Pigmentation and growth performance in the blue gourami,Trichogaster trichopterus,fed marigold,Calendula officinalis,powder, a natural carotenoid source

The present study aimed to determine the effects of different levels of marigold, Calendula officinalis, powder, 0 (control), 0.5% (M0.5), 1.5% (M1.5), and 2.5% (M2.5), on pigmentation and growth performance of the blue gourami after a 70‐day trial. At the end of the experiment, no significant differences (p > 0.05) were found in fish growth performance and body compositions. Color parameters (L*, a*, and b*) were weekly evaluated by examining a point posterior to the fish operculum. The marigold‐fed fish were darker than the control fish at Weeks 9 and 10. Yellowness intensity of the M2.5 was significantly higher than the other treatments at Week 9. Skin and caudal fin total carotenoids, astaxanthin, canthaxanthin, and β‐carotene contents of the treatment M2.5 were significantly different (p < 0.05) compared to the other treatments. Muscle total carotenoids, astaxanthin, and canthaxanthin contents of the marigold‐treated fish were significantly (p < 0.05) higher than the control group. Muscle β‐carotene contents of the treatments M1.5 and M2.5 were significantly (p < 0.05) higher than the control group. This study shows that marigold powder may be considered an efficient natural carotenoid source for pigmentation in blue gourami.     

大豆膳食纤维制备工艺及其在食品中的应用研究

本研究以大豆饼粕为原料,通过L(934)正交实验设计方法,就影响制备膳食纤维含量的碱浓度、温度、时间和酶用量4项因素进行了实验,确立了制备大豆膳食纤维的最佳工艺条件。利用本工艺,湿豆粕经浸泡、碱处理、酶解、干燥和超微粉碎等程序,即可得到大豆膳食纤维,工艺产率为85%,产品纤维素含量为80%,还以豆粕膳食纤维为原料研制出大豆纤维系列食品。产品的各项理化指标均达到了国家食品添加剂的有关标准。     

网络申报系统的数据库设计

数据库设计是信息系统开发和建设的重要组成部分,关系数据库设计的核心问题是关系模型的设计。数据库的表结构设计合理,可以有效减少数据冗余,提高数据库的存储效率,数据完整性和可扩展性。经过此次管理系统的开发设计,使我们更加了解数据库的应用及性能分析与改进是不断在完善中提高的。     

Agricultural diversification among smallholder rattan cultivators in Central Kalimantan,Indonesia

Many developing countries are trying to promote agricultural diversification among smallholders because they feel that smallholders are too dependent upon a narrow range of crops. Fieldwork among smallholder rattan cultivators in Southern Borneo, Indonesia, suggests that smallholders do maintain a poorly diversified portfolio of agricultural activities. Farmers rely heavily upon rattan because of its superior profitability. A number of economic and agronimic constraints however prevent farmers from diversifying out of rattan into other crops.     

异氰酸酯胶麦秸刨花板密度对力学性能的影响

着重讨论了密度对异氰酸酯胶麦秸刨花板各项力学性能的影响。得出试验结论，密度与各项力学性能呈多项式回归关系；当施胶量为４％时，密度为０．６ｇ／ｃｍ３的麦秸刨花板的力学性能完全满足国家标准要求；生产０．６ｇ／ｃｍ３的麦秸刨花板，在技术上是可靠的，在经济上是合理的。     

径切板生产新工艺和新设备的研究

建立了１１种径切材下锯模型，并利用图像处理及曲面拟合方法将得到的任意形状原木进行模拟锯割，结果表明，用三开法生产径切板及旋切薄木具有较高的出材率。研制了专门用于生产三开材的剖料锯机及生产工艺。在现有的带锯机前安装该剖料锯机即能利用现有锯机和跑车生产径向材。     

水泥混凝土路面板下脱空的危害

通过对多处水泥混凝土路面板下脱空形态的试验研究 ,获得脱空区的形态分布规律 ,并据此对不同车辆荷载作用下板体内应力变化进行解析求解和使用寿命计算。结果表明 ,水泥混凝土路面板下脱空、超载车辆和重载车辆是造成水泥混凝土路面板早期断裂的重要因素
