The Flowering Locus T (FT)-like genes of angiosperms are highly conserved. The FT-encoded proteins include a phosphatidylethanolamine-binding domain that is involved in the control of the shoot apical meristem identity and flowering time. In the present study, FT genes were investigated in 20 bamboo species that are grouped into sympodial, mixed and scattered bamboos based on their morphology. All examined orthologous FT genes consisted of four exons and three introns. Their encoded protein sequences contained the critical amino acid residues Tyr85, Glu109, Leu128, Tyr134, Trp138, Arg139, Gln140 and Asn152, of which each possesses a biological function. The DNA sequences were rich in single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) sites. The SNP frequency was 1 SNP/16.8 bp, and the nucleotide diversity (π) equaled 0.265. Some SNPs altered restriction enzyme sites or resulted in changes in amino acid contents. The correlation analysis showed that several SNPs were informative in relation to the underground rhizome types of bamboos. Therefore, FT polymorphisms could be used as a tool to identify the underground rhizome types of bamboos. The phylogenetic tree constructed based on the FT gene sequences showed that the obtained clustering was consistent with the underground rhizome types. The SNP markers developed in the present study will provide information on the genetic diversity of bamboos and they can aid taxonomic study as well.  相似文献

In order to introduce the Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus (TSWV) resistance from Nicotiana alata into Nicotiana tabacum, a cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) line of N. tabacum (N. tabacum L. cv. (gla.) S ‘K326’), was successfully crossed with N. alata. Despite a high DNA content variability, F1 hybrids could be classified in two subgroups, a major one encompassing fertile hybrids morphologically similar to their tobacco maternal parent but TSWV sensitive, and a minor one displaying sterile hybrids showing an intermediate phenotype and TSWV resistant. In order to elucidate the unexpected fertility recovery of the fertile F1 plants, some N. alata fertility restoration ppr genes were cloned and were shown to be differentially expressed between parental lineages as well as between both F1 subgroups, suggesting that N. alata contains fertility restoring allele able to overcome the CMS of N. tabacum.  相似文献

Trace metal elements are essential in daily diets for human health and normal growth. Maize is staple food for people in many countries. However, maize has low mineral concentration which makes it difficult to meet human requirements for micronutrients. The objective of this study was to identify quantitative trait locus (QTL) and predict candidate genes associated with mineral concentration in maize grain. Here, a recombinant inbred line population was used to test phenotype of zinc (Zn), iron (Fe), copper (Cu) and manganese (Mn) concentrations in six environments and then a QTL analysis was conducted using single environment analysis along with multiple environment trial (MET) analysis. These two strategies detected a total of 64 and 67 QTLs for target traits, respectively. Single environment analysis revealed 13 QTL bins distributed on seven chromosomes. We found that five candidate genes associated with mineral concentration were located in the same intervals identified by Comparative mapping of meta-QTLs in our previous study. The genetic and phenotypic correlation coefficients were depended on the nutrient traits and they were significant between Fe and Zn, Fe and Cu, Fe and Mn in all environments. The results of this study illustrated the genetic correlation between maize grain mineral concentrations, and identified some promising genomic regions and candidate genes for further studies on the biofortification of mineral concentration in maize grain.  相似文献

Plant height is closely related to seed yield of soybean. The goal of this study was to identify important loci affecting soybean plant height using meta‐analysis based on a reference physical map. Plant height related to QTLs was mapped across eight years with a RIL population by WinQTLCart v2.5. 182 QTLs related to plant height of soybean from database and our research were collected, and each QTL was projected onto the soybean physical map by software BioMercator v2.1. The confidence interval of meta‐QTL ranged from 0.09 to 5.07 Mb, and the mean phenotypic variance ranged from 4.9% to 73.0%. Furthermore, 4,259 candidate genes were located in these consensus QTLs, and 40 of them were involved in the plant growth and stem elongation and annotated as plant hormone signal transduction (pathway ID ko04075) in KEGG pathway. These results would lay a foundation for fine mapping of QTLs/genes related to plant height and marker‐assisted selection for breeding in soybean.  相似文献

