山东省沂南县动物强制免疫“先打后补”现状分析

2021年,沂南县推进动物疫病强制免疫“先打后补”工作,依托“鲁牧云”信息平台,通过强化组织领导,加强政策宣贯,强化人员培训,放开强免疫苗经营渠道,提供抗体检测无偿服务等措施,提升了养殖场户“先打后补”的积极性、自主性、灵活性,强化了养殖场户动物防疫主体责任,满足了养殖场户疫苗多样化需求。但由于 “先打后补”补助金额少、社会化服务不规范、基层动物防疫体系弱化、缺少配套工作经费等原因,部分养殖场户实施“先打后补”的积极性不高。建议通过规范社会化服务组织,强化培训水平,提高补助标准,强化三级（县乡村）基础设施建设,升级“鲁牧云”等措施,确保“先打后补”政策惠及更多养殖场户。     

提高水稻愈伤组织再生频率的研究

以长时间继代的水稻成熟胚愈伤组织为试验材料,研究激素配比、继代方式、干燥处理和添加物对分化的影响。结果表明,分化培养基中加3 mg/L BA对分化有利;继代培养基中加入3 mg/L ABA,以麦芽糖代替蔗糖,或以甘露醇代替部分蔗糖在一定程度上可以改善愈伤组织状态,提高分化率;干燥处理能明显提高愈伤组织分化率;分化培养中添加一定浓度的AgNO3和CuSO4有利于愈伤组织分化。     

小麦品种贵农21,贵农22抗病性研究

采用温室苗期测定和成株期人工诱发接种鉴定方法研究了簇毛麦——硬粒小麦杂种后代贵农21、22的抗病性。苗期抗性测定表明,贵农21、22对国外15个小麦条锈菌生理小种表现为免疫至近免疫反应,仅对具有毒性基因Yr10的菌系82E16表现出中度感病,对供试的国内14个主要条锈菌菌系呈观免疫至近免疫反应。田间成株期抗性试验结果显示,贵农21、22对小麦条锈病、白粉病免疫,高抗秆锈病,中抗叶锈病。小麦品种贵农21、22可作为抗病资源和生产品种加以推广应用。     

A Mininum Ring-band Mathematical Definition, Numerical Algorithm

A minimum ring-band mathematical definition :In the done ring-band, there are at least two inner points and two outer points which scatter staggeringly on the circumference. With this definition as the rule of searching calculation' s ending,a fast numerical algorithm of gaining the minimum ring-band of a closed curve was suggested:Make a ring-band with the four points scattered staggeringly,then replace the old points with new ones continuously until all the points are located within the ring-band. The method was used in an application example to measure the spindle rotating precision of machine tools.     

Research on Dynamics of Installation Way for Active Isolation Actuator on Flexible Foundations

The dynamic characteristic of active isolation atuator on flexible foundations was studied under the installation of parallel structure and foundation cancellation.The influencing relationships between active isolation force of the different installation ways and passive isolation system and flexible foundation were analyzed and compared.Scientific basis for selecting installation ways of active isolator is provided in this paper.     

ELLIPSOMETRIC SPECTROSCOPY OF ELECTROCHROMISM OF POLYANILINE FILMS

The electrochromism of polyaniline films, which is prepared by electropolymer-ization from aniline in acidic aqueous solution onto platinum,is investigated in 330-700nm through in-situ ellipsometric technique. The results indicate that the ellipsometric peak of the reduced state(-0. 2V) of the film appears at 390-400nm and the oxidized state(0. 55V) at 500-530nm. The elec-trochromic reaction from the reduced "yellow" state to the oxidized "green" state is suggested via intermediate state whose ellipsometric peak appears at 466-470nm.     

Study on the Land Use Right in Urban Housing Dismantling and Moving

With the strengthening of constitutional protection that legal private property is not to be encroached upon and the land usufructs paid regime are further clear, the regime of urban housing dismantling and moving is facing a vigorous test. This paper analyzes three problems: the justice of the withdrawal of land use right, the legality of the alteration of the land use right and the rationality of the compensation of the land use right during the urban housing dismantling and moving. Finally, this paper tries to find some effective measures to solve the chain problems.     

原生质体载体技术在马铃薯育种中的应用

综述了原生质体载体技术在育种中的应用:体细胞杂交、以原生质体为受体细胞的DNA直接导入转化、体细胞无性系变异、胁迫耐受系的选择,同时针对马铃薯的生物学特性、育种现状及其原生质体方面的研究现状,提出利用原生质体载体技术进行马铃薯育种的优势和切实可行性。     

单株幼龄苹果树修剪仿真研究

修剪是果树生产中重要的技术手段,要想研究更加合理的修剪技术体系,就必须保证能够对修剪反应有准确、直观和及时的判断,而仿真模拟技术提供了这种可能。以幼龄苹果树为研究对象,采用不同修剪处理对比的方法,在田间试验的基础上,总结修剪反应规律,构建苹果树结构和修剪模型。在此基础上基于Qt框架和OpenGL图形库,开发了单株苹果树修剪仿真软件平台。结合优化算法,通过仿真平台模拟了给定生产目标的修剪方案优化,优化结果对虚拟学习和实际生产提供了可视化指导。     

基于多信息融合的疫苗制备中鸡蛋胚体分拣系统

采用多信息融合方法研究疫苗制备中鸡蛋胚体状态的识别与分拣技术。在研究不同状态鸡蛋胚体图像特征、温度衰减和透光度变化情况的基础上,得出活胚图像中血管多、粗且呈放射状,弱胚图像中血管少、细且断裂,死胚图像内部均匀无血管,污染胚图像内部有明显黑块特征;鸡蛋胚体从37.8℃的孵化箱中取出置于25℃室温环境,活胚、弱胚、污染胚、死胚的温度衰减速度依次增大;活胚的透光度随孵化时间增加而逐渐降低,其他胚体透光度变化相对较小。将图像、温度、透光度信息特征融合,建立BP神经网络信息融合模型对鸡蛋胚体状态进行识别。最后,从37.8℃孵化箱中抽取80枚孵化6 d的鸡蛋胚体放置于室温10 min后,采集图像、温度和透光度信息,进行试验验证。结果表明多信息融合系统的识别准确率为96.25%,比单用图像、温度和透光度传感器进行识别的准确率分别提高了6.25%、13.75%和8.75%。
