苹果全爪螨是重要的蔷薇科果树害虫之一, 具有体型小、繁殖快、世代周期短等生物学特点。该螨以若螨和成螨取食苹果叶片和嫩芽, 影响果树生长发育, 造成果实品质和产量下降, 自20世纪60年代开始其在我国果园的发生逐年加重。国内外对苹果全爪螨的防治主要采用化学杀螨剂, 由于化学杀螨剂长期不规范的使用, 致使该螨对多种类型的化学杀螨剂产生了抗药性。本文总结了苹果全爪螨的发生、为害、抗药性现状及其抗性机理, 同时结合国内外苹果全爪螨抗药性和防治相关研究, 提出该螨抗药性治理策略, 以期为其防治提供参考。 相似文献

The three ring reducer is a kind of gear drive developed in the past decade. Adopting the new conception of "parallel and movable axis" of multiple mechanisms, this kind of gear drive has many characteristics such as large transmission ratio, high efficiency and so on. As the three ring reducer has been invented only for ten years, up to date the design of the gear drive is only made with analogue method, no design theory can be followed, there exist serious vibration and noise in transmission, which limit its wide application in industry. In this paper, the transmission principle of SHQ50 reducer is studied, the surface noise distribution of the reducer, transmission ratio 49.5 , is measured and analyzed by means of sound intensity method. The 3D distribution maps of noise on top of reducer, input side and output side of reducer, and left side and right side of reducer are drawn. With the sound intensity frequency maps of each measuring point, the sources of giving out noise are analyzed. The Syrian woodpecker,Dendrocopos syriacus (Hemp. & Ehr.), was found to attack black polyethylene pipes of both sprinkler and drip irrigation systems in Israel. Nut crops and deciduous fruits are preferred by the woodpecker, and trees infested by boring insects are favored. Damage to pipes is frequent in plots of avocado, citrus and grapevine bordered by rows of windbreakers, with the pipes near the windbreaker being the most severely attacked. In orchards without windbreakers the distribution of damage seems to be random, or concentrated near trees infected by boring insects, or near other attractive objects (e.g. electric poles). 相似文献

This study was designed to investigate the developmental changes in the superficial digital flexor tendon (SDFT) of the white New Zealand rabbit, from 5 to 7 days pre-natal to 112 days post-natal (PN), at histological and ultrastructural levels. The tendons changed from being highly cellular with 13079 ± 2538 cell/mm2 and little directional organization to a longitudinally oriented, predominantly connective tissue structure with relatively few, mature tenocytes (2384 ± 365 cell/mm2 ). Fibrillogenesis was seen in isolated vacuoles of fibroblast cytoplasm during fetal life as well as after birth, but less frequently with increasing age. At the ultrastructural level, there was a progressive increase in the mean diameter of collagen fibrils with age throughout the population , until PN day 28. A bimodal distribution of collagen fibril size was first observed on PN day 56 while at day 112, the fibrils were fully differentiated and showed a multimodal size distribution. The development of elastic fibres preceded that of collagen fibres and accompanied progressively more marked sinusoidal crimping in collagen fibres on PN days 7 and 14. The tendons of older animals became less tightly crimped. The cells of the epi- and endotenon were less mature and relatively undifferentiated compared with the cells in the body of the tendon of the same age, which might explain their ability to initiate healing of tendon injuries in older animals. In conclusion, extensive changes were observed in tendons during growth and maturation, with diameters of collagen fibrils, tissue orientation and cellularity being the parameters affected, probably due largely to increased physical activity. 相似文献

2012年3月-2014年12月对长江上游宜宾江段采集的521尾野生长鳍吻(鱼句)进行了繁殖生物学研究.结果显示,长鳍吻(鱼句)种群雌雄比为1.41∶1,繁殖期为3-5月,盛期为4月上旬至5月上旬.繁殖季节可通过吻端细小“珠星”鉴别雌雄,雄鱼最小性成熟年龄为2+龄,最小成熟体长为173 mm,体重为90.4 g,成熟系数为0.36%;雌鱼最小性成熟年龄为3+龄,最小成熟体长为185 mm,体重为119.6 g,成熟系数为11.30%.繁殖群体中,雌性优势龄组为3+龄,雄性优势龄组为2+龄和3+龄.统计结果显示,长鳍吻(鱼句)绝对繁殖力(F)为16399-39835(26816±7875)粒/尾,体重相对繁殖力(FW)为162-234(189±23)粒/g,体长相对繁殖力(FL)为877-1659(1231±246)粒/cm.通过对性腺成熟系数、卵径分布频率以及性腺组织切片结果的综合分析认为,长鳍吻(鱼句)属于完全同步产卵类型. 相似文献
