Cloning and Sequence Analysis of Complete Genome of Porcine Circovirus Type 2 from Liaoning Province
It was aimed to lay a foundation for epidemiological survey of porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2) in Liaoning province and selection of highly homologous strain inactivated vaccine.Some pigs suspected of having postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome (PMWS) from Shenyang,Chaoyang,Tieling,Dalian and other places in Liaoning province,were detected by PCR method,then the whole genome of 10 positive samples were cloned and sequenced.The result showed that all of them were virulent strains,9 strains were 1767 bp and 1 strain was 1768 bp,and there was a T base additon at 1039 bp.The nucleotide homology was 95.1% to 98.5% with HM038034 and JQ692110.In the phylogenetic tree,JHZ2 was PCV2a type,the other 9 strains were PCV2b type,DLS38,LYD32 and SYX7 were in the same branch and same onset time.The amino acid homology of ORF2 was 89.6% to 100.0%,there were 35 mutation points,large degree of variation,the only glycosylation site (NYS) was conserved.10 strains did not change significantly,mutants were not due to PCVD,PCV2b was the predominant type,and PCV2 was related with seasonality. 相似文献

基于新疆14个地州1997、2007、2017年3期截面数据,利用定量和GIS空间分析法,分析了在经济快速发展的背景下,农业劳动力转移和经济发展的空间耦合关系.结果表明:①1997—2017年农业劳动力和农业经济发展呈现出良好的发展模式.1997—2007年劳动力和农业经济增长的速度大于2007—2017年,天山以北的地区经济以及劳动力的发展情况总体好于天山以南.②1997—2017年农业经济呈持续增长的态势,总量增长了54.48%,但是区域增长差异明显,呈"南高北低"的特征.③产劳弹性系数以农业劳动力和农业经济同增的增长型为主,2007—2017年有12个地州均为增长型耦合模式,剩下的2个地州以集约型为主,分别是博尔塔拉蒙古自治州和巴音郭楞蒙古自治州. 相似文献

为了解哈尔滨北方森林动物园、佳木斯水源山公园、齐齐哈尔龙沙动植物园和鸡西动物园观赏肉食动物寄生蠕虫的感染情况,于2015年3~6月采用饱和盐水漂浮法和水洗沉淀法对四家动物园的5科94只观赏肉食动物的粪便进行了虫卵检查,结果有18只动物检出虫卵,阳性率为19.2%(18/94),蛔虫卵为常见虫种。本调查为四家动物园肉食动物消化道寄生虫病防治提供了科学依据。 相似文献

2021年1月,江苏省连云港市云台山景区云台街道西隅水库发生一起疑似野禽H5N8亚型禽流感疫情,共17只鸳鸯、大雁感染死亡。江苏省动物疫病预防控制中心迅速组织相关人员,指导连云港市按照国家相关方案和规范要求,开展现场调查、实验室诊断和应急处置工作。经江苏省动物疫病预防控制中心初诊,国家禽流感参考实验室确诊,诊断为H5N8亚型高致病性禽流感疫情。同时,指导当地政府划定疫点、疫区和受威胁区,封锁相关区域,开展应急监测、紧急流行病学调查、全面消毒等应急处置工作。经果断处置,疫情得到了有效控制,未造成扩散和蔓延。本次疫情提示:野禽疫情的早期发现和及时控制对于降低疫情扩散风险至关重要;林业和农业农村部门的沟通协作要继续加强,日常的禽流感监测力度需要进一步加大,家禽的禽流感疫苗免疫要更加科学,群众的禽流感防控意识要持续提高。 相似文献

为探明东北地区常见野生葱属植物耐旱能力,筛选野生葱属植物耐旱种质资源,本研究以野韭(Allium ramosum L.)、山韭(Allium senescens L.)和蒙古韭(Allium mongolicum Regel)3种葱属植物为材料,采用不同浓度的PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫,分析其种子萌发期渗透调节物质及酶活性的影响,并结合主成分分析和隶属函数分析比较抗旱性。结果表明:干旱胁迫下,3种葱属植物种子萌发期相对电导率显著升高(P<0.05),丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量及超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶活性均呈现先上升后下降的趋势。3种植物相比,山韭相对电导率最低,渗透调节物质积累量最高,酶活性变化明显。主成分分析表明,4种酶活性之间显示出强相关性。隶属函数分析得出3种植物种子的抗旱性由高到低依次为:山韭 > 野韭 > 蒙古韭。 相似文献

In ruminants, the ruminal epithelium not only has the function of absorbing nutrients but also is an important tissue to prevent harmful substances in the rumen from entering the blood circulation. Thus, the normal function of ruminal epithelium is critical for ruminants. However, subacute ruminal acidosis induced by high-concentrate diets often damages the barrier function of ruminal epithelium in ruminants. Recently, many studies have shown that dietary supplementation with thiamine is an effective method to alleviate subacute ruminal acidosis. In order to provide theoretical reference for the in-depth study of subacute ruminal acidosis and the application of thiamine in the future, this review introduces the effects of subacute ruminal acidosis on morphological structure, inflammatory response, and tight junction of ruminal epithelium. The study was aimed to explore the protective effect of sulforaphane (SFN) on the reproductive function of male mice with cadmium poisoning.40 healthy clean grade male Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups:control group (H2O),cadmium chloride group (2.3 mg/kg CdCl2),sulforaphane group (10 mg/kg SFN),sulforaphane + cadmium chloride group (10 mg/kg SFN+2.3 mg/kg CdCl2),and continuous administration for 10 d,all mice were executed by dislocated cervical vertebra at 2 d after the last administration,and then the pathologic changes of testicular tissues,organ coefficient of testicle and epididymis,sperm quality and concentration of testosterone were tested.Additionally,the contents of GSH and MDA,and the activities of T-SOD in testis were also detected at the same time. Compared with the control group,pathology damages were observed in cadmium chloride group,organ coefficient of testis and epididymis,sperm quality and levels of testosterone extremely significantly decreased (P<0.01),the activities of T-SOD and GSH content were extremely significantly decreased (P<0.01),and the concentration of MDA was extremely significantly enhanced (P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the activity of T-SOD and concentration of GSH in sulforaphane group were significantly increased (P<0.05),and the concentration of MDA was not significant different between the control group and sulforaphane group (P>0.05).While compared with the cadmium chloride group,the sperm motility rate and sperm total count in sulforaphane and cadmium chloride group were extremely significantly increased (P<0.01),the organ coefficient of testicle and epididymis was increased significantly (P<0.05),the concentration of GSH and activity of T-SOD in testicular tissue were extremely significantly increased (P<0.01),and the concentration of MDA was extremely significantly decreased (P<0.01).The results indicated that sulforaphane had the protection effect on reproduction function of male mice with cadmium poisoning. 相似文献
