玉米储存品质控制指标的研究

通过玉米脂肪酸值、品尝评分值、发芽率、色泽／气味、粗淀粉、过氧化氢酶活性、盐溶性物质浊度等玉米品质指标的检测分析来研究和探讨玉米储存品质与各项指标之间的关系，筛选出几个能反映储存玉米品质变化的敏感指标，并通过大量实仓扦取样品的检测结果对筛选出的敏感指标进行验证，最终确定玉米储存品质控制指标。研究结果表明：上述品质指标中，脂肪酸值、品尝评分值和色泽／气味可作为玉米储存品质控制指标。     

Application of Intelligent Neural Network on Prediction of Time Series Signal

The research of neural network has been maturated both in theory and practical application since 1980's, and also been employed into the prediction and analysis of nonlinear time series signal in the field of signal process system. Concerning with the problem of time series signal prediction based on traditional neural network, such as black box, poor accuracy, and facing the shortage of post knowledge, this paper presents a different neural network prediction model from the traditional ones, based on intelligent neural cell model and employing the iterative prediction method. Through the example on stock price prediction, the prediction accuracy and practical value are proved.     

棉花S-腺苷蛋氨酸脱羧酶基因(GhSAMDC2/3/4)的克隆及其诱导表达分析

利用电子克隆结合RT-PCR技术克隆获得陆地棉(Gossypium hirsutum L.)S-腺苷蛋氨酸脱羧酶(S-adenosylmethionine decarboxylase,SAMDC)基因家族3个基因,分别命名为Gh SAMDC2、Gh SAMDC3和GhSAMDC4。序列分析显示,该基因c DNA包含的upstream ORF(u ORF)和main ORF(m ORF)为植物SAMDC基因特征ORF,其中m ORF长度分别为1068 bp、1110 bp和1032 bp,分别编码355、369和343个氨基酸。聚类分析表明,Gh SAMDC2/3蛋白与可可树(Theobroma cacao)SAMDC聚为一类,且Gh SAMDC2与GhSAMDC3蛋白亲缘关系最近;Gh SAMDC4与拟南芥At SAMDC4聚为一类。实时荧光定量PCR分析表明,Gh SAMDC2在茎中表达相对较高,随着纤维发育其表达量不断增加,在纤维发育后期其表达量达到最高;Gh SAMDC2/3/4在不同的胁迫条件下表现出不同的表达模式,Gh SAMDC2受低温和干旱胁迫诱导最强烈,Gh SAMDC3响应盐胁迫显著,Gh SAMDC4受ABA诱导强烈。上述结果为进一步研究棉花SAMDC基因功能奠定了一定基础。     

Residential Environment Ethic and Green Building Materials

The environment ethic deals with the research on relation between human beings and the nature. The residential environment ethic is a detail study of environment ethic, which studies the relation between human beings and residential environment. The residential environment ethic presents the human duty to care about and protect residential environment and actually to protect human beings themselves. But the residential environment is facing many dangers, such as city pollution and indoor air pollution, which are closely related to building materials. So, one of the ways for improving the residential environment quality is to use green building materials.     

高大平房仓内环流熏蒸新技术初探

对高大平房仓膜下内环流熏蒸进行试验。由于内环流管网风道布置合理，熏蒸气体在高大粮堆中均匀分布，各部位PH3浓度快速达到有效浓度，解决了高大平房仓的熏蒸难题。文章对该技术的优点及有待解决的问题进行了讨论。     

Cmponent Study on Flavonoids From Leaves of Dendrocalamus Latiflorus

从麻竹（Dendrocalamus latiflorus）叶中分离得到四个黄酮类化合物。经性质和光谱（UV,IR,MS,1HNMR,13CNMR等）法鉴定其结构,分别为牡荆苷（?）,芦丁（II）,山奈酚-3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷（III）,山奈酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖基(1-2)-α-L-鼠李糖苷（IV）。四种化合物均为首次从该植物中得到。     

甘蓝类作物抽薹期及开花期数量性状的研究进展

从甘蓝类作物抽薹开花期数量性状研究的历史、甘蓝类作物抽薹期开花期性状的传统遗传学研究、甘蓝类作物与其它十字花科抽薹期和开花期的分子标记研究及与其它十字花科作物的抽薹及开花期的比较作图研究等几个方面,概述了甘蓝类作物抽薹期与开花期等数量性状的研究进展,并对以后的研究方向提出了建议。
