathogens may be different from those of RCR pathogens. 相似文献
