试验选取胎次相近(2~3胎)和分娩日龄相差7d左右的长×大二元母猪24头.随机分为4个处理组.各处理组哺乳仔猪从5日龄开始补料,分别饲喂A、B、C和D4种教槽料。结果表明:母猪从分娩到断奶期间总采食量个体间没有显著差异(P〉0.05)。1~4d和4~21d.仔猪日增重和采食量无显著差异(P〉0.05);4~28d和全程(1+28d)仔猪日增重差异不显著(P〉0.05)。21~28d生长阶段,B组仔猪采食量和日增重均显著高于A、C和D组(P〈0.05):B组公猪日增重显著高于A组(P〈0.05);B组母猪日增重显著高于A、C和D组(P〈0.05);负增重比例,B组较其他3组最低。仔猪在各阶段腹泻率差异均不显著(P〉0.05):断奶后7d.B和C组腹泻仔猪与D和A组差异显著(P〈0.05)。B和C组的仔猪皮毛光滑程度高于A和D组。以上结果表明B组教槽料对仔猪生产性能和减少腹泻情况的效果最好.  相似文献

Rice growth and its resistance to pests had been often constrained by soil‐silicon (Si) availability. The purpose of this study was to assess the potential of biochar soil amendment (BSA) to improve Si availability in paddy soils. A cross‐site field trail with BSA was conducted in six locations with different climatic and crop‐production conditions across S China. Plant‐available Si content before field‐trials establishment and after rice harvest, as well as Si content in rice shoot were determined. Varying with site conditions, plant‐available Si content of soil was observed to increase significantly with BSA in most sites. Significant increase in rice shoot Si was detected in four out of the six sites, which was well correlated to the concurrent increase in soil pH under BSA treatment. This study demonstrates an important role of BSA to improve Si availability and uptake by rice mainly through increasing soil pH of the acid and slightly acid rice soils.  相似文献

Monosex male culture of C. quadricarinatus is proposed for increasing yields because males reach a larger size at harvest than females. An experiment was done to evaluate the effects of androgenic gland extract and temperature on sex reversal and somatic growth in early juvenile females. Females were exposed to the following experimental conditions: C: control food and temperature maintained at 26 ± 1°C; HT (high temperature): control food and temperature maintained at 28.5 ± 1°C; VHT (very high temperature): control food and temperature maintained at 31 ± 1°C; AG: food with enriched with androgenic gland (1/10 dose for each juvenile per day) and temperature maintained at (26 ± 1)°C. The juveniles were weighed, sexed, and growth increment (GI) and growth rate (GR) were calculated twice a month. The HT and AG groups differed from the C group in GI and GR indicating a greater somatic growth. At the end of the experiment, the HT and AG groups had similar weight but only the HT group had enhanced oocyte diameter, with some vitellogenic oocytes compared to the C group. In the HT group, there was significant sex reversal, as indicated by development of male and intersex male characteristics in different individuals. Both temperature and AG diet have a high potential for culture of this species because of their enhancement of somatic growth; higher temperature increases the proportion of males, a desirable characteristic of cultured populations.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The major facilitator superfamily (MFS) drug transporter MgMfs1 of the wheat pathogen Mycosphaerella graminicola (Fuckel) J Schroeter is a potent multidrug transporter with high capacity to transport strobilurin fungicides in vitro. The data presented in this paper indicate that, in addition to the predominant cause of strobilurin resistance, cytochrome b G143A subsititution, MgMfs1 can play a role in sensitivity of field strains of this pathogen to trifloxystrobin. RESULTS: In a major part of field strains of M. graminicola (collected in the Netherlands in 2004) containing the cytochrome b G143A substitution, the basal level of expression of MgMfs1 was elevated as compared with sensitive strains lacking the G143A substitution. Induction of MgMfs1 expression in wild-type isolates upon treatment with trifloxystrobin at sublethal concentrations proceeded rapidly. Furthermore, in disease control experiments on wheat seedlings, disruption mutants of MgMfs1 displayed an increased sensitivity to trifloxystrobin. CONCLUSION: It is concluded that the drug transporter MgMfs1 is a determinant of strobilurin sensitivity of field strains of M. graminicola.  相似文献

目的探讨白藜芦醇对辐射导致小鼠骨髓损伤的修复作用。方法 80只小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、实验组和对照组,每组20只。除正常组外,其余各组以辐射造成小鼠骨髓型急性损伤模型;实验组和对照组分别腹腔注射白藜芦醇100mg/kg和甲基强的松龙100mg/kg,正常组和模型组则腹腔注射等量生理盐水,连续治疗7d,检测小鼠外周血白细胞、骨髓单个核细胞以及骨髓CD34+细胞数。结果给药后实验组的白细胞计数、骨髓单个核细胞数和CD34+细胞百分率与给药前比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且均高于同一时间点的模型组(P〈0.05)。实验组各时间点的白细胞数、骨髓单个核细胞数和CD34+细胞百分率与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论白藜芦醇可增加放射损伤小鼠白细胞、骨髓单个核细胞和CD34+细胞的数目,加快骨髓造血功能的恢复。  相似文献

Summary Spores of the vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal (VAM) fungus Glomus clarum obtained from sweet potatoes grown in soil inoculated with this fungus and with an enrichment culture of Acetobacter diazotrophicus contained A. diazotrophicus and several other bacteria, including a diazotrophic Klebsiella sp. Inoculation of micropropagated sweet potatoes with G. clarum and A. diazotrophicus enhanced spore formation in soil compared to VAM inoculation alone. Plants inoculated with VAM spores containing the bacteria showed additional increases in the number of spores formed within roots. A. diazotrophicus infected aerial plant parts only when inoculated together with VAM or when present within VAM spores. Micropropagated sugarcane seedlings inoculated with the same VAM spores containing the diazotrophs also contained much higher numbers of A. diazotrophicus in aerial parts than seedlings inoculated in vitro with the bacteria alone. When grown in non-sterile soil, the sugarcane seedlings again showed the greatest infection of aerial parts after inoculation with VAM spores containing the diazotrophs. This treatment also increased VAM colonization and the numbers of spores formed within roots. Similar effects were observed in sweet sorghum except that the aerial plant parts were not infected by A. diazotrophicus.  相似文献
