本着建设生态园林和节约型园林的植物景观设计原则,针对哈尔滨北方森林动物园区内无遮荫树、没有可形成独立景观的乔木、整体景观效果比较单调的植物景观现状进行了重新设计和调整,即以加强彩化效果为切入点,以点带面,以色彩的对比和色块的碰撞来设计植物景观。彩化种植中增加鼠尾草、长春花及新几内亚凤仙等花期较长、耐旱、耐瘠薄的花卉,种植图案采用流畅的线条,以达到改善植物景观的的效果。同时植物景观设计时除了考虑植物本身的生长习性、色彩及高矮配置外,还应在选择植物种类时考虑栽植地的气候条件和地理条件。  相似文献

A high-throughput assay was developed to detect soybean lipoxygenase 1 (LOX-1) using a multilabel plate reader. The assay was also adapted to a single cell fluorometer. Fluorescein is degraded by linoleic hydroperoxide produced from soybean lipoxygenase and linoleic acid. The decrease in fluorescence is measured over time, and the area-under-the-curve (AUC) is used to quantify the LOX-1 content of soybean extract. A dose-dependent response is seen with varied dilutions of pure LOX enzyme or soybean extracts. Percent recovery was between 97% and 108%, and relative standard deviation was 4.3%. Advantages of the assay include the reduced preparation time of samples and reduced use of reagents in the high-throughput assay. Multiple samples can be measured in a single run with a multilabel plate reader.  相似文献

Introgression line population is effectively used in mapping quantitative trait loci(QTLs),identifying favorable genes,discovering hidden genetic variation,evaluating the action or interaction of QTLs in multiple conditions and providing the favorable experimental materials for plant breeding and genetic research.In this study,an advanced backcross and consecutive selfing strategy was used to develop introgression lines(ILs),which derived from an accession of Oryza minuta(accession No.101133) with BBCC genome,as the donor,and an elite indica cultivar IR24(O.sativa),as the recipient.Introgression segments from O.minuta were screened using 164 polymorphic simple sequence repeat(SSR) markers in the genome of each IL.Introgressed segments carried by 131 ILs covered the whole O.sativa genome.The average number of homozygous O.minuta segments per introgression line was about 9.99.The average length of introgressed segments was approximate 14.78 cM,and about 79.64% of these segments had sizes less than 20 cM.In the genome of each introgression line,the O.minuta chromosomal segments harbored chromosomal fragments of O.sativa ranging from 1.15% to 27.6%,with an overall average of 8.57%.At each locus,the ratio of substitution of O.minuta alleles had a range of 1.5% 25.2%,with an average of 8.3%.Based on the evaluation of the phenotype of these ILs,a wide range of alterations in morphological and yield-related traits were found.After inoculation,ILs 41,11 and 7 showed high resistance to bacterial blight,brown planthopper and whitebacked planthopper,respectively.These O.minuta-O.sativa ILs will serve as genetic materials for identifying and using favorable genes from O.minuta.  相似文献

以黑龙江省非转基因大豆为原料,通过单因素试验对浓香大豆油的风味进行了研究,得到产生浓香型大豆油的最佳工艺条件:热炒豆占原料比例30%,热炒温度180℃。在保证浓香风味的基础上,以出油率为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验对浓香大豆油的压榨工艺进行研究,得到最佳压榨条件为:压榨压力4MPa,压榨温度130℃,物料总水分4%,出油率达到57.1%。此条件下得到的大豆油气味浓郁,透明澄清,符合国家四级大豆油标准。  相似文献

Rice (Oryza sativa), an important cereal as a staple food worldwide, can be used in gluten-free diets. This study aimed to isolate and characterize the active rice proteins and assess the anti-leukaemia response via in vitro and ex vivo experiments. Temperature-stable protein-containing extracts augmented this effect. Proteomic analysis identified various protein spots known with functions involving metabolism-related, transport, storage, antioxidation, development, and disease-resistance proteins. Among these, storage proteins were the most abundant. To avoid masking the other relatively scanty rice storage proteins, albumin, globulin, glutelin and prolamin were separated and quantified. The human peripheral blood mononuclear cells-conditioned medium (PBMC-CM) prepared from prolamin treatment showed an increment in production of tumor necrosis factor-α. Human leukaemia U937 cells cultured in the presence of prolamin-prepared PBMC-CM were inhibited in growth capacity and were triggered differentiation toward monocytes. Neutralization of prolamin by polyclonal antibody attenuated its activity. Rice prolamin, undetectable by wheat gliadin-specific antibody, has greater anti-leukaemia activity than wheat proteins glutenin and gliadin. In conclusion, rice prolamin is effective in activating human anti-leukaemia immunity and may not induce unwanted inflammatory diseases.  相似文献

Based on the analysis of physical and chemical properties of soil,nutrient elements and biochemical compositions of tea leaves,the relationship between soil characters and tea quality was studied.The results showed that soil total phosphorus,potassium,available potassium,copper and zinc were the main factors which affected and limited the content of nutrient elements of tea leaves.Furthermore,soil pH,organic matter,total nitrogen,potassium,exchangeable calcium,magnesium,available copper and zinc were the main factors affecting and limiting the content of biochemical compositions in tea leaves.Tea quality could be improved by controlling these soil factors.  相似文献
