利用雄性不育两用系配制的辣椒一代杂种‘冀研8号’

 ‘冀研8号’是利用甜椒雄性不育两用系AB91-8为母本，以优良辣椒自交系L16-2为父本配制成的杂交一代辣椒新品种。该品种早熟，果实牛角形，商品性好，单果质量70 g，味辣，抗病毒病，较抗疫病，适宜华北地区春季塑料大拱棚和露地地膜覆盖栽培，产量49．6～63．6 t／hm 。     

Cortical gene expression pattern in rat focal cerebral ischemia

AIM: To investigate the genes differential expression in cortex during rat focal cerebral ischemia.METHODS: cDNA microarray chips containing numerous cDNAs were used to investigate the gene expression pattern between samples of focal cerebral ischemia and sham-control operation rats. RESULTS: Two hundred and eleven genes differentially expressed were screened out, among these genes, up-and down-regulated genes were 199 and 12, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: The analysis of gene expression pattern of focal cerebral ischemia based on cDNA microarray can realize high-throughput screening of the genes associated with the focal cerebral ischemia. The differential expression of genes may be related to the pathogenesis of focal cerebral ischemic diseases.     

敌百虫的液相色谱分析方法

本文采用即以乙腈+水(50+50)为流动相,用CN柱和紫外检测器分离测定敌百虫原药及40%敌·毒乳油中敌百虫反相高效液相色谱法。结果表明,本方法的标准偏差为0.3233,变异系数为0.3551%,平均回收率为99.65%,线性相关系数为0.9997。     

侧沟茧蜂触角感觉器的扫描电镜观察

扫描电镜观察表明：侧沟茧蜂Microplitis sp．的触角上存在5种感觉器，分别为毛状感觉器A型、B型、C型，槽状感觉器，锥形乳头状感觉器，刺形感觉器和钟形感觉器。对触角感觉器的形态和分布进行了描述，并对两性间的差别进行了讨论，为研究该蜂寻找生境和寄生行为提供依据。     

Effects of inhibition of Kupffer cell and splenectomy on thioacetamide-induced hepatic injury

AIM: To examine the effects of inhibition of Kupffer cell and splenectomy on intestinal endotoxemia and hepatic injury. METHODS: The hepatic injury model was established by treatment with thioacetamide (TAA). At the same time, inhibition of Kupffer cells by intravenous GdCl₃ and splenectomy were performed. Serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), TNF-α, endotoxin content and phagocytic index were observed. RESULTS: In the TAA+GdCl₃ group, and TAA+splenectomy group, the endotoxin content was significently higher than that in normal and TAA group (P<0.05). The plasma TNF-α, ALT and total bilirubin were significantly lower than those in TAA group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Inhibition of Kupffer cells and splenectomy increase plasma endotoxin level, but decreases the plasma TNF-α levels and alleviates the hepatic injury induced by TAA.

Comparative studies of acetylcholinesterases purified from two field populations of the oriental migratory locust (Locusta migratoria manilensis): implications of insecticide resistance

Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) was purified by affinity chromatography from two populations of the oriental migratory locust, Locusta migratoria manilensis (Meyen), collected from Huanghua and Pingshan Counties, Hebei Province of China. The purification factors and yields were 1661-fold and 19.3%, respectively, for the Huanghua population, and 3897-fold and 39.6% for the Pingshan population. Both the purification factor and yield were significantly lower in the Huanghua population than in the Pingshan population. AChE activity was almost completely inhibited by 10⁻⁶ M eserine and BW284C51, but ?5.8% of AChE activity was inhibited by ethopropazine at the same concentration, suggesting that purified AChE from either population was a typical insect AChE. However, AChE purified from the Huanghua population was 62-, 2.0-, and 1.6-fold less sensitive to inhibition by the three organophosphate compounds, chlorpyrifos oxon, demeton-S-methyl, and paraoxon, respectively, than that from the Pingshan population. Significantly lower purification factor and low yield associated with reduced sensitivity of AChE to inhibition by the organophosphates indicated that AChE purified from the Huanghua population was biochemically and pharmacologically different from that of the Pingshan population. Reduced sensitivity of AChE appeared to contribute to organophosphate resistance in the locust from Huanghua County, where insecticides have commonly been used to manage outbreaks of the locust.     

四川省2种生境条件下黑麦草种子生产性能的研究

对四川省的丘陵区(洪雅)和中山地区(汉源)2种生境条件下的黑麦草种子生产性能进行了研究分析,结果表明,试验两地的种子产量和质量均有显著差异.其中,洪雅点种子产量为244.0 kg/hm2,汉源点的种子产量为532.8 kg/hm2.两样地的种子质量相比,汉源点的发芽势、发芽率、四唑染色数和四唑脱氢酶均高于洪雅点.两地的种子产量与其构成因素的相关性基本一致,均呈显著相关;相关性强弱依次为:每生殖枝种子数>生殖枝数>每生殖枝小花数>分蘖数>每生殖枝小穗数>千粒重.每生殖枝种子数对种子产量贡献最大.     

瘤胃保护性蛋氨酸稳定性的研究

采用不同比例的动物油包被蛋氨酸制成瘤胃保护性蛋氨酸I(RPMetⅠ)、瘤胃保护性蛋氨酸Ⅱ(RPMetⅡ)和瘤胃保护性蛋氨酸III(RPMetⅢ)。通过人工唾液消化试验、体内尼龙袋试验和人工真胃液消化试验,检验DL蛋氨酸(DLMet)、商品过瘤胃蛋氨酸(BypassMet)和瘤胃保护性蛋氨酸(RPMetⅠ、RPMetⅡ和RPMetⅢ)的稳定性。试验结果表明,三种动物油包被蛋氨酸的稳定性均好于商品过瘤胃蛋氨酸和DL-蛋氨酸;不同比例的动物油包被对瘤胃保护性蛋氨酸稳定性的影响差异显著(P<0.05)。
