甜菜夜蛾(Spodopteraexigua Hübner)雄蛾触角对雌蛾性信息素的EAG反应 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
采用EAG生测技术研究表明,甜菜夜蛾雄蛾触角上具有4种性信息素组分(Z9,E12-14Ac(A)、Z9-14OH(B)、Z9-14Ac(C)和Z9,E12-14OH(D))的感受细胞.单一组分A,二元组分AB和AD,三元组分ABC、ABD和ACD及四元组分ABCD的EAG反应显著较高,与3头雌蛾性信息素腺体浸提液的反应强度相当.进一步对AB二元混合物中两组分的最佳比例以及最佳比例的剂量反应进行了测定.当AB间的比例为55时可产生最大的EAG反应,其它比例(91、73、37、19)间无明显差异.AB(55)混合物的使用剂量在0,04~4μg范围内,EAG值随剂量增加呈直线上升;使用剂量低于0.04μg或高于40μg,EAG值不再有明显变化. 相似文献

An algorithm of fault section diagnosis based on topology identification for distribution networks is presented. By decomposing the topologic matrix which describing the distribution network into two parts,one part only contain the complex coupling factor ,and the other ignore the complex coupling factor. Using this method, the fault zones in distribution network can be identified and isolated efficiently, and the vertexes of the zones can also be identified automatically. According to existent problems on design and application of the cylindrical cam mechanism with the slide roller-follower, the one correct concept about profile design and pressure angle is presented.
