鸡新城疫免疫失败的原因及防制措施

1 免疫失败的原因1.1 免疫方式不当。鸡的新城疫(ND)保护性抗体可分为粘膜表面的IgA和血清中的IgG,只有呼吸道粘膜抗体和血清抗体都达到一定滴度时才能有效防止新城疫发生。由于免疫方法选择不当(如饮水免疫),致使鸡的呼吸道粘膜抗体未达到保护水平,或使血清中新城疫抗体不高,都可引起鸡发生新城疫。     

一种澄清的低浓度桑果汁饮料的研制

本研究了桑果汁的澄清方法，确定了一种澄清低浓度桑果汁饮料的配方和工艺，也指出了该饮料的不足以及进一步研究需要解决的问题。     

Changes in some biochemical indicators of bone turnover after ultraviolet irradiation of dairy cows

The effect of ultraviolet irradiation on some biochemical indicators of bone turnover in dairy cows was determined. The irradiation was performed using a stationary system for two months and comprised a regimen of 10 days irradiation followed by 10 days rest. After ultraviolet irradiation, significant differences in the activities of serum alkaline phosphatase (P < 0.001) and bone alkaline phosphatase isoenzyme (P < 0.05) and concentration of osteocalcin (P < 0.01) were demonstrated. The results suggest that supplementary ultraviolet irradiation during winter could be used as a simple but reliable method of preventing the development of generalised metabolic bone disorders in dairy cows.     

Other new and potentially useful inhalational anesthetics.

Sevoflurane and desflurane are volatile inhaled anesthetics that are currently being investigated as possible improvements for the anesthetic management of human patients. Information to date suggests these agents have several advantages over existing clinical agents. For example, the blood/gas partition coefficient for both agents is lower than that of other halogenated anesthetics. Consistent with this physical characteristic is a more rapid induction of and emergence from anesthesia. Both cause a dose-related depression of cardiopulmonary function, which is comparable to isoflurane. Results of studies to date favor desflurane over sevoflurane because it is less soluble in blood, is stable in soda lime, is biodegraded the least of any volatile anesthetic, and is not toxic.     

我国价格体系改革趋势初探

本文以我国国民经济系统与河南省经济子系统的同构性为基础,利用河南省1987年投入产出表,计算出诺依曼最优生产强度和与之相应的最优价格,进而对照现行价格,提出了我国价格体系改革走向的基本构想,并对其合理性、可行性进行了初步研究。     

荔枝采后果皮变色机理研究

对不同采后处理的荔枝在贮藏过程中果皮的渗透率和多酚氧化酶活性变化进行了研究，结果表明：当果皮细胞膜渗透率大于30％时。荔枝果皮就发生大面积褐变；果皮细胞膜渗透率的变化是荔枝采后果皮变色的一个重要指标，而多酚氧化酶活性的高低并不是荔枝果皮颜色变化的决定因素。     

微孢子虫DNA提取方法的比较

本实验采用陈秀改进法、SDS法、CTAB法和TEK改进法对四种微孢子虫SD1、SD2、SD3、SD4基因组DNA进行抽提,并对抽提效果做了对比,结果表明,陈秀改进法对SD1、SD2、SD3基因组DNA抽提效果较好,TEK改进法对SD2、SD3、SD4基因组DNA抽提效果较好,SDS法和CTAB法对四种微孢子虫基因组DNA的抽提效果均不理想,     

Cortisol and corticosterone plasma levels in different Psittaciformes]

Plasma cortisol and corticosterone levels were measured in macaws, African Grey Parrots, Amazon Parrots and budgerigars using a RIA after preliminary cleaning. As in other avian species, the plasma contains predominantly corticosterone.     

利木赞牛改良互助本地黄牛的效果

为了研究利木赞牛对互助黄牛的改良效果,本试验测定了初生、6月龄和1岁利本F1代的体尺、体重,并与本地黄牛进行了比较。结果表明,利本F1代牛的各项被检指标均比本地黄牛有明显的提高(P<0.01)。
