Sludge is a very good fertilizer source and has higher value in use as nutrients for greening, whereas sludge also contains higher concentration of heavy metals, with which urban underground water would be suffered secondary pollution. A test of greening with sedium lineare and modified fly ash passivation sludge was carried out to study the impacts of different mixture ratio and dosage of modified fly ash on the plant’s growth and leachate. It was shown that 20% mixture ratio of modified fly ash was the optimum for sludge treatment and 80% of heavy metals pollution can be removed.  相似文献

FEMlab3.3(Finite Element Model Lab) is used to develop an energy delivery model for implanted devices. We designed three different shape electrodes made of Ag to enhance current transmitting efficiency. Several voltages were used for pursuing perfect goal. With the body safety current, we can get the results with a current transmitting efficiency of 20% and the energy delivery efficiency of 4%~9%. It is clear that the high energy delivery efficiency can be obtained and the results provide references for further study of energy delivery through body conduction.  相似文献

Four typical physical models for the internal insulation defects of 110kV cable joint are designed, while the test platform for Partial Discharges (PD) research on cable joint is constructed. A large number of PD data under different models are obtained by inner broadband ring sensor. The statistical analysis on the PD pattern indicates that there are significant differences between four PD forms on the statistical characteristics such as the phase distribution, skewness, kurtosis and degree of asymmetry, which can be used as effective features to reflect different characteristics of PD. Surface discharge and conductive particles may cause more serious damage to the insulation performance of cable joint, so high precaution should be paid on site operation.  相似文献

A novel resonator for accelerometer with sensing and actuating combs was designed and fabricated based on micro electromechanical system (MEMS) process. Driving force and demand voltage of the resonator were analyzed by analytical method and Finite Element Method (FEM). Sensing capacitance on resonance state and Q factor under atmosphere was calculated by these two methods. The micro fabrication process was planned and realized using MEMS (Micro electromechanical System) method. The testing results show the performance of the resonator is high; the natural frequency of the resonator is 54 523.5 Hz, which has the error of 13.6% with the theorical value.  相似文献

To on line detect, store and process nuclear signals with multiple forms and multiple frequencies, a compatible processing and analyzing system for nuclear signals based on ultrahigh speed data acquisition card was constructed. When the source signal is at pulse form, the system records signal with the mode of time digital converting. When source signal is at continuous form, the system records signal with the mode of analog digital converting. The processing procedures and algorithms were designed for various signal forms. 为了探究拟南芥转录因子AtOFP8(At5g19650)的功能以及明确其作用机制,以Col、Atofp8-1突变体和35S∶HA-AtOFP8过表达拟南芥为试验材料,采用盆栽模拟自然界干旱的方法,连续控水15 d,通过对试验材料进行表型观察分析,同时测定试验材料在干旱胁迫下的相关生理指标以及植株体内干旱应答基因做出的反应。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫的加剧,35S∶HA-AtOFP8植株的种子萌发率和绿叶率均最高,Atofp8-1突变体则最低;干旱胁迫15 d时,Atofp8-1突变体、Col和35S∶HA-AtOFP8拟南芥叶片中MDA的含量分别较对照升高了229.8%,130.4%和71.1%;随着干旱胁迫时间的增加,Col、Atofp8-1突变体和35S∶HA-AtOFP8植株叶片中抗氧化酶活性、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量均有不同程度的增加,但35S∶HA-AtOFP8植株叶片中抗氧化酶活性、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量始终高于Col和Atofp8-1突变体;实时定量PCR的分析结果显示,35S∶HA-AtOFP8植株体内干旱应答基因(AtADH1、AtRD26、AtRDUF2、AtERD7)的...  相似文献

This paper discusses the influenced manner of reliability on bidding, and establishes the direct functional relationship among reliability, generation cost and electricity price in different risk of power generation. In this function model, the generation cost and the price could reflect the current reliability of equipment in a dynamic way. The generation risk is also considered in competitive bidding. 不同氮肥与密度水平对鲜食甘薯产量和品质的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为探讨氮肥用量和栽插密度与鲜食型甘薯产量、品质及淀粉糊化特性的关系,以徐薯32和徐紫薯5号为试验材料,设置3个施氮量(N)水平和5个密度(D)水平,于2017,2018年进行了田间试验。结果表明:两品种的薯块产量随施氮量的增加呈下降趋势,随密度的增加呈先下降后上升趋势,总体上在N0(0 kg/hm2)和D1(43 785株/hm2)水平下薯块产量最高。施氮使2个甘薯品种的干物质率降低,而显著增加了蛋白质含量;随栽插密度的增加,干物质率、淀粉和蛋白质含量总体上呈先升高后降低的趋势,还原糖含量总体呈下降趋势,而可溶性糖含量呈波动变化,均在D3水平下最低。施氮总体上使两品种块根的淀粉最高黏度、最低黏度和崩解值明显降低,消减值均明显升高,造成蒸煮食味品质的下降;两品种的最高黏度、最低黏度、崩解值和最终黏度值均随着密度的增加呈波动变化,徐薯32在D3水平下最大,而徐紫薯5号在D2水平下最高;施氮量和栽插密度对甘薯淀粉RVA谱的影响存在品种间和特性间的差异。综合本试验结果,在土壤肥力较高的地块大量施氮使甘薯产量下降,并降低了薯块营养品质和食味品质;在43...  相似文献
