The seroprevalence of B Virus (BV, Macacine herpesvirus 1) in bred cynomolgus monkeys (Macaca fascicularis) in Cambodia was investigated. Blood samples were collected by venous puncture between 2007 and 2011, and a commercially available enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit was used to detect IgG antibodies against BV. A total of 1710 blood samples were examined, and the overall prevalence of BV antibodies was 33.92% (580/1710). The young adult (2-6 years) monkeys had a seroprevalence of 30.57% (497/1626), and the older (>7 years) monkeys had a seroprevalence of 98.81% (83/84). The present investigation revealed that the prevalence of BV antibodies in bred cynomolgus monkeys was highly correlated with their age, with higher prevalence in older monkeys in Cambodia. 相似文献

The objectives of this study were to detect effective genetic polymorphisms of bovine growth hormone (bGH) gene associated with calf weight in Japanese Black cattle. Fifty‐eight sires and 47 breeding cows were used to detect the polymorphisms in exons by single‐strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP). Four homozygous and six heterozygous SSCP genotypes were identified in exon 5. Although each single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) had been reported, these genotypes were caused by three SNPs at the nucleotide positions 2141, 2277 and 2291. Four haplotypes C‐C‐A, G‐C‐A, C‐C‐C and G‐T‐A were newly identified. It was suggested that other haplotypes not detected in this study may not exist, considering the allele frequencies reported in Bos taurus and Bos indicus, and the migrating process of native Japanese cattle. Thereafter, we examined associations between the detected polymorphic sites in exon 5 by PCR – restriction fragment length polymorphism and calf weight using 53 breeding dams and 135 calves. The birth weights of calves with haplotype G‐C‐A are significantly lighter and calves' weights produced by cows with such haplotype are also lighter at 30 days old, using regression analysis. Although further research is necessary, these results may serve as a useful criterion to select breeding stocks, especially in maternal abilities. 相似文献

This study aimed to examine the bioavailability (BA) and pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of sulfadiazine (SDZ) in grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus) after oral and intravenous administrations. Blood samples were collected at predetermined time points of 0.083, 0.17, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 24, 48, 72, and 96 hr (n = 6). The samples were extracted and purified by organic reagents and determined by the ultra‐performance liquid chromatography. The software named 3P97 was used to calculate relevant PK parameters. The results demonstrated that the concentration–time profile of SDZ was best described by a one‐compartmental open model with first‐order absorption after a single oral dose. The main PK parameters of the absorption rate constant (Kα), the absorption half‐life (t1/2 Kα), the elimination rate constant (Ke), the elimination half‐life (t1/2Ke), and the area under concentration–time profile (AUC0‐∞) were 0.3 1/h, 2.29 hr, 0.039 1/h, 17.64 hr, and 855.78 mg.h/L, respectively. Following intravenous administration, the concentration–time curve fitted to a two‐compartmental open model without absorption. The primary PK parameters of the distribution rate constant (α), the elimination rate constant (β), the distribution half‐life (t1/2α), the elimination half‐life (t1/2β), the apparent distribution volume (VSS), the total clearance (CL), and AUC0‐∞ were 9.62 1/hr, 0.039 1/hr, 0.072 hr, 17.71 hr, 0.33 L/kg, 0.013 L h?1 kg?1, and 386.23 mg.h/L, respectively. Finally, the BA was calculated to be 22.16%. Overall, this study will provide some fundamental information on PK properties in the development of a new formulation SDZ in the future and is partially beneficial for the appropriate usage of SDZ in aquaculture. 相似文献

使用含“双高”菜籽粕 (硫甙和芥子酸含量分别为 1 8 9g·kg-1 和 0 2 1g·kg-1 )和“双低”菜籽粕 (硫甙和芥子酸含量分别为 3 2 5g·kg-1 和 0 0 5g·kg-1 )的饲料喂养异育银鲫 ,探讨菜籽粕中硫甙和芥子酸两种毒物对异育银鲫的生理机能和生长速度的影响。供试验鱼 1 2 0尾 ,平分为 4组 ,Ⅰ组 (对照组 )饲喂含 4 5 %“双高”菜籽粕的饲料 ,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别饲喂含“双高” 30 %和“双低” 1 5 %、“双高” 1 5 %和“双低” 30 %、“双低” 4 5 %菜籽粕的饲料。经 4 0d饲养表明 ,随“双低”菜籽粕比例增高 ,鱼类增重率和饲料效率明显提高 ,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的增重率分别比对照组提高 35 5 4 %、5 2 98%和 6 5 1 7% ,饲料效率分别提高 4 3 0 1 %、 4 5 31 %和 6 0 33% ,均达显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组之间的饲料效率和增重率均无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。在肝体比方面各组间差异显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ,并且这种差异与性别相关。随着硫甙和芥子酸含量增加 ,鱼类耐低氧能力也有所下降 相似文献

Aiming at the problem around single optimal objective and solution selection without considering designer’s preference, optimal objective function combing maximum compression ratio and maximum coefficient of volume utilization is proposed in a liner weighting model based on defined variables. Furthermore, the main factors’ influence is evaluated by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) for its advantage of dealing with qualitative analysis data. 本试验旨在评估饲用酸化剂对1~63日龄黄羽肉鸡生长性能、肠道损伤和盲肠微生物菌群变化的影响,同时探讨壳寡糖对饲用酸化剂的增效作用。试验采用单因素完全随机区组设计,设对照组(Con.)、饲用酸化剂(Trt.1)和饲用酸化剂+壳寡糖(Trt.2)共3个处理。每个处理5个重复,每个重复50羽。饲养周期为63天。试验结果表明,从零日龄开始持续在黄羽肉鸡日粮中添加饲用酸化剂、饲用酸化剂+壳寡糖后,对1~21d和22~42d阶段黄羽肉鸡生长性能的影响未达显著(P0.05)水平;但在43~63d阶段时,与对照组相比,添加饲用酸化剂、饲用酸化剂+壳寡糖组的耗料增重比分别降低0.11和0.14,具有极大的生产意义;且饲用酸化剂添加组盲肠大肠杆菌/乳酸杆菌值显著(P0.05)低于对照组,饲用酸化剂+壳寡糖添加组盲肠大肠杆菌/乳酸杆菌值显著(P0.05)低于对照组和饲用酸化剂添加组。说明饲用酸化剂可通过维持肠道健康,促进养分消化吸收,从而提高饲料利用率;而壳寡糖在平衡肠道菌群、维持肠道健康方面对饲用酸化剂有增效作用。 相似文献
