铁皮石斛在人工光型密闭式植物工厂的适宜光照强度

人工光型密闭式植物工厂适于高附加值植物尤其是珍贵药用植物的大规模/低成本化生产,其环境调控对珍贵药用植物的产量和质量有重要影响。笔者研究探索在控制温度、湿度、CO2浓度和光周期的条件下,光照强度对铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale)组培苗生长发育的影响,以期找到铁皮石斛组培阶段在人工光可控环境下的适宜光照环境。鲜重约300mg的铁皮石斛单腋芽作为外植体在温度24±1℃、湿度65±5%、光周期12h/d、及光期CO2浓度800±50μmol/mol的环境条件下,设置光照强度为37、68、92、120μmol/(m2·s)的4组试验区,并使用容积为380mL的方型聚碳酸酯组培容器在人工光型密闭式植物工厂中培育92d。组培容器的顶部留2个直径为10mm的圆孔覆盖高分子透气膜用来与容器外进行气体交换。铁皮石斛组培苗的生长发育和生理活性在光照强度为68μmol/(m2·s)时最佳,超过92μmol/(m2·s)时呈现明显的光抑制;多糖含量随着光照强度的增强而增加,超过92μmol/(m2·s)时呈下降趋势,但是68和92μmol/(m2·s)光照强度试验区的多糖含量没有显著性差异。因此,铁皮石斛组培苗在人工光型密闭式植物工厂内培育的适宜光照强度为60￣70μmol/(m2·s)。     

不同柽柳种引种试验初报

我国柽柳属(Tamarix L.)植物共有20个种,它不仅是防风固沙、抗盐碱的优良树种,还是濒危药材管花肉苁蓉Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk) Whigt的专性寄主[1,2].     

A Mininum Ring-band Mathematical Definition, Numerical Algorithm

A minimum ring-band mathematical definition :In the done ring-band, there are at least two inner points and two outer points which scatter staggeringly on the circumference. With this definition as the rule of searching calculation' s ending,a fast numerical algorithm of gaining the minimum ring-band of a closed curve was suggested:Make a ring-band with the four points scattered staggeringly,then replace the old points with new ones continuously until all the points are located within the ring-band. The method was used in an application example to measure the spindle rotating precision of machine tools.     

农民生计多样性影响因素调查分析 ——以丰都县为例

丰都县农民生计多样性在整个西部地区比较具有代表性，但对于影响农民生计多样性的因素一直缺乏实证研究。该次调查采用参与性农村评估法（PRA），对丰都县名山镇（两汇口、古家店、鹿鸣寺）、社坛镇（三桥、德盛、干坛）、武平镇（殷家坝、坝周村）的农民生计方式及影响农民生计多样性的因素进行调查研究。研究表明，影响农民生计多样性的因素大致包括：自然资源、环境、人力资本、物质基础、社会关系、国家政策等方面     

玉米转基因在分子农业领域的研究进展

植物转基因技术开辟了作物遗传改良的新途径。近年来,随着植物反应器技术的多元化发展以及日趋成熟,以玉米为分子工厂合成一些高价值产品成为研究热点。笔者就以玉米为植物反应器,用其生产糖类、必需氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸、维生素、微量元素、生物酶、疫苗、抗体等各种高价值分子代谢物进行了综述,以期为中国分子农业领域的研究与应用提供参考。     

ICAI Realizaltion for the K-map Simplification of Logical Function

A Model of Venture Capital Project''s NPV Formula with Introducing Debt Capital

Improves investment decision method NPV method by introducing risk. This paper CAPM and certainty equivalent wealthare applied because of NCF'S volatility of venture capital projects, on the basis of which, debt capital is introduced. the dissertation derives a levered risky project's NPV formula, which broadens applying range and lessens constrain conditions. For risky projects investment decision, the research provides a new theoretical basis.     

人在环路模拟驾驶仿真实验系统研发

汽车是人机协同控制的复杂系统,基于NI PXIe8108实时控制器、PXI7842R数据采集卡、模拟驾驶输入设备及相关软硬件搭建了驾驶模拟仿真系统;用LabVIEW编程语言建立了车辆动力学模型;用虚拟引擎Unity3D软件开发了视景系统;并通过数据库技术使仿真过程与视景系统相结合,实现仿真过程与三维动画实时视景系统的数据交互。结果表明：通过人在环路模拟驾驶仿真实验,使仿真过程中引入了驾驶模拟操纵,实现了人在环路的人机交互式仿真,得到汽车相关性能仿真结果,为驾驶过程中人和汽车协同控制仿真和极端工况下的仿真,提供了一种安全、可靠的人车协同控制仿真环境。     

白血病抑制因子（LIF）及其受体在月经 周期猕猴卵巢内的表达

应用免疫细胞化学方法对白血病抑制因子（leukemia inhibitory factor, LIF）、白血病抑制因子受体（leukemia inhibitory factor receptor, LIFR）和gp130在月经周期猕猴卵巢内的表达进行了研究。结果表明：LIF、LIFR和gp130在猕猴卵巢内的表达量随月经周期的不同而变化，LIF及其受体在增殖期卵巢内的表达量高于分泌期的卵巢。LIF及其受体在原始卵泡、腔前卵泡和有腔卵泡的卵细胞内表达量均较高，在颗粒细胞、卵泡膜、卵巢生殖上皮和卵巢基质中有少量表达，而在闭锁卵泡、退化的黄体和卵巢髓质中未见表达。LIF及其受体在猕猴卵巢内的表达可能受卵巢分泌的类固醇激素所调控，LIF可能通过自分泌或旁分泌的方式在猕猴卵泡发育及排卵等过程中起重要作用。     

Study of IP over WDM System Structure

WDM technology is the basis of optical network implementation. Due to eliminating SONET/SDH and ATM elements, and allowing direct connection with IP routers, IP over WDM can reduce network cost and simplify network expansion . In this thesis, the structure and protocol layers of IP over WDM are firstly explained. Then the procedures of this network are described briefly. At last, the problems and future of IP over WDM are analyzed
