宁夏农业生态安全评价与对策研究

农业生态安全是农业可持续发展的基础与核心,对于国家的安全和稳定意义重大.在建立指标体系的基础上,利用综合评价法对宁夏1997—2010年农业生态安全进行评价,结果显示:压力指数在经历前期波动后,呈现整体增加的态势,状态和响应指数的增加趋势则更为明显,综合指数的变化规律与压力指数相似,从1997年的0.414 4增加为2010年的0.659 4,今后应从减少农业环境污染、挖掘农业节水潜力和加大农业资金投入等方面提高宁夏农业生态安全水平.     

大豆叶黄素的研究进展

叶黄素是对人类健康起着积极作用的功能因子,在保健食品等领域的前景十分广阔,目前已成为功能性食品成分研究中的热点。介绍了大豆叶黄素的结构与功能、检测方法、合成途径和关键基因以及遗传特性和影响因素等方面的研究进展。     

桉树内生菌对尾巨桉幼苗抗寒生理指标的影响

20世纪50年代我国开始大规模种植桉树(Eucalyptus spp.),现在栽植已经遍布我国17个省、自治区的600多个县,栽植面积达到150多万hm2(祁述雄,2002)。然而,随着桉树大面积的种植,影响其种植的主要限制因子低温伤害也逐渐呈现。目前对桉树抗寒性的研究主要有抗寒锻炼、良种选育与引种、抗寒分子水平的研究等方面(庄国庆等,2010;赵娟娟,2006;郭祥泉,2003;黄德先等,     

Four new sesquiterpenes from Commiphora myrrha and their neuroprotective effects

Four new sesquiterpenes, myrrhterpenoids K-N (1-4) have been isolated from the resin of Commiphora myrrha. Their structures and relative configurations were elucidated by spectroscopic methods (IR, ESIMS, HR-ESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR). Compounds 1 and 4 showed neuroprotective effects against MPP(+)-induced neuronal cell death in SH-SY5Y cells.     

赤水市主要竹种气干密度与竹材抗压和抗弯强度的关系

赤水市几种主要竹种的气干密度与力学性质的关系研究表明各竹种的气干密度与力学性质除部分竹种外均存在一定的曲线或直线关系,其中在气干密度与顺纹抗压强度关系中,除了花吊丝外,其他竹种均可利用回归方程σ=apb、σ=ap+b进行估测.在气干密度与抗弯强度关系中各竹种均可利用回归方程σ=apb、σ=ap +b进行估测.另外,在各回归方程中他们的精确度又存在一定的差异.     

Application of Molecular Marking Technologies in Heredity Breeding of Eucalyptus

Two clonal trial stands of Chinese Fir （Cunninghamia lanceolata） were used in this study, one was 19-year-old stand which included 38 clones, and the other was 17-year-old stand including 102 clones.The statistical analyses showed that there were very significant genetic variations in height, DBH,volume and ratio of heartwood(R_hw),wood basic density（ρ_b ） of the clones in the two stands. The repeatability of clones was in median to high level,and the genetic CV was different over the all five traits.There were very significant phenotypic and genetic correlations among height,DBH and volume,and negative correlations among growth, R_hw andρ_b.The selection method experiment indicated that index selection could improve volume, R_hw andρ_b,showing synthetically superior selection effects compared to any individual trait selection methods.     

山东省城市旅游经济联系时空差异及其动力机制

利用山东省统计年鉴及社会统计公报数据,运用引力模型、旅游经济隶属度模型,对2004～2010年山东省17个地级市旅游经济联系的时空差异进行了定量研究,结果表明:2004～2010年山东省城市旅游经济联系,时空差异明显,鲁中和鲁东地区的城市旅游经济联系强于鲁西地区,城市旅游经济连系呈现不规则的"H"型空间结构模式;泰安的旅游地位和作用突出,济南和青岛的旅游影响力下降。经济发展水平、旅游区位、旅游基础设施、旅游资源、旅游政策等因素共同构成山东省时空差异的动力机制。     

野生猕猴STLV-1和B病毒抗体的检测

为了调查保护区野生猕猴是否感染猴的3种主要病毒,从广西某自然保护区一只濒死的野生猕猴抽取血液分离血清,分别应用猴3种病毒斑点酶免疫检测试剂盒检测,结果猴T淋巴细胞白血病病毒1型(STLV-1)和猕猴疱疹病毒I型(B病毒)抗体呈阳性,而猴免疫缺陷病毒抗体呈阴性.     

河池市屠宰猪群中猪链球菌2型的流行病学调查

从我市4个县区的屠宰场采集屠宰猪扁桃体426份,其中东兰195份、宜州78份、环江35份、巴马118份.采用多重PCR方法检测样品中猪链球菌2型的流行病学情况.检出240份(56.34%)样品猪链球菌(SS)阳性,其中7份(1.64%)携带猪链球菌2型(SS2).表明河池市屠宰猪群中广泛存在猪链球菌,但猪链球菌2型带菌率较低.     

ORF3 of duck circovirus: a novel protein with apoptotic activity

Duck circovirus (DuCV) is classified in the genus Circovirus of the Circoviridae family. Two major open reading frames (ORFs), encoding the replicase (ORF1/rep) and the capsid protein (ORF2/cap), have been recognized for DuCV. Sequence analysis show that another major conserved ORF (named ORF3) is located in the complementary strand of ORF1/rep of DuCV, and its function remains to be investigated. In this study, the ORF3 of DuCV was expressed in recombinant baculovirus-infected Sf9 cells. By IFA and Western blot analysis, the ORF3 protein was positive for the sera from ducks infected with DuCV. The percentages of apoptotic cells of the Sf9 cells infected with the recombinant baculovirus encoding ORF3 of DuCV were significantly higher than (P<0.05) that of the Sf9 cells infected with wild-type baculovirus at 24, 48 and 72 h postinfection. Based on our knowledge, we deduced that the ORF3 protein of DuCV might play an important role in viral pathogenesis via its apoptotic activity.
