城市水体环境设计的生态学研究

城市扩展过程中,维护区域山水格局的连续性和完整性,是维护城市生态安全的一大关键。城市水体环境的保护、利用和开发受到越来越多的重视。本文从生态学的视角来研究城市水体环境,讨论了水景植物的选择配置、护岸的处理以及维持水体生物生态系统和生物多样性等方面的设计方案,提出了生态水体环境塑造的方法。     

Oncolytic Vaccinia Virus Carrying Aphrocallistes vastus Lectin (oncoVV-AVL) Enhances Inflammatory Response in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells

Aphrocallistes vastus lectin (AVL) is a C-type marine lectin derived from sponges. Our previous study demonstrated that oncolytic vaccinia virus carrying AVL (oncoVV-AVL) significantly enhanced the cytotoxicity of oncoVV in cervical cancer, colorectal cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma through the activation of Ras/ERK, MAPK/ERK and PI3K/Akt signaling pathways. In this study, the inflammatory response induced by oncoVV-AVL in a hepatocellular carcinoma cell (HCC) model was investigated. The results showed that oncoVV-AVL increased the levels of inflammatory cytokines including IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α through activating the AP-1 signaling pathway in HCC. This study provides novel insights into the utilization of lectin AVL in the field of cancer therapy.

通过查阅近年来的有关文献,总结了川芎嗪在心血管等方面的药理学研究进展和相关作用机制,并对川芎嗪今后的研究方向进行了展望。     

Structure and Expression In planta of Botrytis cinerea Ubiquitin Genes

To identify genes of the necrotrophic pathogenic fungus Botrytis cinerea that are expressed during infection of tomato leaves, a differential screening of a genomic library with radioactively labelled cDNA was performed. This resulted in the identification of a B. cinerea gene, denominated Bcubi4, which encodes a precursor protein consisting of four identical head-to-tail repeats of a 76aa ubiquitin unit. Subsequently a gene denominated Bcubi1CEP79, encoding a single ubiquitin unit joined to a Carboxyl Extension Protein of 79 amino acids, was isolated. The expression of the two ubiquitin genes was studied during pathogenesis of B. cinerea on tomato. Bcubi1CEP79, but not Bcubi4, mRNA was transiently induced at 16h after inoculation. The increased expression of the Bcubi1CEP79 gene at this stage of pathogenesis might be required for enhanced ribosomal biogenesis.     

基于相态图像在线检测的RCP轴封内流场试验研究

马铃薯金线虫和白线虫DNA特异扩增产物的克隆与鉴定

通过采用Fullaondo（1999）研究的特异引物检测方法,对来自英国和比利时的两个马铃薯金线虫（Globodera rostochiensis）种群和英国的一个马铃薯白线虫（G.pallida）种群的DNA进行扩增,其产物以大肠杆菌（Eschetichia coli）为受体菌,经过连接、转化和克隆纯化,筛选获得阳性克隆.经PCR鉴定和测序,英国和比利时的马铃薯金线虫种群的特异性谱带分别是357bp和350bp,而英国的马铃薯白线虫的谱带是782bp,与Fullaondo等人研究报道结果基本相符,从而鉴别出来自不同地理种群的马铃薯金线虫和白线虫.     

Identification of a potent immunostimulatory oligodeoxynucleotide from Streptococcus thermophilus lacZ

Immunostimulatory sequences of oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs), such as CpG ODNs, are potent stimulators of innate immunity. Here, we identified a strong immunostimulatory CpG ODN, which we named MsST, from the lac Z gene of Streptococcus (S.) thermophilus ATCC19258, and we evaluated its immune functions. In in vitro studies, MsST had a similar ability as the murine prototype CpG ODN 1555 to induce inflammatory cytokine production and cell proliferation. In mouse splenocytes, MsST increased the number of CD80+CD11c+and CD86+CD11c+ dendritic cells and CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells. We also analyzed the effects of MsST on the expression of regulatory cytokines by real-time quantitative PCR. MsST was more potent at inducing interleukin-10 expression than the ODN control 1612, indicating that MsST can augment the regulatory T cell response via Toll-like receptor 9, which plays an important role in suppressing T helper type 2 responses. These results suggest that S. thermophilus , whose genes include a strong Immunostimulatory sequence-ODN, is a good candidate for a starter culture to develop new physiologically functional foods and feeds.
