以国家标准法GB/TS009.93-2003为基础,以小麦标准物质(GSB-2)、石麦12和冀丰733为试验材料,应用AFS-230E型原子荧光光度计,研究了原子荧光法测定小麦硒的各种影响因素,并对国家标准法测定农产品硒存在的一些缺点进行了改进.结果表明:盐酸浓度、硼氢化钾浓度对测定小麦硒均有一定影响,但改良剂铁氰化钾对测定结果基本没有影响.将国家标准法中硒的预还原方式改进为煮沸20 min,在盐酸浓度20%、硼氢化钾浓度1.5%的条件下,可不加改良剂铁氰化钾测定小麦硒.该法测定小麦硒,准确度和精密度高,可满足实际测试工作的要求.  相似文献

Nylon 4, which can be synthesized by anionic ring-opening polymerization, has good mechanical properties and a very high affinity for water owing to its high polarity. On the other hand, despite its high melting temperature, the polymer has not been commercialized because of its low thermal stability. In this study, copolymerization of 2-pyrrolidone (C4) with 2-piperidone (C5) was performed to reduce the melting temperature of Nylon 4 homopolymer. The copolymerization reaction was controlled by changing the comonomer content, catalyst content, temperature, initiator content, and reaction time. The Nylon copolymers were characterized by 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, and thermogravimetric analysis. The hydrophilic properties of Nylon 4 and its copolymers were evaluated by surface free energy analysis and moisture regain measurement. The intrinsic viscosity and polymerization yield of Nylon 4 increased with increasing catalyst concentration until 5 mole% and decreased with further increases in catalyst loading. The proton NMR spectrum revealed the composition of the Nylon 4/5 copolymer to be 62.5 % C4 moiety at a 5:5 comonomer feed ratio. The melting temperature of the Nylon 4/5 copolymers decreased considerably according to the composition. The moisture regain of the Nylon 4/5 copolymer was higher than 6.4 % even at 77.3 % C4 in composition.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to develop an effective potential wound dressing material based on a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and tannic acid (TA) composite film. To prepare the PVA/TA films, PVA and TA blended aqueous solutions were cast into film form by spreading the solutions and drying them. Then the films were heat treated at 155 oC for 3 min to promote esterification between the PVA and TA. After removing un-crosslinked moieties from the films by rinsing and drying, the films were investigated by swelling behavior, FTIR spectroscopy, XRD and TGA. And, the antibacterial and antioxidant abilities of the films were also examined in this study. Through this investigation it was discovered that TA effectively acts as a functional antibacterial and antioxidant agent as well as crosslinker in the PVA/TA system. Thus, the PVA/TA composite films prepared by the casting and heat treatment method proposed in this study are expected to be used for topical medication, such as wound dressing material.  相似文献

The spectrum is a key environmental factor, and light-emitting diodes (LEDs) can influence the growth and development of crustaceans by altering the composition of the spectrum. This study conducted a 30-day experiment to investigate the effects of five LED spectra (red, yellow, blue, green, and white light) on the growth, antioxidant and immune enzyme activities, stress hormone levels, and the expression of α-amylase (α-AMY), ecdysone receptor (EcR) and retinoid X receptor (RXR) genes in juvenile redclaw crayfish (Cherax quadricarinatus). The results show that the survival rate of juveniles is markedly higher in the yellow and red-light groups than in the other three groups (P < 0.05). The green light group exhibits the lowest survival rate, yet it demonstrates the highest weight gain rate and specific growth rate. Regarding enzyme activity and hormone levels, the yellow light group shows the lowest malondialdehyde content, with higher superoxide dismutase and acid phosphatase activity than the other groups; no significant differences are observed in lysozyme activity among the groups (P > 0.05). The melatonin content in the green and blue light groups is significantly higher than that in the other three groups (P < 0.01). In terms of growth gene expression, the expression of α-AMY, EcR, and RXR in juvenile C. quadricarinatus is regulated by the spectrum. In conclusion, when raised under the yellow light spectrum, juvenile C. quadricarinatus displays elevated survival rates, rapid growth, and robust antioxidant and immune defenses. This study provides important technical parameters for optimizing and enhancing the industrial cultivation of juvenile C. quadricarinatus.  相似文献