番茄绿果与橙果间果实颜色及主要色素含量的遗传研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对番茄组合绿樱(绿果)×金珠1号(橙果)的6个世代遗传群体(P1、P2、F1、BC1、BC2和F2)进行果色性状、番茄红素含量、叶绿素含量和胡萝卜素含量等的遗传规律分析。结果表明:正反交F1的果色性状无明显差异,而色素含量存在显著差异;说明番茄果色性状受核基因控制,而色素含量遗传除受核基因控制外还可能存在胞质效应。采用多世代联合分析法的分析结果表明,番茄绿果与橙果间的果色性状符合2对加性主基因+加性-显性多基因(MX2-A-AD)遗传模型,其BC1、BC2和F2主基因遗传率分别为73.42%、78.25%和61.41%,多基因遗传率分别为22.87%、15.35%和34.94%,即果色性状遗传的主基因遗传力较强;叶绿素含量符合1对负向显性主基因+加性-显性多基因(MX1-AEND-AD)遗传模型,其BC1、BC2和F2主基因遗传率分别为0、1.73%和0.65%,多基因遗传率分别为45.47%、0和37.82%,即主基因遗传力在BC2群体中最高,多基因遗传力在BC1群体中最高;番茄红素含量与胡萝卜素含量均符合2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性多基因(MX2-ADI-AD)遗传模型,其BC1、BC2和F2主基因遗传率分别为75.74%、1.79%、84.26%和61.53%、87.21%、81.05%,多基因遗传率分别为20.32%、74.12%、12.68%和0.68%、0、0,表明番茄红素含量和胡萝卜素含量的主基因遗传力较强。  相似文献

以‘辽宁1号’‘香玲’核桃和‘凤丹’牡丹为试材,采用随机区组设计,研究了核桃间种牡丹相互对生长、产量和品质的影响,以期探索核桃与牡丹间作适宜的栽培模式。结果表明:核桃行间间种牡丹极显著影响核桃的生长和坚果质量,但能提早幼树结果期;核桃行间种植牡丹提高了丹皮产量,而牡丹结籽量和质量下降。核桃与牡丹间作可显著提高经济收益。  相似文献

The cultivation of soft‐seeded pomegranate is an important direction in pomegranate breeding. To comprehensively understand the molecular mechanisms involved in the formation of soft‐seeded pomegranate (Punica granatum. var. Hongmanaozi), we established an expressed sequence tag (EST) resource. Two thousand valid sequences were generated, from which 907 unigenes were obtained after initial assembly using the clustalx program. Among these unigenes, 51 showed no similarity to any protein in the public databases, 433 matched with proteins of unknown function, and 423 matched with proteins of known or putative functions. The 423 unigenes were further classified into 13 categories. Among these categories, protein synthesis, cell structure, protein destination and storage, secondary metabolism, signal transduction and transporters accounted for 8%, 8%, 4%, 7%, 6% and 17%, respectively. We also successfully developed 10 highly polymorphic expressed sequence tag‐simple sequence repeat (EST‐SSR) markers for pomegranate. The results provide a new tool for future activities in pomegranate breeding.  相似文献

为有效评价并推荐丰产性、稳产性和适应性好的山地油菜品种在低纬高原山区推广应用,采用灰色关联度、AMMI模型和模糊聚类等分析方法,对玉溪市典型的暖冬年(2012年)与冷冬年(2015年)4个不同海拔试点的7个参试油菜品种进行稳定性和适应性对比分析。结果表明:(1)暖冬年和冷冬年主要气象因子与油菜产量的关联度有明显差异;(2)AMMI模型中暖冬年的基因、基因与环境互作两者方差分量均显著高于冷冬年,而环境方差分量则明显低于冷冬年;(3)基因型与环境间的互作对暖冬年与冷冬年的主要农艺性状影响存在较大差异。低纬高原山区应主推‘云花油早熟1号’、‘花油6号’、‘玉红油1号’和‘花油5号’等优质油菜品种。  相似文献

通过大田试验研究了紫色菜园土壤钾肥减量分期施用对莴笋产量和品质的影响。结果表明:两个试验点钾肥减量10%~30%分期施用对莴笋产量有提高作用,各处理以K2(钾肥减量10%分期等量追施)效应最好,增产最大(4.2%和4.5%)、施肥利润最高(84923元/hm2和72075元/hm2)。两个试验点莴笋叶维生素C含量均呈下降趋势,K2处理较常规施肥(CK)处理均显著降低莴笋叶维生素C含量(8.0%和8.7%);而莴笋茎维生素C含量变化规律不一致。钾肥减量分期施用降低两个试验点莴笋叶和茎硝酸盐含量,以K4处理(钾肥减量30%分期等量追施)降低作用最大;从莴笋叶和茎糖组分的均衡性看,以K3处理最好。钾肥减量分期施用对两个试验点莴笋叶必需氨基酸含量有显著增加作用,改善叶氨基酸品质性状,但降低莴笋茎必需氨基酸含量和品质性状;莴笋氨基酸品质性状以K4处理为最优,其次是K2处理。综合考虑莴笋产量和品质,紫色菜园土壤以K2处理(钾肥减量10%分期等量追施)最优。  相似文献
