A new mold slag with low content SiO2 and high content Al2O3 is designed in order to avoid or alleviate the reaction between Al and SiO2 during the continuous casting of high-Al steel, the acidity of this slag is adjusted by adding B2O3, and the effect of B2O3 content on the fusion property, viscosity property and heat transfer characteristics through the mold slag film of the mold slag is analyzed. The results show that the fusion temperature, viscosity, viscous flow activation energy decrease and heat flux through the slag film increases with the increase of B2O3 content in the range of 4%~10%; temperature time transformation (TTT) diagrams move to longer incubation time with the increase of B2O3, while the crystallization speed of mold fluxes decreases; under this experiment condition, the precipitation of CaF2 crystals can be restrained by the increase of B2O3 content in the mold slag. 相似文献

With the isolation system based on pure rolling as the object of study, the computer program was develeped to calculate its seismic displacement based on its characteristics. And then, experiment method and theory analysis method were adopted to analyze the new computer program and the traditional calculation method’s rationality in contrast. It is shown that the computer program is reasonable, and its results are relatively accurate and conservative. The traditional calculation method based on the rigid-plastic relation of force and displacement is illogical, and its results are relatively small. A new composite structure which is composed of steel beam and concrete girder is introduced in fuel electric plant construction. With different height of concrete girders with or without anchor bar, two scale models from an actual project were designed and tested. It is shown that the maximum restraining moment of ends of steel beams is approximately 60kN*m; influence of anchor bar is little; the one with 600mm high concrete beam is damaged by shear, and the others steel beam is damaged by bending failure. Finite element models were built for supplementary analysis, and the result indicates that critical value of the height of concrete beam of different failure modes is 700mm; stiffness of shear key and thickness of floor have great influence on the structure; size of anchor bar has little influence; and width of the end of the steel beam has certain influence. 相似文献

从甘蓝型油菜中克隆了MAPK7基因家族3个成员BnMAPK7-1、BnMAPK7-2和BnMAPK7-3的全长cDNA序列,它们最长标准mRNA分别为1593、1434和1547 bp。系统进化分析表明,甘蓝型油菜MAPK7基因全部来自白菜,而且BnMAPK7-1/-2的是由白菜Bra03723祖先基因加倍产生的,而BnMAPK7-3则由白菜中Bra037234的祖先基因进化形成的。同时,克隆获得BnMAPK7-1/-2的启动子序列,该启动子里含有多个与光诱导相关的元件、激素响应元件和逆境胁迫响应元件。实时荧光定量PCR (qRT-PCR)显示甘蓝型油菜MAPK7基因家族在所有的组织器官中均表达,并发现该基因家族的表达受植物激素(MeJA、ABA、SA)、信号分子(H2O2)、逆境(高温)以及伤害(损伤和核盘菌)的诱导,初步证明甘蓝型油菜MAPK7基因在植物逆境胁迫应答中起一定作用。实现了甘蓝型油菜MAPK7-1/-3基因的原核表达,并证明它们编码的蛋白主要以包涵体形式存在,为后续的研究提供了基础。 相似文献

Based on the result, in 2000, Kun-Jen Chung, Peter Chu and Shaw-Ping Lan devoloped the necessary and sufficient conditions of the existence and uniqueness of the optimal solutions of the profit per unit time functions without backlogging and with complete backlogging. Mathematical model of power frequency electric field is established based on Charge Simulation Method(CSM) to analyze power frequency electric field caused by EHV lines with overhead ground wires and its effect, which are entering the megalopolis. 马铃薯块茎过早萌芽会降低商品价值,本试验比较挥发性物质的抑芽效应,并从转录和蛋白水平分析其作用机制。结果表明,抑芽能力薄荷醇(29)樟脑(29)萘,萌芽受抑降低代谢消耗,薄荷醇处理180 d时的重量损失只有对照损失的36%。樟脑处理萌芽块茎3 d引起表达显著上调(或下调)的基因和蛋白分别有1227 (299)和296 (204)个,主要参与响应刺激、防御反应。贮藏期间,果胶代谢基因PEL、PME、PG,角质合成基因CYP77A6、HPFT、WES,乙烯合成基因ACO以及转录因子编码基因GATA4L的表达量随时间升高。樟脑早期不同程度地刺激这些基因表达,中后期则抑制,49d时只有对照的0.68%~23.35%。薄荷醇使上述基因表达保持低水平,但可提高细胞周期负控基因KRP4的表达,为对照的15.9倍。植物病原菌互作通路中的基因WRKY75、STH-2、RBOH表达受樟脑诱导并在后期高表达。樟脑和薄荷醇均能抑制生长发育基因的表达,造成芽死亡,降低贮藏损耗。前者早期能促进合成保护性物质,萌芽时有更强烈的抗菌反应;后者则阻碍细胞分裂。 相似文献

复杂生态网络是近年来区域生态环境可持续研究的热点。以2016年磴口县的遥感影像数据、DEM数据等为研究素材,提出生态库伦力的概念并基于力导向算法构建生态网络多情景模拟模型,结合最小累积阻力面模型设置多个情景模式对磴口县现状生态网络的演化进行研究。研究结果表明:随着(1.0,0)模式到(0,1.0)模式的转换,生态源地斑块栅格逐渐消失,骨架廊道逐渐出现断裂;在(0,1.0)模式下生态网络遭到极大破坏,现状条件下若进行大规模土地经济开发会对生态网络造成极大的破坏;但在(0.9,0.1)模式下,虽沙漠边缘处出现破坏,但是在样圆内部生态网络却出现扩张,在现有自然资源的约束下,磴口县仍有发展经济的空间,但空间不大。本研究所提出的多情景模拟模型适用于生态网络的演化分析。 相似文献
