按稳态营养理论和方法,本文研究了兰考泡桐(Paulownia elongata)和刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia)幼苗的最适营养需要。通过每天测定和调整培养液pH值和电导率,及时补偿消耗的营养物,幼苗体内营养状况和最大生长速率均保持稳定。兰考泡桐幼苗每天生长率高达25%以上,刺槐达15%。营养物利用率90%以上。确定兰考泡桐幼苗最适营养物比例为100N:75K:18P:7Ca:8.5Mg;刺槐为100N:60K:15P:8Ca:9Mg。本文还讨论了最适营养研究在育苗和林地施肥应用的前景。 相似文献

观测记录了39个自由传粉的花旗松(Pseudotsuga menziesii var·menziesii[Mirb]Franco)家系的种子重量、出苗时间和苗木大小的三项标准,以便估算种子重量和出苗的家系变异及种子特性对苗木早期生长的影响。试验采用未发芽种子和萌芽种子播种,以测定用发芽种子播种能否降低种子对苗木早期生长的影响。为了评估竞争对种子重量与苗木大小、出苗率与苗木大小的关系的影响,各家系以密植混合家系区、密植纯系区、稀植非竞争区方式单株播种。结果表明:各家系在种子重量、出苗率、出苗速度方面差异显著,但种子重量与出苗率、种子重量与苗木大小、出苗速度与苗木大小间的相关关系不显著;用发茅种子播种不能降低种子对苗木早期生长的影响;家系间的竞争对增大种子效应也没有多大影响。 相似文献

Electrophysiological and behavioral responses of adult A. glabripennis (Motsch.) to volatiles from ashleaf maple (Acer negundo L.) were investigated to identify semiochemicals involved in host location. Measurable electroantennogram (BAG) responses were elicited to all compounds tested, the most effective antennal stimulants were trans-2-hexen-1-al,decyl aldehyde and trans-2-hexenl-ol.These profiles were similar between males and females. In Y-tube olfactometer bioassays, above three compounds with certain concentration, trans-2-hexen-l-al (1%), trans-2-hexen-l-ol (1%) and decyl aldehyde (10%), were significantly attractive to the adults in laboratory. Visual classification and stress wave non-destructive testing technology were adopted to evaluate the decay status of ancient Populus wood members (rafters) replaced from the Potala Palace. The decay status of wood members was evaluated by stress wave testing and visual observation. For most of the ancient wood members, the evaluation results by two methods were consistent with each other. Also stress wave testing techniques can find the internal wood member decay to eliminate the hidden hazard for ancient wood members, and offer relatively accurate quantitative information for the safety status of ancient wood members. Recently, due to more flooding, schistosomiasis is in expanding tendency in some areas. With Three Gorges Engineering progress, schistosomiasis will occurr potentially in Three Gorges reservoir. In order to control the disease, some methods must be applied, e.g. chemicals, biological measures. To some extent every way has its specific effect. However, the vital way is improving the environment and reducing the amount of snails.
