布尔山羊乳腺炎病原菌的分离与鉴定

应用三种方法对来自一个布尔羊场的50份奶样进行隐性乳腺炎检测，并对检出的阳性乳样进行细菌分离鉴定。结果表明，所用的三种方法具有良好的一致性；该羊场的隐性乳腺炎检出率为18％（9／50），阳性乳样中细菌检出率为77.8%(7/9),分离到6株病原菌，通过进一步鉴定，证明葡萄球菌和无乳链球菌是引起该场布尔山羊隐性乳房炎的主要病原菌，其次为大肠杆菌和巴氏杆菌。这就提示，对于布尔山羊，同样需要重视乳腺炎的预防与治疗。     

Research on Forecasting Water Requirement of Well Irrigation Rice by Time Series Analysis Method

The paper builds up the forecasting model of air temperature according to the data(1994-1998)of Fu Jin area.At the same time,the writer inquires into the relation of water requirement of well irrigation rice(ET)and average air temperature(T).Furthermore,the rice irrigation water reuqirement(ET)of Fu Jin area has been forecast in 1999.Thus,we can apply the model in irrigation management.     

Effect of testosterone on atherosclerosis in rabbits

AIM: To investigate the action of testoster one on atherosclerosis in a rabbit model. METHODS: 37 male cholesterol-fed rabbits were divided into five groups: castration group: castrated rabbits without exogenous testosterone admin istration; testosterone Ⅰ group: castrated rabbits with exogenous testosterone 0.25 mg·kg-1·d-1; testosterone Ⅱ group: castrated rabbits with e xogenous testosterone 2.5 mg·kg-1·d-1; testosterone Ⅲ group: cas trated rabbits with exogenous testosterone 12.5 mg·kg-1·d-1. The sham operation group was also set. Three months later, the levels of testosteron e, blood lipids (including TG, HDL-C, LDL-C), PAI activity, nitric oxide (NO) co ntent, endothelin (ET), angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ) in blood were detected. RESULTS: It showed that testosterone in castration group was the lowest. There was no significant difference of TG or LDL-C between castration g roup and the other four groups. HDL-C in castration group was lower than that in other four groups. NO content of castration group was lower than that in others , but PAI activity, ET and AngⅡ concentration were higher than that in other gr oups. CONCLUSION:Testosterone is a protective factor against atherosc lerosis in male rabbits.     

乘积FC-空间中有关FCB-优化映象组的极大元问题

利用FC-空间中的有关FCB-映象和FCs-优化映象的极大元存在性定理,在乘积FC-空间中建立和证明了几个有较好容许性质的FCB-映象组和FCB-优化映象组的极大元存在性定理.     

乌鸡、火鸡实验性组织滴虫病病理学比较

以组织滴虫病疫区鸡异刺线虫虫卵实验诱发火鸡、乌鸡组织滴虫病，分别在潜伏期、症状明显期、转归期对盲肠、肝脏等组织器官进行病理学比较观察，结果显示：盲肠卡他（乌鸡13/20；火鸡8/29）和纤维素性坏死（火鸡19/27，乌鸡7/20）。肝脏脂肪变性（火鸡8/27；乌鸡11/20）及局灶性坏死（火鸡19/27；乌鸡4/20）。此外，火鸡肝脏与盲肠见典型传染性肉芽肿。     

水分和氮素胁迫对辣椒产量形成及抗逆性评价

通过探索水分胁迫和氮素胁迫条件对辣椒产量及相关性状变化的影响,以期为土壤瘠薄地区辣椒水肥效应的合理应用和抗旱耐瘠型辣椒新品种选育提供依据。试验结果表明,水分和氮素之间存在互作效应,氮素具有增强抗旱性的作用,在水分和氮素胁迫下辣椒产量明显下降;H089和H089×H042025D为抗旱耐瘠型材料,花溪辣椒、H042025D和遵义朝天椒为中抗旱耐瘠型材料、DF-1和HP-1为弱抗旱耐瘠型材料。     

六种观赏植物的水培催根条件优化研究

以仙人掌(Opuntia stricta)、万年青(Rohdea japonica)、虎皮兰(Sansevieria trifasciata var.laurentii)、发财树(Pachira macrocar)、苏铁(Cycas revoluta)、鹅掌柴(Schefflera octophylla)6种观赏植物为试材,采用正交实验设计的直观分析法对影响催根的3个因素(基质类型、切根程度、激素浓度)在3个水平上进行试验,以优化观赏植物水培的催根条件。结果表明:6种植物的根系诱导最佳水平分别是发财树(沙-全切根-1 000mg/kg)、苏铁(沙-不切根-0mg/kg)、鹅掌柴(珍珠岩、泥炭土-全切根-1 000mg/kg)、万年青(泥炭土-切1/2根-0mg/kg)、虎皮兰(泥炭土-切1/2根-0mg/kg)、仙人掌(沙-切1/2根-1 000mg/kg)。     

豌豆品系X9002抗白粉病基因鉴定

白粉病是豌豆的主要病害之一,在全球范围内引起严重经济损失。防治豌豆白粉病最有效、经济和环境友好的方法是利用抗病品种。迄今,2个隐性抗白粉病基因er1、er2和一个显性抗白粉病基因Er3已在豌豆中被鉴定,其中er1基因在世界上被广泛应用于抗病品种培育。er1基因隶属MLO基因家族,其抗性由豌豆Ps MLO1基因座位功能丧失产生。X9002是甘肃省农业科学院培育的一个半无叶(afila)抗白粉病豌豆品系。本研究对X9002抗白粉病基因进行鉴定,开发用于抗白粉病基因选择的分子标记。遗传分析表明X9002对白粉病抗性由1个隐性单基因控制,SSR标记将该基因定位到豌豆第VI连锁群er1座位区域,标记AD60和c5DNAmet与其连锁。Ps MLO1基因序列分析发现,X9002存在一个未知大小和身份的片段插入,该类型突变也发生在含有er1-2等位基因的豌豆品种Stratagem和Franklin,表明X9002抗白粉病基因为er1-2。一个鉴定er1-2等位基因的功能标记Ps MLO1-650被开发,该标记为互引相标记,仅在感病植株中扩增,可以有效用于分子辅助选择。     

Model and Computation of Reload Stock Options with Barriers

Reload stock option is proposed as a executive stock option plan having some drawbacks, and prove that it is necessary to treat the reload option as a barrier option with two barriers. The improved reload option pricing model is established which the long incentive and reload feture of executive stock option are included. The pricing formula of the new option and the simulation analysis of it are discussed.
