牛奶中褪黑素含量的检测方法

褪黑素作为一种多功能活性因子,在畜牧生产中具有十分重要的作用。近年来,有关天然高褪黑素奶的研究大规模开展,对奶中褪黑素含量测定需求也有所增加。目前比较常见的褪黑素检测方法有气相色谱法（GC）、气相色谱-质谱联用法（GC-MS）、高效液相色谱法（HPLC）、高效液相色谱-质谱联用法（LC-MS）、放射免疫测定法（RIA）、酶联免疫吸附测定法（ELISA）、紫外分光光度法（UV）。本文从原理、特点及优缺点等方面对这几种方法展开介绍,并对各方法的应用进行简单的比较,为后续相关研究与应用提供一定参考。     

Test Analysis of Ecosystem on Functional Groups of Microorganism in Spiral Up- flow Reactor System

The test of functional groups of microorganisms in Spiral Up-flow Reactor System and the correlation between microorganisms in the water and the main environmental factors are studied.The results show that the diversity of microorganisms population in the SUFR system is complex and the bio-community formed in the SUFR system is stable.The close relations between abundance of bacteria and nutrients are found.The correlation between heterotrophic bacteria and COD is 0.949.The correlation between organic phosphate bacteria and TP is 0.815. The correlation between nitrosobacteria and NH_3-N is 0.909. The correlation between disnitrifier bacteria and TN is 0.653.     

An Improved Method of the Transient Waveform Analysis in Power Systems

The angular frequency and decaying constant of each copmonect for the transient waveform in power systems were obtained by using the discrete Fourier transform; the amplitude and phase angle were calculated in the linear curve fitting method. And all of the parameters obtained above were treated in an unified optimization by using the curve fitting optimization of the least square method of general nonlinear funcrion so as to get the results of waveform analysis. Two examples are included.     

Study on Institutional Defect of Mortgage-Backed Securitization and Countermeasures in China

Mortgage-backed securities(MBS),originated in the U.S.and introduced into China in 2005,is a vehicle for real estate finance.This paper describes their history,mechanism,development,theory and experiences in the USA and other countries.In China,the real estate finance is partitioned into four stages: first,non-finance stage(1949-1977);second,sprouting stage(1978-1997);third,inceptive stage(1998-2004) and the fourth,developing stage(2005-),and it is distinguished from the finance of Real Estate Development firm.The differences between them are in following aspects: object,objective,mode and risk.This paper analyzes the institutional defects in view of the policy environment,the primary market of MBS,the secondary market of MBS,and offers countermeasures: first,setting up National Housing Mortgage Management Institution,second,enlarging the service scope of housing mortgage-backed loan,third,differential loaning,fourth,regularly issuing the pricing of housing construction;fifth,normalizing the institutional investors.     

Research and Development of a Quality Control System in Construction

In the civil industry, quality is a key factor, so quality management and quality control play decisive roles in construction especially. At present, the main method of construction is quality controlling that engineers and technicians consult the standard and norm concerned, then check them one by one, and supervise the construction. It is not only inefficient but also easy to make mistake. Using computer technology in the quality control of construction will promote quality control level and improve management measures. Through the research of the quality control of construction,the system of quality control in construction is studied and developed, the structure of the software and its developed technology are expounded.     

玉米果穗发育的生理特性研究

为了探讨玉米优良自交系选育中出现短苞叶品种的原因，从生理角度分析了两玉米自交系品种穗轴与苞叶生长发育变化趋势。结果表明：四个时期中139号苞叶硝酸还原酶活性非常低，对照1号的稍高一些。139号苞叶谷氨酰胺合成酶活性小于1号，且1号的酶活性变化较平缓。139号雌穗轴硝酸还原酶活性变化剧烈，授粉后15d达高峰，明显大于1号。139号雌穗轴谷氨酰胺合成酶活性前三时期始终大于1号，最后一时期二者几乎相等，但1号的酶活性变化平缓。就上述结果从氮代谢方面分析了139号苞叶与穗轴发育失调的原因。     

Monitoring and Assessment of Tie on the Caiyuanba Yangtze Bridge

The monitoring and assessment scheme of the Caiyuanba Yangtze Bridge is present by sensitivity analysis. The mechanics character of the six ties is studied by numerical simulation, and then the sensor location and selection are discussed considering the technique of sensor and construction situation. The trend of the displacement at the sensor location is analyzed according to different damage level of ties, the pattern associating with several displacements which are sensitive to damage at ties is bring forward to improve assessment reliability. The result can assist implement of structural health monitoring system to the same type as this bridge.     

Clustering Analysis for Time Feature of User Power Consumption Based on Structural Self-adaptation ANN

In view of the important effect of clustering analysis in data mining, the clustering rules and its curve are studied to solve the problem of determining clustering number. A kind of self-adaptation clustering ANN is presented based on SOFM ANN, which can automatically determine the clustering number. Based on practical sales data, the time feature analysis of power user consumption are carried out by using the self-adaptation clustering ANN, whose conclusion has the important referenced values for adjusting power price correspondingly and arranging power producing reasonably.     

Analysis of Measurement Items Composition under Bills Pricing Mode

This paper analyzes contractor's pricing connotation during bidding period with the implementation of National Standard GB50500-2003 and publish of document JB \206,expatiates the contents of measurements during construction period.Considering the problems derived from expenses of measurements during accounts settlement stage,a classified management method according to the characteristics of these measurements is put forward,and one step further,the rational pricing method of measurement items during the bidding period is suggested.     

CAD Environment for Quoting Utility Boiler Based the Characteristic Construction

Based on the construction diagram of quoting design for utility boiler, Which is into the boiler sketch's construction and parameter characteristic. They are furnace construction, big screen superheater, high temperature superheater, low temperature superheater, high temperature reheater, low temperature reheater, economy coal implement, common use sign and standard sketch in boiler sketch, etc. According to demand of the quote design for utility boiler, the CAD environment of quoting system based on characteristic construction and parameter are developed. Total construction of this environment , developing characteristics and function of this system are given.
