Therefore, the development of underground sewage treatment plant is feasible in the Chongqing city.     

Methods and Techniques to Enhance the Production of Secondary Metabolites in Hairy Roots

Hairy roots culture is a new means to gain the plant secondary metabolites. How to enhance the production of secondary metabolites in hairy roots becomes a new hotspot recently. The authors summarize recent trends and results about the increase of the production of secondary metabolites in medicinal plant hairy roots. The change of culture conditions and the application of biotechnologies can enhance the production of secondary metabolites in hairy roots.     

An EOQ Model at Random when Average Demand Is a Linear Increasing Function

For certain types of inventory, the ordering cycle and demand may be random variants, which satisfy certain types distribution. The classical EOQ model usually neglects the fact. Based on the constant demand, under the hypothesis that the ordering cycle is a random variant which satisfies exponent distribution, average demand is a linear increasing function, this paper considers the effects of the time-value of capital and inflation on replenishment strategy of inventory system. Loosening the condition of basic economic order quantity model under deterministic state, the total cost function of the model is provided. The optimum order quantity and cycle are obtained. The application range of EOQ model under the constant demand is widened. The theoretical evidence is provided for the inventory system to make management decision.     

玉米免耕破茬室内试验装置的研究设计

通过对国内外玉米免耕播种机破茬防堵部件的对比研究,确定采用滚动式破茬犁刀研制出本试验装置,并进行了室内土槽中的实验。该装置测量准确、方便,为研制出适合我国北方垄作玉米免耕破茬防堵部件提供了技术数据。     

滑动轴承在农业机械中的使用与维护

轴承主要用来支承轴及轴上零件,并保持轴的旋转精度和减少转轴与支承之间的摩擦和磨损.为此,探讨了滑动轴承的工作原理、常见故障类型及采取的防范措施,针对故障原因对滑动轴承进行日常维护,为推动轴承在农业机械中的合理使用和维护提供参考依据.     

大中型泵站行星变速传动装置的分析与应用

简单地分析了国内大、中型泵站传动装置的现状，讨论了泵站用变速调节装置的作用，并对现有的双速电机调速、液力耦合器和磁力耦合器调速以及变频调速装置进行了分析和讨论，指出了其适用的局限性。提出了一种用新型2X-H型行星齿轮变速箱调节泵速度的方法，给出了3种具体方案。通过对各方案的配齿进行具体计算和分析，得出第2种方案具有行星轮系的结构简单，传动效率高的特点。     

基于模糊分析的农用运输车双万向传动轴可靠性优化设计

将模糊可靠性设计应用于农用运输车传动轴的优化设计,提出了农用车双万向传动轴的模糊可靠性优化设计方法,建立了在满足给定模糊可靠性要求设计条件下优化设计数学模型,并进行了实例计算。     

2JT-M-2014型茄果类蔬菜嫁接切削器的研制

针对茄果类蔬菜气动嫁接切削器价格较高、作业不方便等问题,研制出2JT-M-2014型手动切削器,有效解决了以上问题。为检测其性能,设计了以切削苗切削作业质量为目标函数,以刀片磨损度、切削苗茎径和切削速度为影响因素的三因素三水平试验。试验表明:刀片磨损度是主要的影响因素,植物茎秆直径和切削速度对切削效果影响不大;刀片磨损微小时,切削表面拉丝少而短,更有利于后期嫁接作业。另外,通过对切削器顶丝伸出高度和植物切削角度关系的测试,得出该切削器的切削角度可在35°~51°内调节。
