广西高糖割手密遗传多样性的表型分析和RAPD分析

采用表型性状变异分析和聚类分析,以及RAPD分子标记分析的方法,研究21份广西高糖割手密无性系的遗传多样性.结果表明,21份高糖割手密无性系在萌芽率、分蘖率、株高、茎径、小区茎数、单茎重上的变异较大、类型多,基于该6性状的聚类分析可将21份割手密无性系划分为3个类群;对21份割手密无性系进行RAPD分子标记多态性分析,发现这些高糖无性系间亦存在较丰富的等位基因位点变异,基于RAPD分子标记的聚类分析将21份无性系划分为4个类群.本研究表明,21份广西高糖割手密无性系间在DNA水平上和主要性状的表型水平上均存在较为丰富的遗传多样性.     

鸡缩胆囊素(CCK)在T4噬菌体表面的展示及免疫原性研究

采用T4噬菌体表面展示系统，将CCK-33肽四多串联体及八多串联体展示在T4噬菌体表面，并研究其免疫原性。将CCK四串联体和八串联体与SOC基因缺失的、依赖溶菌酶的噬菌体ФT4-Z1重组，获得重组噬菌体CT-4CCK和西T-8CCK。SDS-PAGE和Western Blot检测结果表明，CCK多串联体蛋白已经成功展示在T4噬菌体表面，其融合蛋白分子量约30ku和41ku，能够与CCK标准阳性血清发生特异性反应。以重组噬菌体为免疫原制备油佐剂疫苗主动免疫胡须肉鸡后，抗体浓度显著升高，肉鸡的体重、采食量都有所提高，而料肉比有所下降。结果说明，鸡CCK蛋白展示在T4噬菌体表面具有良好的免疫原性。     

3％吡氟酰草胺颗粒剂防除水稻移栽田阔叶杂草田间药效试验

为了明确防除水稻移栽田阔叶杂草的有效药剂,研究3%吡氟酰草胺颗粒剂对水稻移栽田阔叶杂草的防除效果及对水稻的安全性。水稻移栽前1 d在田块均匀撒施药剂,药后20、40 d对水稻的生长和阔叶杂草的防效进行调查。结果表明,3%吡氟酰草胺颗粒剂能有效防除丁香蓼(Ludwigia prostrata)、鸭舌草(Monochoria vaginalis)、鳢肠(Eclipta prostrata)等一年生阔叶杂草,施药后对杂草生长的抑制作用明显,对水稻安全,推荐施用3%吡氟酰草胺颗粒剂用药量135～225 g (a.i.)/hm~2。     

地方高校图书馆数字化保护非物质文化遗产探析

以保定市为例.本研究从非物质文化遗产的概念出发,阐述了非物质文化遗产数字化保护的意义和目前国内及保定市的研究现状,指出图书馆在非物质文化遗产保护中的优势、作用及措施.     

基于MODIS/EVI时间序列数据分析冰冻灾害对植被绿叶始期的影响(英文)

In the field of global changes, the relationship between plant phenology and climate, which reflects the response of terrestrial ecosystem to global climate change, has become a key subject that is highly concerned. Using the moderate-resolution imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS)/enhanced vegetation index(EVI) collected every eight days during January- July from 2005 to 2008 and the corresponding remote sensing data as experimental materials, we constructed cloud-free images via the Harmonic analysis of time series (HANTS). The cloud-free images were then treated by dynamic threshold method for obtaining the vegetation phenology in green up period and its distribution pattern. And the distribution pattern between freezing disaster year and normal year were comparatively analyzed for revealing the effect of freezing disaster on vegetation phenology in experimental plot. The result showed that the treated EVI data performed well in monitoring the effect of freezing disaster on vegetation phenology, accurately reflecting the regions suffered from freezing disaster. This result suggests that processing of remote sensing data using HANTS method could well monitor the ecological characteristics of vegetation.

An experiment study of the realization of diesel engine emission standard of Euro IV

This paper calibrates the advanced injector angle and EGR of a four-in-line pressure engine on the specialized test stand, which makes the NOx achieved the standard of Euro IV. Then an experiment study of the diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) and the particulate oxidation catalyst (POC) are made. Both make the diesel engine emission achieving the Standard of Euro IV. This experiment study shows a kind of method that realizing diesel engine emission standard of Euro IV, and concludes the character and law of the method.     

“林海雪原·谧静青松”森林旅游开发项目前期工作实践

本文以舒兰“林海雪原·谧静青松”森林旅游开发项目为例,从工作框架、项目区基本情况整理、相关调查工作的组织开展、编制规划的运作、预热及宣传等5个方面介绍了前期需做工作及注意要点。     

提高高校青年教师教学能力的途径

为了提高青年教师教学能力,对黑龙江八一农垦大学青年教师教学能力现状进行了分析,通过培养教师自主学习能力、完善教师培养培训体系、建立科学的教学考评制度、加强师风师德建设和教师交流多元化等途径,使青年教师的教学能力和水平明显提高。     

Inhibitory effects of LDL-ACM complex on subcutaneous implanted tumors in nude mice()

AIM: In order to evaluate the applicable value of LDL as a targeted vehicle for chemotherapeutic agents, we investigated and compared the inhibitory effects of LDL-ACM complex and free ACM on nude mice's subcutaneous implanted tumors derived from gastric cancer cell lines, SGC-7901 and NKM-45. METHODS: LDL-ACM complex was prepared and the tumor model of nude mice was established by subcutaneous implantation of SGC-7901 and NKM-45. Then, the groups of nude mice developed subcutaneous implanted tumors were received either LDL-ACM complex or free ACM. Subsequently, the tumor size, weight and leukemia cell counts were measured and the rates of tumor-inhibition and the survival were compared among the groups. RESULTS: The inhibitory effects of LDL-ACM complex on the tumors, especially on SGC-7901 implanted tumors were much more obvious than that of free ACM. It was also indicated that the action of LDL-ACM complex was mediated by LDL receptor. CONCLUSION: These results showed that LDL-ACM complex had significant inhibitory effects on the implanted tumors and the effect might be mediated by LDL receptor.
