 黏膜免疫学研究是近几年来研究进展最快的领域之一。黏膜免疫的规律、特点及其调控机制等方面的知识得到了丰富和充实，并且对黏膜相关的疫病的发生机制及其防制提供了新的依据。在此，就黏膜免疫学的意义、黏膜免疫的主要途径、黏膜免疫与动物疫病防制、黏膜免疫与疫苗、黏膜免疫的研究动态等进行了综述。     

Methods,Principles and Problems of CGE Model''s Solving

Computable general equilibrium (CGE)model's solving is important for its reseachers . Though there are many softwares to solve the CGE model, it is very important for its reseachers to understand CGE model's solving principle. The paper introduces the methods,principles and problems of CGE model's solving.The software -MATLAB is used to solve CGE Model, and reseach the existing problem of CGE model's solving.     

Construction and Realization Method for 3 -D Digital City

This paper studies the key technology in the 3 - D digital city construction, and puts forward a new method to construct and realize the 3 - D digital city. The authors discuss the dates gathering and disposal from the collection of 3 - D topograph dates, the construction and ingress of 3 - D model, the gathering and disposal of texture dates. Subsequently, to solve the problem of that the 3 - D topograph dates are greater than the 2 - D topograph, the bulk-dates optimization of 3 - D digital city is realized through the choose of appropriate DEM of linenumbers and column numbers, the 3 - D model modeling specification, the using of nodes replace, the optimization of LOD modeling. The successful operation result of Chongqing Hi-tech Development Zone 3 - D digital city project illustrates that, this system can realistic mimic status in quo of the Chongqing Hi-tech Development Zone, the system operates smoothly, and its effect is also well.     

Application of Swimming Pool Heating with Solar Energy

Solar energy sourcei s regenerative source,reasonable use of it is an effective way to solve the problem of exiguousness of the traditional energy. But the usage of the solar energy is limited. To achieve the satisfactory effect, we must use a reasonable system style combined with the traditional energy. Through the application of swimming pool heating with solar energy. It is pointed out that more attention should be puid to reason dispose the collectors,store up heating tank,assistant thermal resource and dependable auto control. Solar energy can take place of the traditional energy, it is obviously that the solar energy can save the money and the energy and protect the environment.     

Antiinflammatory flavonoids from Artocarpus heterophyllus and Artocarpus communis

The antiinflammatory activities of the isolated flavonoids, including cycloartomunin (1), cyclomorusin (2), dihydrocycloartomunin (3), dihydroisocycloartomunin (4), cudraflavone A (5), cyclocommunin (6), and artomunoxanthone (7), and cycloheterohyllin (8), artonins A (9) and B (10), artocarpanone (11), artocarpanone A (12), and heteroflavanones A (13), B (14), and C (15) from Artocarpus communis and A. heterophyllus, were assessed in vitro by determining their inhibitory effects on the chemical mediators released from mast cells, neutrophils, and macrophages. Compound 4 significantly inhibited the release of beta-glucuronidase and histamine from rat peritoneal mast cells stimulated with P-methoxy-N-methylphenethylamine (compound 48/80). Compound 11 significantly inhibited the release of lysozyme from rat neutrophils stimulated with formyl-Met-Leu-Phe (fMLP). Compounds 8, 10, and 11 significantly inhibited superoxide anion formation in fMLP-stimulated rat neutrophils while compounds 2, 3, 5, and 6 evoked the stimulation of superoxide anion generation. Compound 11 exhibited significant inhibitory effect on NO production and iNOS protein expression in RAW 264.7 cells. The potent inhibitory effect of compound 11 on NO production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-activated macrophages, probably through the suppression of iNOS protein expression.     

A new belamcandaquinone from the seeds of Iris bungei Maxim

A novel dimeric 1,4-benzoquinone and resorcinol derivative, Belamcandaquinone N (1), and two known compounds, 3-hydroxyirisquinone (2) and 5-[(Z)-10-heptadecenyl] resorcinol (3), were isolated from the seeds of Iris bungei Maxim. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and comparing with literature data of known compounds. These compounds showed remarkable cytotoxic activity against RM-1 cell lines.     

Two new chalcone glycosides from the stems of Entada phaseoloides

Two new chalcone glycosides 4′-O-(6″-O-galloyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl)-2′,4-dihydroxychalcone (1) and 4′-O-(6″-O-galloyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl)-2′-hydroxy-4-methoxychalcone (2) together with one known chalcone glycoside 4′-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-2′-hydroxy-4-methoxychalcone (3) were isolated from the stems of Entada phaseoloides. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis, including HSQC, HMBC, ¹H–¹H COSY, and chemical evidences. This is the first report of chalcone-type compounds isolated from the genus Entada.
