关于非防洪建设项目洪水影响评价——以华能克拉玛依热电联产工程为例

以新疆华能克拉玛依热电联产工程为研究对象,通过历史实测资料及近期实地调查资料,进行洪水影响评价分析计算,结合小流域设计洪水及蓄洪区洪水位分析计算结果综合评价非防洪建设项目时防洪可能产生的影响和洪水对非防洪建设项目可能产生的影响,并提出评价意见和防御措施.     

超声波在肉牛育种中应用的研究进展

超声波技术在肉牛业中的合理应用可以帮助育种者制订遗传改良计划,也为肉牛方面的研究开辟了新的领域。超声波技术的应用已使发达国家的肉牛业取得较大的经济效益,但度量指标的准确度仍需进一步提高。本文将对近年来肉牛业中超声波技术应用与研究作一综述,帮助国内同行了解这种技术的应用现状,促进中国肉牛业的大力发展,同时也提出了肉牛业的未来研究方向。     

Gustatory receptor responses in marbled rockfish Sebastiscus marmoratus

Gustatory response of marbled rockfish Sebastiscus marmoratus was recorded from the facial nerve supplying the anterior palate. In amino acids, the lowest threshold was for L -proline at 10⁻⁶–10⁻⁵ M; in ATP-related substances, the value for inosine was approximately 10⁻⁵ M and in organic acids, the value for L -lactic acid was approximately 10⁻⁶ M. An almost complete self-adaptation was observed for stimulants after 5 s application. While a weak solution of L -lactic acid as adapting stimulus depressed the response to it completely, it did not appreciably affect the response to 10-times or more concentrated L -lactic acid solution. In contrast to a weak solution, a moderate solution caused a severe depression of the response to stronger solutions, resulting in a shift of the dose–response curve towards a high concentration range. Time for recovery from adaptation differed depending on chemicals and stimulus duration: for 10⁻⁴ M L -lactic acid, it took about 2.3 and 4.5 s for 1/2 recovery of response magnitude under unadapted condition from the adaptation after 1 s- and 5 s-stimulation, respectively. L -Lactic acid and L -alanine strongly depressed the response to each other, yielding a rightward shift of the dose–response curve. A similar profound cross-adaptation was also observed between inosine and 5'-inosinic acid. The possible role of gustation is discussed.     

阴离子对可变电荷土壤吸附铜离子的影响机理

根据NO-3、Cl-和SO24-对可变电荷土壤和恒电荷土壤吸附Cu2+的影响的比较,探讨了阴离子对可变电荷土壤吸附Cu2+的影响机理。结果表明,当3种阴离子的浓度相同时,在SO24-体系中铁质砖红壤对Cu2+的吸附率较在NO3-和Cl-体系中大得多,而在浓度相同的3种阴离子体系中,黄棕壤对Cu2+的吸附率相差不大。在离子强度相近的NaCl体系中,砖红壤对Cu2+的吸附率相近。在3种阴离子体系中,随着pH升高,砖红壤对Cu2+的吸附率均增大;但在NO-3体系和Cl-体系中Cu2+的吸附率相近;而在SO24-体系中Cu2+的吸附率最大。随着Na2SO4浓度的增大,铁质砖红壤和砖红壤对Cu2+的吸附率减小。但在0.005 mol L-1和0.05 mol L-1Na2SO4体系中,Cu2+的吸附率大于在不含Na2SO4的体系中者。而在0.5 mol L-1Na2SO4体系中,Cu2+吸附率小于在不含Na2SO4体系中者。在3种浓度的Na2SO4体系中,黄棕壤对Cu2+的吸附率均小于在不含Na2SO4体系中者。总之,阴离子可通过离子强度、专性吸附和形成离子对影响土壤对Cu2+的吸附。在可变电荷土壤中,阴离子对Cu2+吸附的影响机理较在恒电荷土壤中复杂得多。

印度家具市场100亿美元

目前,印度家具市场规模已达到100亿美元。 印度家具工业云集了30万产业大军,分为两个部门。一种是“非组织的”,许多印度家具业内人士称,印度家具业可以说是一个“无序”的行业,这是因为该行业内部存在着一个比例相当高的由民间手工艺人所组成的公司,而国内家具生产总值的85％由这类公司提供。另一种是有“组织的”,这类家具企业有5000家左右,其中8％生产木制家具,10％制造金属家具,而82％是制造家具零配件和塑料装饰件的厂家。     

美国家具业几家欢乐几家愁

美国次贷风暴危机猛力冲击美国家具进口商和零售业。由于美国房地产业萧条,美国人家具购买欲望降低,2008年第1季度的人均家具消费为94美元,比上年同期的115美元下降18．2％。家具消费跌幅为1982年以来最快。美国家具进口大幅下降,自2007年第3季度以来,美国家具进口下降25％,美国消费者需求处于十分疲软的状态。     

Chub mackerel larvae fed fish larvae can swim faster than those fed rotifers and Artemia nauplii

ABSTRACT: Developmental changes of swimming speed were analysed in the chub mackerel Scomber japonicus raised on two distinct dietary regimens. One group was fed only zooplankton such as rotifers and Artemia nauplii (R group) and the other group was fed rotifers plus red sea bream Pagrus major larvae (Pm group). Fish from the Pm group grew faster than those from the R group, and both the cruise and burst swimming speeds were faster for the Pm group even when match-sized comparisons were made. Fish in the Pm group attained a standard length (SL) of 17.5 mm by day 14 and their cruise and burst swimming speeds were 5.39 SL/s and 18.45 SL/s, whereas the R group attained 17.35 mm SL by day 17 and their cruise and burst swimming speeds were 4.28 SL/s and 13.98 SL/s. The results suggest that the swimming speed of chub mackerel in the wild would develop differently depending on the food resources they happen to encounter.     

微卫星标记在白壳蛋鸡品系鉴定中的应用

利用10个微卫星标记，通过计算平均遗传杂合度、有效等位基因数以及DA遗传距离并进行聚类，对引进国外的新杨白壳蛋鸡配套系祖代鸡的4个系进行品系鉴定，结果表明：在LEI0252座位上A、B系和C、D系可被完全区分开；D系与B系的平均座位杂合度和平均有效等位基因数均高于A系与C系；由聚类结果可将4个系分为两类，C、D系和A、B系各为一类。     

美国家具业兵败如山倒

美国《布福斯》杂志报道，由于美国房地产产业萧条，美国人家具购买欲望降低，销售比去年同期大幅下降。国际家具连锁集团宣布，将于近期关闭其在美国的400家连锁店。
