用6种温度(40、35、30、25、20、15℃)处理紫色辣椒新品系YN 99007进行发芽试验(以日本天鹰椒作为对照),研究各温度下的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、芽长、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量及质膜透性(PMP)等指标.结果表明:紫色辣椒YN 99007的发芽适宜温度范围为20~35℃,40℃和15℃下发芽优于对照品种;抗逆温生理特性亦优于对照品种.  相似文献

In this study, the effects of mixing process parameters (degree of vacuum, water addition, and mixing time under vacuum) on the cooking and sensory quality properties of Chinese white noodles were investigated by using one commercial‐scale noodle production line and one typical commercial wheat flour. Noodle appearance, firmness, elasticity, smoothness, and total quality scores were significantly improved as the degree of vacuum increased from 0 to 0.06 MPa, although lower sensory scores and larger cooking losses occurred when noodles were mixed at 0.08 MPa. Noodles with a water addition of 35% had the highest total score and the highest scores for each sensory factor. As mixing time increased, the sensory score of cooked noodles increased initially and then decreased. With a mixing time of 7 min, the sensory score was the highest and cooking loss was the lowest. The results of response surface methodology indicated that fresh noodle quality was most affected by the water addition, followed by vacuum degree. Added water was a more important source of variation for appearance, firmness, stickiness, smoothness, total score, and cooking loss than degree of vacuum and mixing time, whereas degree of vacuum was the predominant source of variation for color and elasticity. The interactions between the factors had little effect on sensory and cooking properties. The optimal mixing conditions were determined to be as follows: degree of vacuum, 0.06 MPa; added water, 35.6%; and mixing time, 7.25 min. Furthermore, vacuum mixing produced a more even, coherent, and closed microstructure for the sheeted dough than nonvacuum mixing.  相似文献

Effects of water‐misting sprays with forced ventilation on post mortem glycolysis, adenosine monophosphate‐activated protein kinase (AMPK) and meat quality of broilers after transport during summer were investigated in the present paper. A total of 105 mixed‐sex Arbor Acres broilers were divided into three treatment groups: (i) 45 min transport without rest (T); (ii) 45 min transport with 1 h rest (TR); and (iii) 45 min transport with 15 min water‐misting sprays with forced ventilation and 45 min rest (TWFR). Each treatment consisted of five replicates with seven birds each. The results indicated that the water‐misting sprays with forced ventilation could mitigate the stress caused by transport under high temperature conditions during summer, which reduced the energy depletion in post mortem Pectoralis major (PM) muscle. This resulted in a higher energy status compared to the T group, which would decrease the expression of phosphorylation of AMPK (p‐AMPK). Furthermore, decreased the expression of p‐AMPK then slowed down the rate of glycolysis in post mortem PM muscle during the early post mortem period, which in turn lessened the negative effects caused by transport on meat quality. In conclusion, water‐misting sprays with forced ventilation may be a better method to control the incidence of the pale, soft and exudative meat in broilers.  相似文献

为研究稻瘟病菌Magnaporthe oryzae不同菌株间的相互作用,选择与单抗性基因系水稻IRBL5-M (携带抗性基因Pi5)表现为亲和性的菌株HN52与非亲和性的菌株HN119为研究对象,将其单独或混合接种到单抗性基因系水稻IRBL5-M中,并通过荧光显微镜观察接种后水稻叶鞘的发病情况及病斑面积,测定接种后水稻内相关抗性基因OsWRKY45、OsNPR1、OsPR10、OsMAPK2的表达量以及活性氧的变化。结果显示,相较于单独接种亲和性菌株,混合接种后单抗性基因系水稻IRBL5-M病斑发病面积减少;混合接种中亲和性菌株HN52菌丝侵染能力降低,侵染菌丝细胞间扩展率显著降低73.13%;同时单抗性基因系水稻IRBL5-M中OsWRKY45、OsNPR1、OsPR10OsMAPK2抗性基因表达量显著增加,水稻叶片中活性氧含量增加,表明在菌株混合侵染过程中,非亲和性菌株可通过激发水稻的抗性反应来降低亲和性菌株对水稻的侵染程度。  相似文献

为探讨盐碱地湖南稷子(Echinochloa frumentacea)高效生产的最佳施氮种类和施氮量,采用单因素随机区组设计,通过在湖南稷子拔节期设置不施肥(CK)、尿素和硫酸铵(N1,N2)轻施肥(F1:50 kg·hm-2)、中施肥(F2:100 kg·hm-2)、重施肥处理(F3:150 kg·hm-2),研究不同氮肥和施氮水平下湖南稷子田间农艺性状、养分吸收及氮肥利用率的变化,探讨盐碱地湖南稷子实现高效生产的适宜氮肥和施氮量。结果表明:与对照相比,施氮量为F2和F3时能够显著提高盐碱地湖南稷子产量及氮磷钾吸收量(P<0.05),植株不同部位氮含量上升,施氮量F3时能够显著提高氮肥利用效率(P<0.05),且同一施氮量下追施硫酸铵后湖南稷子产量、养分吸收及氮肥利用率均高于尿素。综上所述,氮肥追施量在150 kg·hm-2时,有利于盐碱地湖南稷子的产量的提升和养分的吸收,且同一条件下追施硫酸铵较追施尿素效果显著。  相似文献

本研究旨在分析猪源ST9型耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,MRSA)中前噬菌体的流行情况、结构特点和转导能力,探究前噬菌体在猪源MRSA流行克隆形成中的作用。基于全基因组信息,分析了近年来从我国多省分离的131株ST9型MRSA中前噬菌体的流行率、分型、亲缘关系和结构特征;选取含不同分型前噬菌体的菌株进行诱导,对诱导获得的噬菌体颗粒进行转导,测定转导子的耐药表型及体外适应性。研究结果显示:猪源ST9型MRSA的前噬菌体携带率为78.6%(103/131株),其中,63株携带完整前噬菌体序列,所有前噬菌体序列均不含耐药基因,仅2.9%(3/103株)的前噬菌体序列含毒力基因;前噬菌体谱型丰富,其整合酶分型主要为Sa2int和Sa4int;各型别前噬菌体结构同源性较高,完整前噬菌体可被诱导为长尾噬菌体;噬菌体颗粒可包装供体菌的aadDtet(L)耐药基因并转导至受体菌中;转导子可获得卡那霉素、四环素耐药表型,体外生长能力与受体菌株无明显差异(P>0.05)。研究结果表明:猪源ST9型MRSA的前噬菌体携带率较高,谱型丰富,不携带耐药基因,部分噬菌体可包装供体菌的耐药基因转导至受体菌,产生的适应性代价小。  相似文献

将甜菜碱醛脱氢酶基因BADH和植物表达载体pGMAR通过内切酶BamHI和KpnI双酶切,T4连接酶进行连接反应。重组质粒在大肠杆菌菌株DH5α内扩增,提取并纯化质粒。经鉴定,基因BADH已被完整、正确的插入到pGMAR载体中,并成功将BADH插入到载体pGMAR的两个MAR序列之间。  相似文献

This paper analyzes the limitation of regarding the weighted average cost of capital as the optimal standard of capital structure in the traditional capital structure decision-making method, and analyzes the view that the capital structure is affected by many factors,such as earning power, long-term stability of operating, the attitudes held by owners and operators, the attitudes held by creditors and financial risk. With the example, the affecting factors of the capital structure is analyzed. The fuzzy synthetic evaluation model are employed to decision-making of the capital structure.
