响应面优化早花忍冬组培苗增殖培养条件

本试验以早花忍冬组培苗的茎段为试验材料,采用Box-Behnken响应面设计法优化早花忍冬茎段继代培养的条件,为早花忍冬组培离体快繁体系建立提供了参考依据.通过单因素试验法确定激素的添加范围,通过响应面优化得到最佳的增殖培养基.结果表明:激素种类对早花忍冬组培苗茎段继代培养的影响顺序依次为:6-BA＞IAA＞IBA,并且在6-BA浓度为1.9 mg/L、IBA浓度为0.76 mg/L、IAA浓度为0.27 mg/L时,茎段继代培养的增殖系数为7.66,与方程预测值相接近.     

玉米秸秆消化率全基因组关联分析

48h体外干物质消化率（48h in vitro dry matter digestibility, 48h IVDMD）是衡量青贮玉米品质的重要指标。为了初步探究玉米秸秆消化率的分子遗传机理,以341份玉米自交系为材料,于2018年在沈阳和通辽种植,收获后测定秸秆48h IVDMD。利用全基因组重测序获得的6 276 612个高质量SNPs进行全基因组关联分析,共检测到153个与玉米秸秆消化率显著相关的SNPs位点（P<1.0×10^-6）,4个SNPs显著水平在P<1.0×10^-8以上;共找到38个秸秆消化率的候选基因,主要涉及细胞生长发育、防御反应和信号转导等生物学功能。     

Protective efficacy of an H5/H7 trivalent inactivated vaccine produced from Re-11, Re-12, and H7-Re2 strains against challenge with different H5 and H7 viruses in chickens

We developed an H5/H7 trivalent inactivated vaccine by using Re-11, Re-12, and H7-Re2 vaccine seed viruses, which were generated by reverse genetics and derived their HA genes from A/duck/Guizhou/S4184/2017(H5 N6)(DK/GZ/S4184/17)(a clade 2.3.4.4 d virus), A/chicken/Liaoning/SD007/2017(H5 N1)(CK/LN/SD007/17)(a clade 2.3.2.1 d virus), and A/chicken/Guangxi/SD098/2017(H7 N9)(CK/GX/SD098/17), respectively. The protective efficacy of this novel vaccine and that of the recently used H5/H7 bivalent inactivated vaccine against different H5 and H7 N9 viruses was evaluated in chickens. We found that the H5/H7 bivalent vaccine provided solid protection against the H7 N9 virus CK/GX/SD098/17, but only 50–60% protection against different H5 viruses. In contrast, the novel H5/H7 trivalent vaccine provided complete protection against the H5 and H7 viruses tested. Our study underscores the importance of timely updating of vaccines for avian influenza control.     

山东小麦玉米机械化种植模式

通过调研山东75家新型农业经营组织生产情况，分析规模生产条件下山东小麦玉米种植规格、各环节作业方式和机械配备等生产现状与存在问题，提出了一种适合规模化生产的小麦玉米机械化种植模式，并对各环节作业提出了技术要求。      

羊支原体性肺炎两标准株对抗菌药物敏感性的研究

本实验测定了环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、单诺沙星、红霉素、罗红霉素、泰勒菌素、泰妙菌素、四环素等8种药物对羊肺炎支原体两个标准株Y98和Y-goat的体外抑菌浓度以及红霉素与氧氟沙星、泰勒菌素对Y-goat和四环素与氧氟沙星、泰勒菌素对Y98的联合药敏作用。对羊肺炎支原体两个标准株对抗菌药物的敏感性进行了分析。     

森林主产利用计划系统编制工作初探

森林经营方案的编制与实施是提高森林经营水平的重要步骤。在编案中森林主产利用计划系统的编制是关键的工作。本文针对森林主产利用系统在编制过程中存在的问题，提出解决问题的途径、方法及其前景。     

金华市农业机械化投入机制初探

农业机械化是农业现代化的基础，是现代化的先决条件，发展农业机械化迫切需要加大投入。为此，分析了金华市现阶段农机化投入的现状及存在的问题；提出了通过建立政府、集体、信贷、农户、外资等“多位一体”的投入机制，加大农机化投入，促进农机化事业健康发展的思路。     

镍－碳化硅复合电镀的研究

报道了瓦特型镍－碳化硅复合电沉积过程，研究了ＳｉＣ微粒的表面活性剂处理，粒子浓度阴极电流密度，搅拌和ｐＨ值等因素对镀层硬度和耐磨性的影响。结果表明，在最佳的工艺条件下，可制备出性能优良的复合镀层（９％～１０％ＳｉＣ含量）其硬度是纯Ｎｉ的４～５倍，耐磨性是纯Ｎｉ的５～６倍。     

Acupuncture for general veterinary practice.

Since the International Society of Veterinary Acupuncture (IVAS) was founded in 1974, acupuncture (AP) has received greater acceptance by veterinary professionals throughout the world. This article introduces some important animal diseases that respond well to AP therapy. These include resuscitation of small animals, treatment of anoestrous gilts and sows, bovine reproductive disease, canine vertebral problems and equine backpain, etc. Conventional medicine considers these to be difficult cases to treat. Veterinarians have become more aware of the benefits of AP especially for those diseases, thanks to the efforts of experienced practitioners and scientists, and the many published reports on veterinary AP that have introduced some good indications for AP therapy in veterinary practice. Possible mechanisms behind the effectiveness of AP are discussed. This article aims to introduce veterinarians to good indications for AP to initiate their interest in the practice of AP. Although this is a rapidly expanding field, a long march must begin with one step. We wish this article to be the shoes for such a march. For more information on veterinary AP, contact IVAS , P.O. 比格犬人工感染埃立克体病的临床研究

为了表述比格犬感染埃立克体（Ehrlichia)后的临床表现，用已确证为Ｅ．platys和Ｅ．canis混合感染的犬血对５条比格犬进行了人工感染，并对临床和血液学变化进行了观察。埃立克体病的潜伏期为６－２９天，其后的临床表现为急性发热、眼结膜苍白、厌食、精神沉郁、体重严重减轻、腹泻带血、多处有淤血斑点出现、６－４５天内全部死亡。血液学变化显示血红蛋白和白细胞明显减少（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５）。由此可见，比格犬对２种埃立克体（Ｅ.canis和Ｅ．platys）混合感染的性很高，严重的临床表现与美国学者普遍认为的亚临床状态相左，这可能是中国Ｇzh981株（Ｅ．platys)和Ｇzh982株（Ｅ．casnis)与国外株在毒力上的差异所致。
