库存本阅览室与外借库的合并管理

我馆在2005年将中文图书库存本阅览室与中文图书外借库合并成中文书库,进行统一管理。本文结合工作实际,分析了书库合并前分开管理的弊端,阐述了二者合并的意义,提出了合并后的具体管理措施。     

Influence of all-trans retinoic acid on proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells from new born rat striatum

AIM: To study the effect and mechanism of all-trans retinoic acid (atRA) on neural stem cell (NSCs) proliferation and differentiation from new born Sprague-Dawley rat striatum. METHODS: NSCs were isolated from the brains of new born Sprague-Dawley rat striatum, and the features of cells were characterized by immunofluorescence staining. The effects of different culture medium on cell cycle distribution and proliferation of NSCs were determined by flow cytometry (FCM). The effects of atRA on differentiation of NSCs were determined by immunofluorescence staining and classified count of differentiated cells. RESULTS: FCM assay indicated that atRA inhibited the proliferation of NSCs. The percentage of cells in G0/G1 phase in atRA treatment group was significantly higher than that in control, and the proliferation index (PI) was significantly low. The percentage of neurons differentiated from NSCs in atRA group was 2.5 times of the control group after induced by adding 10% FCS in culture medium. CONCLUSION: atRA counteracts the effects of bFGF on the promotion of mitosis and inhibition of differentiation of NSCs. atRA also promotes NSCs to differentiate into neurons in vitro.     

田间小棚繁殖烟蚜茧蜂的繁蜂效果研究

研究了田间小棚繁殖烟蚜茧蜂的繁蜂效果,比较了在不同接蜂量和蚜量范围条件下的僵蚜数量及其羽化情况。接蜂量和接蜂时的蚜量是影响僵蚜数量的2个重要因素,以接蜂时的蚜量对繁蜂效果的影响更为明显。在接蜂量为蜂(♀)蚜比1∶100、蚜量范围2 000~3 000头/株的条件下,可获得较好的繁蜂效果,僵蚜的数量可达到8 000个/株以上。在繁蜂前期僵蚜的质量较高,僵蚜的羽化率可保持在90%以上,在繁蜂后期受重寄生蜂的影响,僵蚜的质量明显下降。应用田间小棚繁殖烟蚜茧蜂时,重寄生蜂是影响后期繁蜂质量的重要因素。     

Changes in Endopeptidase Activity during Photosynthetic Declination in Rice Leaf

Two japonica rice varieties, Wuyujing 3 and 97-7, were used to study the changes in contents of soluble protein, free amino acids and endopeptidase activity during photosynthetic declination. The content of soluble protein in flag leaf of cv.Wuyujing 3 was higher than that of cv. 97-7, but decreased rapidly in Wuyujing 3. Free amino acids in flag leaf and the thirteenth leaf of Wuyujing 3 started to increase 10 days before the turning point of photosynthetic declination (TPPD), while it occurred just 1-2 days before TPPD in the flag leaf and the thirteenth leaf of 97-7. During reversible phase of photosynthetic declination,endopeptidase activity remained at a low level and increased slightly only in the later part of this phase. Then it rose up rapidly at irreversible decline phase and reached a very high level. For Wuyujing 3, the change in endopeptidase activity in the thirteenth leaf was parallel to that in flag leaf. However, for 97-7, the rapid increase of endopeptidase activity in the thirteenth leaf started later than that of flag leaf. The results implied that the rate of protein breakdown and conversion to transportable nitrogen in leaves of 97-7 was slower than that in leaves of Wuyujing 3 during photosynthetic declination and it led to relatively lower seed setting rate and fully filling grains rate in 97-7. This may be one of the important reasons why 97-7 could not bring the high yield potentiality into play and the findings may be taken into consideration while breeding for high potential varieties in future.     

5龄蚕立体条桑育研究

研究了5龄立体饲育架制作，条桑收获及饲养技术，明确了全年采用立体条桑育对蚕茧产质量及桑树秋末生长的关系，条桑收获及饲育是一项省工高效的养蚕技术。     

东北虎雌性生殖系统解剖

对 2例 1 999年 1 0月意外死亡的东北虎雌性生殖系统进行了解剖。雌性东北虎的卵巢被覆卵巢囊 ,随着年龄增长卵巢表面凸凹不平 ,呈脑的沟回状。输卵管位于卵巢游离缘外侧 ,呈半圆形围绕着卵巢 ,输卵管壶腹部弯曲、峡部直 ;子宫与输卵管分界明显 ;子宫角长度约相当于子宫体长度的 2倍 ;阴道呈背腹压扁的管状     

广义连续格的结构

以上（下）子格为工具建立广义连续格的诸结构定理，它们奠定这些格的完全链表现的基础。     

控制sch单养雄蚕品种雌雄蚕孵出比例的催青处理因素研究

研究结果表明 :在RH 6 0 %状态下 ,控制性比的温度和下限时间负相关达到显著水平 ;控制性比的高温处理适于干燥状态下进行 ;处理后雌蚕孵化整齐度明显低于雄蚕孵化整齐度 ,雌雄蚕孵化整齐度均随处理温度的升高而下降 ,尤以雌蚕更为明显。由此提出了在RH 6 0 %状态下sch单养雄蚕品种控制性比的起点温度及温度、时间范围。认为高温催青用下限温度配合 1日收蚁法效果好 ,高温处理以后的胚胎适于在RH 80 %～ 85 %的湿度中保护     

几种绢丝昆虫遗传多样性的RAPD研究

选用重复性较好的 10个引物对 6种绢丝昆虫 2 3个个体进行扩增 ,共得到 2 45个RAPD标记。RAPD分析结果表明 :家蚕及野桑蚕种内各品种材料的遗传距离较大 ,天蚕、蓖麻蚕及柞蚕较小 ;家蚕与野桑蚕两者之间遗传距离小 ,反映出家蚕和野桑蚕亲缘关系较近 ;而天蚕、蓖麻蚕和柞蚕三者之间以及分别与家蚕和野桑蚕之间的遗传距离较大 ,亲缘关系远。聚类分析的结果与之相同。并且对家蚕的起源及绢丝昆虫遗传多样性的保护利用做了探讨。     

影响奶牛初乳产量的因素探讨

奶牛初乳是指母牛分娩后7天内所分泌的乳汁。初乳中不仅含丰富的营养物质，而且含有大量的免疫因子，因此具有促进生长发育、改善胃肠道功能、增进免疫调节、延缓衰老、抵御疾病等作用，是人类功能性保健食品的重要基料。初乳及其制品被誉为天然、完美、完全、廉价的“21世纪保健食品”。我国有奶牛和改良牛426.5万头(1998)，初乳资源十分丰富，但迄今对初乳产量及其影响因素尚未见有报道，于是对此问题我们在新疆乌鲁木齐五一奶牛场进行了初步探讨。1材料收集整理原始产奶记录和产犊记录取自该场1965年至1997年资料，全都为舍饲中国荷斯坦…
