不同缢蛏群体应对高盐养殖环境的潜沙和摄食响应能力

为研究缢蛏(Sinonovacula constricta)生态行为应对高盐养殖环境的响应能力,以2个缢蛏群体(“申浙一号”群体SZSC和自然群体ZRSC)为实验对象,研究了不同盐度(20、24、28和32)对缢蛏群体潜沙行为、摄食生理的影响。对比2个群体潜沙指标和摄食率(FR)的差异,其中,潜沙行为实验设置盐度应激组(缢蛏从暂养池取出放进各盐度组开始实验)和胁迫组(缢蛏在各盐度条件下胁迫24 h后开始实验)。结果显示,SZSC的120 h半致死盐度为34.04,ZRSC的120 h半致死盐度为32.04。应激组中,SZSC的半数潜沙时间(BT50)显著大于ZRSC (P<0.05),盐度为24时,SZSC的BT50为4.2 min,显著低于盐度为28和32时的BT50;盐度为32时,SZSC潜沙深度分布更集中,潜沙率为88.33%,显著高于ZRSC(P<0.05)。而在胁迫组,SZSC中BT50显著低于ZRSC,潜沙率显著大于ZRSC (P<0.05)。摄食生理上,除对照组外,SZSC的FR均显著大于ZRSC(P<0.05),SZSC的FR在盐度为24时达到最大值[89.54 mL/(g·h)],显著大于其他盐度组(P<0.05)。研究表明,2个群体的生态行为均会受到盐度的影响,盐度越高,应激反应越强烈,其中,SZSC对高盐环境具有较好的耐受性。本研究从生态行为水平评估了2个缢蛏群体对高盐环境的耐受性,揭示了高盐养殖环境下缢蛏在底泥中的垂直分布情况和摄食能力,研究结果为进一步开展缢蛏耐高盐新品系的选育提供了理论参考。

卵黄和低密度脂蛋白对冷冻保存绵羊精子胆固醇、磷脂含量的影响

为了探索绵羊冷冻精液受精率低的原因,在稀释液中用低密度脂蛋白代替卵黄冷冻绵羊精液,研究LDL对冷冻中精子脂类含量的影响。结果表明,以卵黄稀释液冷冻精液,精子胆固醇含量从鲜精的234．54nmol／10^9降低到163．76nmol／10^9精子,胆固醇与磷脂的比值（c／p）从0．54下降到0．36;以9g／100mL LDL代替卵黄,冷冻后胆固醇含量为243．73nmol／10^9精子,c／p值保持在0．50。研究得出在卵黄稀释液中冷冻绵羊精液,精子胆固醇流失,c／p值下降;以LDL代替卵黄,可有效保护精子胆固醇,避免流失,维持了精子c／p值。     

旋毛虫南阳猪体分离株的生物学特性研究

观测了旋毛虫南阳猪体分离株的形态大小,测定了其在小鼠和猪体中的繁殖力指数、雌虫体外产新生幼虫的能力和对低温的耐受性。测得该虫株雄成虫、雌成虫和发育充分的肌幼虫的长宽度分别为(1.415±0.164)mm×(0.048±0.014)mm,(2.627±0.246)mm×(0.056±0.018)mm和(1.112±0.185)mm×(0.038±0.013)mm;其在昆明小白鼠和三元杂交猪体中的繁殖力指数分别为(112.0±59.65)和142.5;平均每条雌虫体外产新生幼虫(56.76±5.13)条;在猪肉中的感染性肌幼虫置-32℃36 h或-22℃60 h即全部死亡。结果表明,该旋毛虫南阳猪体分离株的上述生物学特性与猪旋毛虫(T.spiralis)的特性相似。     

Regulation of‘Tiao Gan Fang Yao’on neuroendocrine-immuno-function of bandage-stressed rats

AIM: To investigate the regulation of ‘Tiao Gan Fang Yao’(TGFY) on neuroendocrine-immuno-function of bandage-stressed rat . METHODS:The stressed rat model was made by bandage. RIA was adopted to measure the function of hypothalamus-pitutary-adrenal gland axis (HPAA) of stressed rat. Meanwhile, the immunity of stressed rat and the regulation of TGFY were observed.RESULTS:Bandage stress increased the contents of serum corticosterone(CORT), and ACTH, and hypothalamus corticotropin releasing hormone (P＜0.01 or 0.05), which suggested that the excitability of HPAA was enhanced. In addition, bandage stress reduced spleen lymphocyte proliferation (P＜0.01) and decreased H₂O₂ releasing from the macrophages significantly (P＜0.01). While TGFY could decrease HPAA excitability of bandage-stressed rat and strengthen its immunity. CONCLUSION:TGFY could regulate disorder of neuroendocrine-immuno-function of bandage-stressed rat.     

Effects of EBV infection on growth and apoptosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line

AIM: To explore the effect of EBV infection on growth and apoptosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) cell line.METHODS: NPC cell line CNE1 was directly infected by Epstein Barr virus (EBV). The expression of EBV-latent membrane protein 1 (EBV-LMP1) and bcl-2 were detected by immunohistochemistry method (LSAB). The growth of NPC cells was identified by MTT method. Apoptotic carcinoma cells were detected by flow cytometry analysis and the terminal deoxynucletidyl transferase-medicated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling (TUNEL) methods. RESULTS: EBV-LMP1 was positive in CNE1 infected by EBV(E-CNE1). Compared with CEN1, the growth of E-CNE1 apparently increased (P＜0.01). No apoptotic carcinoma cells were detected and bcl-2 postive cells were 2%~3% respectively in 2 kinds of NPC cells.CONCLUSION: Growth of NPC cells is enhanced by EBV infection and EBV-LMP1 expression, but no influence on expression of bcl-2 and apoptosis of NPC cells.     

Rapamycin promotes repair of neurovascular units after ischemic stroke

Neurovascular unit （NVU） is composed of neurons, endothelial cells, pericytes, astrocytes, macrophages/microglia, smooth muscle cells, extracellular matrix, etc, and plays vital roles in maintenance of the normal brain tissue function and cellular homeostasis. Cerebral ischemia caused by stroke can harm various components of NVU. Repairing damaged NVU and maintaining its structural and functional integrity are an effective way to improve stroke treatment. Resent research has found that rapamycin not only enhances autophagy of neurons but also effectively repairs the injuried components of NVU , thereby reducing neural damage after stroke. In this paper, the mechanisms of rapamycin underlying the repair of injured NVU after ischemic stroke is reviewed to provide guidance for its application in the treatment of stroke.
