针对大型检索表为表示的专家知识体系，研究提出了一套可重用的、实用性强的系统设计方法，建立了荔枝虫害诊断专家系统（LDS）。经生产示范应用表明：实现了人机操作界面直观、明了，降低了客户端的专业要求，提高了系统的实用性。还对系统所构造的人机界面、知识存储结构设计和控制策略给出实践示例。     

Synthetic Assessment of Power Transformer Condition Based on Matter-element Theory

Condition assessment on power transformer is an important approach to improve reliability of transformer and provide proper decision-making for condition-based maintenance. For long, static assessment method used in the past has already not adapted to the development of modem electricity transmission and distribution technology. So based on the deficiency of fuzzy synthetic assessment method, matter-element synthetic assessment method is introduced. The method can evaluate transformer condition not only in quality but also in quantity. Because each index weight can be given fairly and fast through improved analytic hierarchy process, which need not carry on consistency chec accuracy of assessment can be improved. Examples analysis has proved that assessment method of power transformer condition based on matter-element theory is rational and effective.     

Automatic Fingerprint Classification by GA-Based Neural Network

Fingerprint classification can provide an important indexing mechanism in a fingerprint database. An accurate and consistent classification can greatly reduce fingerprint matching time for large database. In the paper, by combining genetic algorithm and neural network is presented a fingerprint classification algorithm which is able to achieve an accurate classification. By inputting the global feature represented by directional image to three layer neural network trained by genetic algorithm, the fingerprints were classified into six categories: whorl, right loop, left loop, arch, double loop and undiscerning type successfully.     

Application of Water Quality Standand Leuel Method in Eualuazing Status Quo of Heauy-Metals Pollution in Riuers

The status quo of heauy-metals pollution in water phase of course of Long-Tan hydropower statian was eualuated by water Quality Standand Level Method. With this special method,mone objectiue and definite results were obtained.     

METAL MATRIX PARTICULATE COMPOSITES BY SPRAYING CODEPOSITION

The spraying codeposition process is used to produce metal matrix paniculate composites, whose technical procedure and main processing parameters are analyzed. The microstructure of the composites is examined and the properties are tested. The solidification characteristics in the spraying deposition and solidification process are discussed. The results indicate that several problems involved in conventional methods can be overcome with this technique to preduce metal matrix paniculate composites. The reinforce particles are dispersed in the matrix homogeneously without solidification segregation. Compared with the matrix alloy,the composite proves to be harder and has excellent wear resistance.     

A PRACTICAL METHOD OF DESIGNING WALL BEAMS IN FRAMES

Brick masonry wall-beams in frames are girders,carrying brick masonrywalls in buildings with only one or two storied reinforced concrete frames atthe bottom of it.How to anaIyse and design such an element is an outstand-ing problem.In this case,there are no analytical and designing rules in thestate code in force.Therefore,designers have to seek other methods,in whichmost are very conservative and expensive.In order to change this case,thispaper provides an analytical and practical mathod for designers.     

酶制剂在农业中的应用及生物技术改良

酶是由多种氨基酸、维生素及矿物质等构成的活性蛋白质,广泛地存在于自然界。酶制剂工业是生物工程的重要组成部分,其应用非常广泛。主要从畜禽养殖、水产养殖、农药残留降解、生物农药、作为抗生素替代品和农业食品加工以及生物技术在该领域应用进行简短的综述。     

小麦Glu-A1位点null和1亚基重组姊妹系间品质差异的研究

为了解小麦Glu-A1位点的null和1亚基间的遗传差异，对具有null和1亚基的8个重组姊妹系进行了品质差异的研究。结果表明，在Glu-A1位点为1亚基与其相应的null亚基的重组姊妹系间在蛋白质含量、湿面筋、SDS沉降值、硬度的平均值分别为16．65％／17．44％、29．38／32．00、36．09／40．68、50．56／51．42，均以null亚基的为高。研究结果为两种亚基在小麦品质育种中的亲本选配及其应用提供了参考依据。     

11种兰属植物DNA的提取及RAPD-PCR实验体系的建立与优化

采用改进的CTAB-DNA提取方法，从11种兰属植物的嫩叶中提取总DNA。所得的DNA样品的A260／A280值在1．7～1．9之间，琼脂糖凝胶上主带清晰，较少降解，样品纯度高，DNA量大。另外，对影响RAPD-PCR的Mg^2＋、dNTPs、Taq酶、引物浓度等因素进行了优化。确定优化的反应体系为：75ng模板DNA，1×Buffer，2．5mmol／LMg^2＋，0．15mmol／LdNTPs，0．75UTaq酶，引物浓度0．4μmol／L，反应总体积为25山。该体系在20个供试兰属实验材料中获得较好的扩增结果。
