应用数量化理论落实小班林分蓄积量方法的探讨

首次以小班林分平均每公顷蓄积量为基础材料,应用数量化理论,探讨落实小班林分蓄积量的方法。变野外小班调查为室内数学模型预测,减轻了劳动强度,提高工作效率3倍以上,通过适应性检验,可用于生产。为研究森林经林分蓄积量小班调查方法,开辟了新的途径。     

木薯离体培养的研究

以本薯茎段作为外植体进行快速离体繁殖研究。于MS 6—BA0．05mg/L GA30．05mg／L NAA0．02mg/L中进行诱导腑芽的生长和继代培养，诱导和增殖效果较好，于MS 6—BA0．05mg／L NAA0．02mg／L MET4mg／L中进行生根培养，植株矮壮，根系发达。     

冬凤兰非共生萌发和低温离体保存（英文）

[Objective] The aim of the research was to establish asymbiotic germination and low-temperature in vitro conservation technique system of Cymbidium dayanum by using plant tissue culture technique to realize its rapid propagation and long-term conservation in vitro.[Method] With mature seeds of C.dayanum as explants,different media were selected to establish asymbiotic germination technique system.With protocorms as materials,conservation,resumptive proliferation and plant regeneration conditions were selected to establish low-temperature in vitro conservation technique system preliminarily.[Result] Mature seeds of C.dayanum could germinate after cultured 90 days on MS media as well as "Hyponex 1" media.The germination rate reached more than 98%.Protocorms inoculated in "Hyponex 1" media could be conserved continuously at 5 ℃ in dark for more than 18 months and the survival rate could reach 90%.Conserved protocorms could realize resumptive proliferation culture both on 1/2 MS and "Hyponex 1" media.The seedling-strengthening and rooting media were 1/2 MS media.[Conclusion] This research provided practical basis for in vitro conservation and rapid propagation of C.dayanum germplasm resource.     

Predominant expression of T cell receptor V alpha 7 in tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes of uveal melanoma

Expression of T cell receptor (TCR) V alpha genes in tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) within intraocular melanoma was studied. Primers for 18 different human TCR V alpha families were used to analyze TCR V alpha-C alpha gene rearrangements in TIL in these melanomas obtained at surgery. A limited number of TCR V alpha genes were expressed and rearranged in these tumors, and TILs expressing V alpha 7 were found in seven of eight of these uveal melanomas. TCR gene usage is also restricted in experimental autoimmune disease, in T cells within organs like skin and other epithelial tissues, and in the brain of patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). The restricted usage of TCR genes in TIL may indicate that a specific antigen in these melanomas is targeted.     

利用MPCR技术快速检测进口大豆转基因背景

利用改良的CATB方法提取大豆(Glycine max)种子基因组DNA。以大豆内源ScII基因做对照，采用MPCR(Multiplex Polymerase Chain Reaction，MPCR)技术从进口大豆中检测出35S启动子、NOS终止子和EPSPS耐除草剂基因3种转基因成分。

独占春种子非共生萌发和低温离体保存

独占春(Cymbidium eburneum Lindley)成熟种子无菌播种诱导原球茎,并以原球茎进行低温离体保存。结果表明:在培养基花宝1号3g/L LH(水解乳蛋白)1g/L BA(细胞分裂素)0.5 mg/L NAA(生长素)0.1 mg/L CM (椰子汁)100 ml/L AC 2 g/L 蔗糖25 g/L中种子萌发出原球茎;原球茎在培养基1/2 MS LH 0.5 g/L BA 0.5 mg/L NAA 0.1mg/L AC 2g/L 蔗糖20g/L中于6℃黑暗条件下连续保存了20个月,成活率达85%,并能在恢复培养基MS BA 3～5 mg/L NAA 0.2 mg/L AC 1g/L CM 100 ml/L 蔗糖25 g/L中进行恢复增殖培养。     

Gulf stream and middle atlantic bight: complex thermal structure as seen from an environmental satellite

High-resolution infrared imagery from the ITOS 1 satellite demonstrates the utility of synoptic sea-surface temperature information. The northern edge of the Gulf Stream, the slope waters, and the shelf waters display complex thermal characteristics with distinct temperature gradients separating these three water masses. This type of information can be very useful for increasing our understanding of many physical phenomena that occur over Earth's oceans.     

Amygdalar and hippocampal theta rhythm synchronization during fear memory retrieval

The amygdalohippocampal circuit plays a pivotal role in Pavlovian fear memory. We simultaneously recorded electrical activity in the lateral amygdala (LA) and the CA1 area of the hippocampus in freely behaving fear-conditioned mice. Patterns of activity were related to fear behavior evoked by conditioned and indifferent sensory stimuli and contexts. Rhythmically synchronized activity at theta frequencies increased between the LA and the CA1 after fear conditioning and became significant during confrontation with conditioned fear stimuli and expression of freezing behavior. Synchronization of theta activities in the amygdalohippocampal network represents a neuronal correlate of conditioned fear, apt to improve neuronal communication during memory retrieval.     

Frequency of Mutations Induced by Radiations in Hexaploid Species of Triticum

The frequency of visible mutations induced by x-rays, phosphorus-32, and sulfur-35 was calculated in six hexaploid Triticum species. The species with spelted ears and winter habit showed a much lower mutation rate than the freethreshing, spring wheats.
