夏季常发猪水肿病的诊治

猪水肿病是集中发生于断奶仔猪的一种急性致死性疾病,以胃肠等部位发生水肿为主要特征,又称大肠杆菌毒血症、浮肿病、胃水肿。溶血性大肠杆菌是该病的病原菌,目前发现的有O2、O8、O138、O139、O141等群。笔者近日接诊一例猪水肿病,现将诊治过程报告如下,供各位参考。1临床症状据该养殖户口述,其共饲养断奶仔猪30头,分两圈饲养。其中一圈15头仔猪中,有3头仔猪发病,其中1头发病仅1d就死亡;另一圈15头仔猪尚未发现症状。笔者随同该养殖户前往现场,两头发病仔猪已被隔离饲养,不同程度地出现神     

牛流行热间接免疫荧光诊断方法的研究

在牛流行热(BEF)的诊断方面,一些国家的研究者都在积极研究简便、特异、快速的血清学诊断方法。对此,我们进行了间接免疫荧光诊断技术的研究,用以检测患畜血清抗体。现将试验结果报告如下。     

自然感染鸡传染性法氏囊病耐过鸡卵黄抗体的制备及在诊断中的应用

以生理盐水-氯仿从自然感染鸡传染性法氏囊病(IBD)耐过鸡群的种蛋提取IBD卵黄抗体.其在琼脂扩散试验中与IBD阳性血清特异性相同,故可以替代IBD阳性血清。卵黄抗体取材广泛,提取简单,便于基层应用。

应用ELISA间接法检查牛流行热病毒抗体的研究

前言目前用于牛流行热的特异性血清学诊断方法有免疫荧光法(直接法和间接法)、补体结合试验以及中和试验等。酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)是一种简便、快速、敏感的血清学诊断方法,因此,在医学和兽医学研究领域特别受到广泛的重视。我们在研究补体结合试验和免疫荧光技术的基础上,进行了ELISA检查牛流行热病毒抗体的研究。现将初步结果报告如下。     

一奶牛眼部亚性肿瘤的切除术

1症状 我动物保健医院于 1999年 10月 7日遇到一头黑白花奶牛病倒，此奶牛右眼内长出一个突出于眼眶的菜花状的肿瘤，差不多有一个完整的菜花那么大，约 11× 5 5厘米，颜色为暗紫色，没有被膜，整个瘤体表面不整齐而且凹凸不平，有的地方有出血点和溃疡灶，多数肿瘤组织不能被推动。而整个眼球被挤出眼眶后烂掉。据畜主反映，奶牛已发病 4个多月，曾在当地兽医院治疗过一段时间 (连续注射青霉素 )，但病情非但没有减轻，反而逐日加重。 2诊断 根据发病情况及临床症状，结合良性肿瘤和恶性肿瘤的临床鉴别要点，初步诊断为右眼的恶性肿瘤…     

A Statistical Model for Mobile Satellite Channel and Digital Transmission Analysis

The paper deals with the statistical characterization of mobile satellite channel, and introduces a statistical channel model-the Shadowing Rician Fading model for frequency nonselective land mobile satellite channel. The parameters contained in the model are given by means of trial and error. Based on the model, the BER(Bit Error Ratio)performance is analyzed for narrow-band modulation and wide-band spread -spectrum modulation of coherent PSK (Phase Shift Keying) signals. The results show that the multipath and fading phenomenon in the channels worsens the system bit error performance, while the use of wide band spread spectrum modulation can improve it efficiently. In addition, an analytical expression is derived for the irreducible probability of bit error of coherent PSK signals due to phase variations caused by fading and shadowing. At last, the numerical results are obtained and discussed.

Weave Acid Dip Process Multi-channel Real-time Monitor and Data Query-analyze System

Most chemical plant in China still use the manual work to sample and titrate in acid dip. However, this method, owing to its heavy factitious influence, has bad checking repetitiveness, real time, and unreliable which seriously influences the quality of acid dip. This affects the quality of product. For solving this problem, the paper proposes multi channel real time monitor system, using S7 200 PLC, Visual Basic and SQL Server 2000. The system has high flexibility and reliability, is convenient to extend and can display data visually and vividly. Furthermore, the system can use SQL Server to save historical data, which makes it easy to inquire and analyze data. Practical application of this system shows that it has good effect.
