针对油气管道沿线无人值守手动阀室安全建设困难的现状,分析了手动阀室在通信、电力和征地改造方面的问题,提出一种满足手动阀室安防建设要求、具有实时高清视频功能的一体化新型安防系统.介绍了该系统中各子系统的结构组成和工作原理,与手动阀室的供电及通信改造费用相比,其建设成本低,且具有功耗低、占地面积小等优点.在兰郑长成品油管道多处手动阀室的现场应用情况表明,该系统具有良好的稳定性和适应性,满足了手动阀室的安防需求.

Effects of stocking density and algal concentration on the survival,growth and metamorphosis of Bobu Ivory shell,Babylonia formosae habei (Neogastropoda: Buccinidae) larvae

Independent and combined effects of stocking density and algal concentration on the survival, growth and metamorphosis of the Bobu Ivory shell Babylonia formosae habei larvae were assessed using a 5 × 5 factorial design with densities of 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.00 and 1.50 larvae mL⁻¹ and algal concentrations of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 × 10⁴ cells mL⁻¹ in the laboratory. Larval growth, survival and metamorphosis were significantly affected by both the independent effects of stocking density and algal concentration and by their interaction. The highest per cent survival (72.5%) and metamorphosis (49.5%), fastest growth (41.57 μm day⁻¹) and shortest time to initial metamorphosis (10 days) all occurred at the lowest stocking density and the highest algal concentration. Both crowding and food limitation had independently negative impacts on the survival, growth and metamorphosis of larvae, and these negative impacts were further strengthened by the interaction of a higher stocking density and a lower algal concentration. Moreover, the results suggest that stocking density and algal concentration obviously played different roles in determining larval survival and growth. To maximize survival and growth, B. formosae habei larvae should be reared at a lower stoking density of 0.25 larvae mL⁻¹ and fed a higher algal concentration of 25 × 10⁴ cells mL⁻¹ in large-scale hatchery seed culture.     

Identification of molecular markers linked to the genes for purple grain color in wheat (<Emphasis Type="Italic">Triticum aestivum</Emphasis>)

Pericarp color in wheat is an important trait related to nutrients and health benefits. Identification of molecular markers closely linked to the grain color genes will help utilize pericarp trait in wheat breeding. Genetic studies involving F₁, F₂, and F₃ populations from the cross Jizi 439 (purple grain)/Gao8901 (white grain) showed that the purple grain color was controlled by two genes. By using the bulked segregant analysis (BSA) approach, two DNA pools were established from the dark purple-grain and white-grain plants respectively. Among the 230 pairs of microsatellite primers used in this study, two markers showed polymorphism in DNA pools, parents, F₁ and F₂ populations. Linkage analysis indicated that the two markers Xgwm47 and Xgwm155 were linked with two purple pigment genes. One of the purple pigment genes is located on chromosome 2AS and is 34.7cM away from the marker Xgwm47, whereas another gene is mapped on 3AL with 14.7cM away from marker Xgwm155.
