不同供磷水平小麦苗期根系特征与其相对产量的关系 总被引:15,自引:1,他引:15
研究了缺磷条件下不同基因型小麦苗期根系形态学及生理学适应特征 ,结果表明 :在缺磷环境中 ,小麦根轴数量和侧根长度明显减小 ,同化物向根部的分配比例增加 ,根轴长度、侧根数量和根系长度等均是显著提高。供试基因型小麦的根轴数量及其长度的差异在每个供磷水平及不同供磷水平之间均是显著的 ,说明这两种性状的差异是由基因型和环境因素共同决定的 ;而侧根特征的差异只在不同供磷水平之间是显著的 ,表明侧根性状主要是受环境因素控制的。对 6种基因型小麦的研究表明 ,高磷水平的小麦种子根的生长角度明显低于低磷处理的小麦 ,根角之间存在着显著的基因型差异。在缺磷条件下 ,6种基因型小麦完整根系分泌的酸性磷酸酶活性、根轴数量、根轴长度、根生长角度和根系长度之间均存在着显著的基因型差异。相关分析表明 ,缺磷条件下的小麦苗期根系形态指标和根系分泌的酸性磷酸酶活性的交互作用与小麦的相对产量之间具有显著的线性关系 ,这种关系说明以上 5种性状均可作为早期有效地筛选磷高效小麦品种的指标 相似文献

The engineering design of sewage treatment plant for the Chongqing city, P. R. China is analyzed in this paper. Considering the situation of China and other projects, the characteristics of falling water reactor for the environment protection project and economy of investment is introduced ; the application and foreground of falling water aeration in the process of sewage treatment is discussed, such as Oxidation - ditch, SBR, and so on. The conclusion indicated that the falling water aeration can be designed and used as an independent aeration, and, it is an upgraded technology of sewage treatment which is adaptive for city water environment control in middle and small towns in China. The falling water aeration may reduce running cost of the sewage treatment plant, is adaptive for foothill and the mountainous areas, and reduces project investment and environments damage. 相似文献

By analyzing the pressure distribution between gears and sealing blocks in compound gear pump with three idlers,the resultant hydraulic forces acting on seal blocks are obtained.The conclusion is the unbalanced resultant hydraulic forces are relatively small in magnitude.In the pump,the inner sealing edges are long and so it s Sealing effect is good,but the outer sealing effect is relatively poor because of its short sealing edges.The little unbalanced force pushes the sealing block to te pumping chamber,therefore it is advantageous to meliorating the pump's sealing effect,thereby to improving it's volumetric efficiency as well. 相似文献

棉铃虫对辛硫磷抗性的选育、交互抗性及增效剂增效作用研究 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
1 991年采自河南偃师棉田的棉铃虫种群(简称 YS种群 )与敏感品系相比有 2 .7倍的抗性。该种群在室内经功夫菊酯 +辛硫磷 (1∶ 2 5 )筛选了 2 7代后 ,对辛硫磷的抗性达到 9.4倍 ,再单用辛硫磷对该种群筛选 2 1代 ,获得 6 3 .0倍的抗性。交互抗性测定结果表明 ,棉铃虫对辛硫磷产生高水平抗性后对灭多威具有比较明显的交互抗性 ,对久效磷具有一定程度交互抗性 ,对甲基对硫磷和丙溴磷只有较低水平的交互抗性。 3种增效剂 TPP、DEF和 PBO对辛硫磷的增效比分别为1 .4、2 4 .8和 1 .0 ,DEF的增效作用明显 ,使辛硫磷的抗性由 6 3倍降至 2 .5倍 ,初步证明酯酶是引起棉铃虫对辛硫磷产生抗性的重要原因。本文的研究结果对于在棉铃虫抗药性治理措施中选择辛硫磷的轮换或替代品种具有重要参考价值 相似文献
