With the widespread occurrence of aquaculture diseases and the broad application of antibiotics, drug-resistant pathogens have increasingly affected aquatic animals’ health. Marine probiotics, which live under high pressure in a saltwater environment, show high potential as a substitute for antibiotics in the field of aquatic disease control. In this study, twenty strains of non-hemolytic bacteria were isolated from the intestine of wild oysters and perch, and a model of Caenorhabditis elegans infected by Vibrio anguillarum was established. Based on the model, ML1206, which showed a 99% similarity of 16S rRNA sequence to Planococcus maritimus, was selected as a potential marine probiotic, with strong antibacterial capabilities and great acid and bile salt tolerance, to protect Caenorhabditis elegans from being damaged by Vibrio anguillarum. Combined with plate counting and transmission electron microscopy, it was found that strain ML1206 could significantly inhibit Vibrio anguillarum colonization in the intestinal tract of Caenorhabditis elegans. Acute oral toxicity tests in mice showed that ML1206 was safe and non-toxic. The real-time qPCR results showed a higher expression level of genes related to the antibacterial peptide (ilys-3) and detoxification (ugt-22, cyp-35A3, and cyp-14A3) in the group of Caenorhabditis elegans protected by ML1206 compared to the control group. It is speculated that ML1206, as a potential probiotic, may inhibit the infection caused by Vibrio anguillarum through stimulating Caenorhabditis elegans to secrete antibacterial effectors and detoxification proteins. This paper provides a new direction for screening marine probiotics and an experimental basis to support the potential application of ML1206 as a marine probiotic in aquaculture.  相似文献

分析了1989年以来,国内竹质活性炭制备研究概况,综述了KOH活化法、H3PO4活化法、ZnC l2活化法和水蒸汽活化法制备竹质活性炭的工艺和机理研究进展,通过比较,认为环保型水蒸汽法是常规竹质活性炭制备的发展方向;并提出今后的研究可在三个方面加强:一是全面、系统地研究各因素及因素间的交互作用以深化制备工艺的研究;二是引入新技术以拓展制备技术的研究,三是以应用需要推动制备技术的研究。  相似文献

A polyaniline-modified quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) sensor was obtained through immobilizing the polyaniline film on the silver electrode surface of quartz crystal resonator by an electrochemical method. The sensor was studied for detecting the formic acid gas of different concentrations, and the results showed that the resonant frequency of QCM decreased quickly in the beginning and tended to be constant in the end when exposed to formic acid gas. The frequency shifts decreased faster as the concentration of formic acid gas increased. And the frequency shifts of the QCM sensors were found to be linearly related to the concentration of formic acid gas, which might be used to estimate the concentration level of the formic acid gas within the range of experimental concentrations. The result of on-line monitoring test fully indicated that the QCM sensor responded effectively to the increasing concentration of formic acid and had important practical significance and broad application prospect in real-time detection of antique conservation environment in the museum.  相似文献

Land degradation is recognized as a major environmental problem in rainfed fruit orchards on the Chinese Loess Plateau. Six treatments were used to investigate surface runoff and soil moisture by means of simulated rainfall experiments: (i) a control (clean cultivation) (CC); (ii) strip cock's foot (Dactylis glomerata L.) cover (SCF); (iii) strip crown vetch (Coronilla varia L.) cover (SCV); (iv) strip bird's foot trefoil (Lotus corniculatus L.) cover (SBF); (v) strip white clover (Trifolium repens L.) cover (SWC); and (vi) complete white clover cover (WCC). The time to runoff was significantly longer under WCC than under other treatments (p < 0·05). The total runoff volume and sediment yield were significantly greater under CC than under the vegetation cover treatments (p < 0·05). The mean infiltration rate under WCC and CC was the largest and lowest and differed significantly from that under other treatments (p < 0·05). The change of soil water storage was the largest under WCC and the least under CC. The soil moisture was significantly greater under SCF than under other treatments (p < 0·05). Treatment SCF seemed to be the best groundcover for rainfed sloping jujube orchards on the Chinese Loess Plateau. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

通过调查合肥市3个居住区组团绿地空间中居民的活动和期望,分析居民活动与绿地空间的密切关系,探索提出与居民活动相适应的人性化绿地模式。结果表明:人们有很强烈的休闲期望,其中以休息、活动身体和呼吸新鲜空气为最主要。绿地空间的活动也较为多样,以休息与散步为主,且居民活动与空间的性质、功能和设施有关。功能越多样,活动越丰富,满意度越高。同时,结合合肥市居住区居民户外活动与绿地环境的关系具体调查结果对绿地空间现状及存在的问题做出分析,在此基础上提出3个相应的绿地空间设计模式。    相似文献

0.05%~8%(w/v)浓度的常用表面活性剂Triton X100、SDS、DMSO和Tween20可使转枯草芽孢杆菌纤溶酶(Bacillus subtilis fibrinolytic enzyme, BSFE)基因烟草增加BSFE在根系中的分泌或增加其在水培液中的稳定性,从而促进转BSFE 基因烟草水培液BSFE活性的增加。其单位根体积下水培液BSFE活性与培养天数呈抛物线型变化趋势,可模拟为二次回归模型。这种促进作用与表面活性剂的浓度有关。一定浓度的Triton X100、SDS、DMSO和Tween20可作为转BSFE基因烟草根系分泌表达的有效化学调节剂。  相似文献
