内2优6号生育特性及高产栽培技术模式研究

内2优6号全生育期146d,适于单季稻种植,分蘖力中等,株型较大,每穗约200粒,粒重高,千粒重30.5g,抗倒性较强。但叶片较长较宽。高产栽培的关键,培育壮苗,扩行稀植,控制中后期氮肥用量,增施钾肥,浅湿干灌溉,促进根系生长,提高根系活力和结实率。     

4株酸奶噬菌体的分离

从上海光明乳业股份有限公司车间发酵罐中分离出4株酸奶噬菌体。1号噬菌体头部呈六角形，平均直径为95.1nm，头部剖面平均面积为8184．8nm^2，尾部的平均直径为18．3nm，平均长度为403．4nm；2号噬菌体头部呈六角形，平均直径为85．4nm，头部剖面平均面积为8046．2nm^2，尾部的平均直径为23．3nm，平均长度为549．4nm；3号噬菌体头部呈六角形，平均直径为95．5nm，头部剖面平均面积为9792．3nm^2，尾部的平均直径为19．8nm，平均长度为450．5nm；4号噬菌体头部呈六角形，平均直径为119．3nm．头部剖面平均面积为12586．1nm^2，尾部的平均直径为23．6nm，平均长度为520．5nm。     

The effects of experimentally induced fever on the estimated blood flow to and oxygen utilization by the liver and the viscera drained by the portal vein in sheep

Intrajugular injection of a purified E. coli lipopolysaccharide induced a biphasic fever in sheep after a latent period of 12 to 20 min. The changes in the blood flow from the liver and from the viscera drained by the portal vein were: (a) in the latent period, decreases in total hepatic blood flow (THF) due to decreased portal venous blood flow (PVF); (b) during the first febrile phase, increases in THF due to increased hepatic arterial blood flow and, (c) in the second febrile phase, increases in THF due to decreased PVF. Although there were large variations in the oxygen supply to the viscera drained by the portal vein and to the liver, there were relatively small or no changes in their oxygen consumption.

鹅出血性坏死性肝炎的初步研究

本病为雏鹅的一种病毒性传染病，病毒为球形，无囊膜，直径为76－86nm大小的颗粒，属于呼肠孤病毒科鹅呼肠孤病毒。能在发育良好的鹅胚等禽胚内复制，致死胚胎，并具有特征性病变。患病雏鹅以出血性坏死性肝炎为特征性的大体病理变化和显微病理变化。     

Analysis of the reactivity of anti-bovine CD8 monoclonal antibodies with cloned T cell lines and mouse L-cells transfected with bovine CD8

Mouse L-cells transfected with bovine CD8 and two Theileria parva-infected cloned T cell lines expressing bovine CD8 were used to screen the panel of ten monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) submitted to the workshop. Eight of the ten mAbs reacted with the transfectant and both the cloned T cell lines. However, two mAbs CC58 and BAT82A did not recognise the transfectant and only reacted with one of the T cell lines. Further biochemical studies indicated that the eight mAbs react with both homo- and heterodimeric forms of bovine CD8 whilst the two mAbs CC58 and BAT82A react with only heterodimeric forms. These data suggest that bovine DC8 is encoded by two genes as is the case in mouse and man.
